Disaster. On numerous nights, the entrances to the hotel from the back area (which happens to be where the majority of the parking is located) was inaccessible due to the key card entry readers not working. When I call to tell the front desk, they tell me, rudely, to just use the front entrance. This hotel is quite large so it's pretty inconvenient having to carry things in that far. Then, the bathroom and sink area lights went out this morning. I figured I didn't want to deal with their services again so I just left for the day and hoped it would work when I got back. They still don't work. I call the front desk and am answered by another rude employee while I am letting them know what is going on. Despite my calmness (since it's not their individual fault) while relaying the information to them, I am constantly interrupted by constant "okay-okay-okay"-ing. The front desk advices me that they can move my room since maintenance may be a while before they come to fix the lights. I ask, if possible, if I can get a room on the top floor since the floors seem paper thin and I can hear people walking all day and night. The associate responds by telling me to "listen, I can't guarantee anything I don't know what we have available." I respond by letting them know it's just a request if convenient not a demand, and am met with more okay-ing. The front desk associate calls me back to tell me they don't have any rooms open. I ask how long until maintenance arrives and he responds by saying "I don't know." I ask for an estimation and am cut off before I finish the question and am told "sir I don't know." The thought of having to stay here another 4 nights. I never write bad reviews and wouldn't have if it was only due to the hotel key card and lighting issues, but their service is completely horrible. Strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Kinda disappointed that we had to get double beds and found one of the beds had not been done.  I found out when I took the bed sheets and there was small hairs on the sheets.  The other bed look fine no hairs ..

Oh My!   Our room should have been included in the remodeling  that was going on. Maybe the staff thought it was being remodled because there were no glasses or cups or coffee. When I called the front desk to get some sent up,  I was told I could come down and get them because she couldn't leave the desk.  Apparently there is only one staff member in the hotel after 6pm. My husband said there were multiple people picking up different items at the front desk when he checked us in.
Torn carpets,  worn bedspreads,  very thin towels - I did expect more for the price of a 3 star hotel.  Very disappointed in this Days Inn

Listen, this is not a 4 star hotel.  Don't kid yourself.  But the value for the money was out of sight.  There were enough of us together that we actually had two rooms and two separate bookings.  For the second part of our trip, the manager even upgraded us for free to a 2-bed suite.  That was very nice and spacious.  Everyone slept well, the beds were quite comfortable and the room reasonably quiet.  The breakfast was just what we needed with eggs, toast, yogurt, juice, cereal and waffles.  We always found a place to sit even though it was quite crowded some mornings.
We barely used the TV but there were plenty of channels.  The room was reasonably clean although the carpeting could use an update.  We didn't use the pool either but it also looked nice enough.  Free Wi-Fi was easy to access, speed was okay.
We were a bit disappointed that the cleaning staff insisted on replacing our towels even though we hung them as instructed to use them again.  And the elevator was soooo slow.
But I've had those complaints at hotels costing twice as much.  So again, if you're looking for a good value, you've found it.
