Clean, modern, comfortable rooms, excellent staff and service. We booked last minute and have nothing but compliments. And the rate can't be beat. Pet friendly, too!

I spend around 200 days per year in hotels and have so for over 20 years.  This is what I look for in a hotel.  The rates are reasonable, the staff is simply one of the best I have ever encountered and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.  If you are looking for a place to stay while on business that makes your life a bit easier, this is the place.

Completely redone- very very nice hotel for the money.  I am a platinum Marriott and travel for work all the time.  This was a personal stay and needed to find something less expensive.  This place was better than most of the marriott lines I stay at- large rooms, extremely friendly staff, modern rooms.  Would stay here every time I'm in town.   And the staff was amazing!

Booked on Priceline. Nice rooms good free breakfast. LOTS of kids and families. Also they booked us the room directly above the 24 hour fitness center and all I could hear was the pounding of the treadmills. Had to switch rooms in the middle of the night but they were nice about it. Shuttle to the mall runs often. Would have been a 4 star review if not for the awful noise.

I would have said Id never stay at this hotel again...until the day-manager comped a night and asked us to try them again. I appreciate when managers try to fix wrongs. I would definitely try them again.

The pool is extremely small and always full of kids and families. There is NO hot tub. In the mornings, during "peak" times, there is no hot water. The breakfast is horrible. Plan on skipping it if you're in a hurry. There is a 5-10 minute wait to get to the food. This morning there was no food because they couldn't keep it stocked. I tried cereal thinking that should be easy. The milk poured out like yogurt and was extremely spoiled. Finding a table during breakfast is also difficult. There is no marketplace to buy extra food, drinks, cards, etc. Our room had a safe, but it was locked when we checked in. We asked the front desk to come unlock it. We waited 15 minutes and left. It was never unlocked during our stay.

Rooms are nice and modern. Hotel seems it was built very nice and modern, but amenities were built for half of the occupants.

It was ok.  The pool is super small and over chlorinated.  The breakfast was ok.  Parking is good.  Rooms are nice and clean.  Condom in the hallway was an indicator of the rowdies that were here for tournaments.

I booked this hotel on Orbitz. My plane was arriving at 11 PM, and I called the hotel at 11:30 PM to confirm they still had my room - the guy on the phone said yes, he did, and to come on over.

I arrived, and the guy said, "I have to apologize for lying to you, but I actually do NOT have a room for you. I knew when you called, but I had to have you come here so you could get this piece of paper and go to a different hotel that I found for you."

Really? Since when does the hospitality industry resort to intentionally lying, aka FRAUD, with customers?

They overbooked the hotel, and I understand, but I would have rather had them be HONEST with me and tell me what happened, instead of arriving after Midnight to find that me and my two daughters had no place to sleep without getting back in the car and driving to a different hotel which didn't have the right beds (I slept on the couch while the girls shared the one bed).

A little bit of honesty goes a long, long way...

The friendly staff really made this hotel a nice home for a couple days. The facility was clean and breakfast was top notch for a continental type. The pool is small and there is no hot tub. Workout facility was nice, but the area was also perfectly nice for a walk/run outside. Right across from Trader Joe's and a huge liquor warehouse.

The only real drawback for me was the sound of traffic from the highway. Keeping the room fan on was perfectly fine to drown this out. Slept very well.

I had previously given this property 3 stars, but honesty is rare today and when a business goes out of their way for me they deserve some credit for it.

I recently left my non-password protected Internet hot spot in my hotel room (it had fallen under the bed).  I did not realize it until a week after I checked out.

I stopped by the property a few days later when I was next in town to see if they found it.  Lo and behold, they had it secured in the housekeeping office.

Thank you, HI Express!!!  You saved me having to beg my company's IT department for a new hot spot.
