New, stylish, clean, and a great value.  It's definitely not near ANYTHING other than the airport.  But that's all the more reason you should know how well it's soundproofed.  Absolutely no complaints.

Stayed here on a casual trip to STL for the U2 concert in Mid July. We booked this place for the great low rate, free internet and because the website seemed to showcase them very well and we liked that it seemed to be in a very quiet location and that it was newer and 100% smoke free.

Just pulling into the place was pleasant. The grounds are well maintained, landscaping is very nice, and the parking lot goes on and on. We got in rather early and our room wasn't ready yet. We asked if we could have the front desk store some of our luggage and they obliged without even blinking. They were friendly, helpful and incredibly informative.  The front desk attendant told us all about the Metro Link and how we could catch that into downtown which is what we decided to do while we waited for the room.

When we got back and checked into our room I was pleasantly surprised. So clean, smelled nice, but not that usual "hotel smell" and the room was decorated beautifully, didn't have that cheesy hotel look to it. Nice white bed comforter and linens and actual real art, a 4 piece painting collection and a two part photography piece.  The one thing I can't stand at hotels is the awful floral bedspread and the cheap run of the mill art work that always seems to be on the walls.  The bathroom was immaculate, the shower amenities were Neutrogena and were displayed with care. Nice large shower, no tub (we didn't have our child so this was not a problem). The shower doors were clear, I would have preferred frosted glass, so if you don't like to watch yourself shower in the mirror, just put your towel up! LOL!  The shower was so luxurious I didn't care much about having to hang the towel up. The shower head was nice and high up as well. So many places showers are way too low for us. We are tall folks so that shower was fabulous. It had a nice spacious shelf as well to keep all of your showering items which seems to be a pain at other places.

The bed. I wished I could have taken it with me. It's design is especially made for the Hilton Garden Inn, called The Garden Sleep System by Natural Form.  It was self adjusting and had a natural wool topper. It was so freakin comfortable!

We didn't use the pool or the business center but my husband did use their fitness center and said it was great. My only suggestion would be to add a sweep or something like that to the bottom of the door. A lot of the hallway light crept in and I personally like a pitch black sleeping quarters.

Super friendly & accommodating staff, very clean, very quiet. A bit away from downtown but it was just about a 15-20 min go on the Metro which for us worked great because we never had to worry about parking and weren't stressed for time.

Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice, new-ish hotel.  Very attentive front desk staff.

I liked it because of the following:
-Room AC worked very well in sticky STL summer
-Walk-able to Metrolink
-Coin Laundry
-Did I mention it's new?

Not sure if the walk to and from Metrolink  was very safe.  Unfortunately for me, I didn't have always a car when staying in STL, had to work downtown.  Didn't get to stay at this location as much as I had liked.

After days of searching for a somewhat inexpensive hotel  for a one-night stay in St. Louis, I settled on this one.  Going into it, I knew it would be a bit farther than I wanted from downtown but in terms of travel and proximity to Interstate 70, this hotel was perfect.  The staff and amenities were great and the room was spacious.  I couldn't really ask for more for a one-night stay other than being closer to the city.  Next time, if there is one, I will definitely pay a bit more to be in downtown but if you want a nice hotel close to the airport and about 15 minutes from all the action, this is your place.

Stayed here on a business trip to St. Louis, MO.  The hotel is very nicely maintained.  When we drove up, there was security outside walking around. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted with Modern Furnishings and a very friendly staff.  There is a complimentary shuttle.  The room was very nice and clean. The restaurant and bar closes at 10:00 pm, so if you are looking for a late night meal, you'll have to ask the front desk to have the shuttle take you somewhere.  The hotel is not close to many restaurants, but is very close to the college and a short drive to the airport.

It's a new Hilton in town and it's location was clearly chosen because of Express Scripts because it's not really that close to the airport

We booked this for our wedding night and I was so pleased. I believe we paid around $130 for a jacuzzi room. The staff was very helpful. They sent up champagne to celebrate the occasion for free. I loved their breakfast.....best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. We couldn't have picked a better hotel for the occasion.

Brand New Hotel swimming pool very nice fitness center . In a secluded area close to the airport .Manager was nice too and friendly.
I have paid less with priceline but I needed a place with a swimming pool for the family.
Great business center - wellstocked and with working printers.
The pool water is VERY chlorinated on account of state health reasons.  I like this but had to leave the back door open when using the area.  Also our kids eyes burned afterwards.  If you have kids who use the pool a lot, FLUSH their eyes with distilled water afterwards!!
Most of all we enjoyed spending time in the lobby area behind the fireplace facing the tv.

We settled on this hotel 4th of July weekend after searching for an inexpensive place that is fairly close to everything. It is not THAT close to the airport and I only heard an airplane one time during our stay. It took us about 20 minutes to get downtown and it is about 15 minutes from the mall. The room and hotel were pretty nice but the walls are super thin. Just walking down the hall, I could hear people talking in their room very clearly.
Wifi was free, breakfast was $11.95, but we purchased breakfast vouchers for each day we stayed. Breakfast wasn't that good, but it was eatable. The staff was friendly and the chef was very accommodating. The pool is small but it's on the inside so that's a plus. Parking was challenging since it was a busy weekend. The hotel was very busy.
The only con about this place is that the bed was rock hard. Other than that, I would totally stay here again.

This place was pretty sweet.  I got a great deal on a room ($80 or something of the sort) for a really nice room. They have a pool, and a computer room, and a breakfast buffet ($12 in the morning), and free wi-fi. :)

We actually had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night the time we stayed there but they compensated the lack of sleep with a delicious FREE breakfast.  I won't be visiting St. Louis again (it's a pretty dead city) but if you are, this Hilton Garden Inn is a good affordable option.

Very nice place to stay. But the beds are a little hard. Unless of course you find the hidden button under the sheets and on the side of the bed!

Upon arrival...lobby was super nice. Very modernly decorated.  Check in staff seemed like they didn't really want to be there and weren't very welcoming.   We quickly dropped our stuff off and left, but the room wsa clean and very nice.  When we returned, I got a bud light from the 24/7 pantry that was $5.  Kind of high for a 12oz can of beer but hey it's a hotel go with it.   Back to the room to shower prior to the nights activities....while i was showering i noticed two things...1-there was hair strands on the ceiling which is just a little gross...how did they get these?  2-Why wasn't i asked if i wanted a shower only....there was no tub, I didn't realize that shaving my legs would have to be me enlisting my acrobats.   We left for our engagement.  When we returned we went to the hotel bar for a drink.  The bartender was nice and engaging.  I noticed the air conditioner made loud banging noises in the middle of the night after it kicked on and took a few minutes to resolve. The next morning after running out for breakfast and coming back to take a quick nap prior to a wedding...I was trying to sleep with the do not disturb sign attached to the door to which the housekeeper knocked on the door and said housekeeping....and then entered the room.  I was like you've got to be kidding.   She backed out.   I locked the locks on the door so that would not happen again.  After showering for the wedding and still noticiing the hair on the ceiling...was glad to be leaving.  On my way out the housekeeper apologized and I kept walking.  After standing at the check out desk for a whle to get an updated receipt.....we were on our way.  I'm not sure I'd be in a hurry to stay here again. It was nice, priced well, however the unengaging staff and the hair on the ceiling is a turn off.

When I was given my room and walked in it smelled like someone had just had a cigarette break in the room.  I even took one of the housekeepers in the room to verify the smell.  It was terrible.  I called down to the front desk and they gave me a different room.  The second room was great.  Overall clean and nice.  I just don't understand.  It is a non-smoking hotel and the room had been cleaned.  How could someone not smell that?  I would stay here again though.

Our check in was prompt and friendly.  Rooms well appointed clean and spacious, equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and keurig.  Beds soft and linens clean. We even received a call checking to see if we needed anything. Staff is courteous and attentive yet unobtrusive. Great price at 85 $/ night.

Great room, excellent customer service, and nice decor. Very welcoming hotel. We always enjoy our stay here. Plus I like that they use Neutrogena products for customer's complementary toiletries.

It was ok.  For some reason I expected more from a Hilton though I don't remember the last time I stayed in one.  They lacked in attention to detail and for a place people said was new just recently, it certainly didn't seem like it.

The front desk was efficient.  They did thei job quickly but don't expect smiles and friendly banter.  The security guy who fixed our door that wouldn't catch to close was more friendly.

Our room was clean enough, roomy and functional and was ok for the price.  I did find the bathroom vent to be very dusty.  Like it was never cleaned since the place was built and my allergies acted up a little.  Found hair when I looked up like another mentioned as well, but for us it was in the door frame.  The shower curtains and bed sheets were wrinkly and one bed had a dirt stain.  The towels didn't smell fresh and they smelled a little chemically or too flowery.

The pool was small but quiet, clean enough And the temp good.

Overall the place didn't feel like a newer hotel but a more tired and worn one.  It was good enough for our needs and the discounted price.

Perfect! Super clean, super nice hotel. The shuttle even picked us up from the car rental drop-off site the evening we arrived and took us to the airport super early the next morning. Both shuttle drivers were very nice. Every staff person we encountered was happy to do their jobs. I would definitely stay here again!

Brand new hotel in St. Louis not too far from the airport.  It's kinda in the middle of nowhere so you will need a vehicle, but the entire experience made up for that.

The hotel staff was probably the nicest staff I've experienced in quite a while.  They were friendly, professional, and even struck up a conversation with guests as they checked in...or walked past the desk....or checked out.  They were truly interested in your well being and went out of their way to make sure the hotel stay was great.

The room they gave me overlooked the parking lot, which didn't bother me at all.  After all, you don't stay in a hotel for the view.  The bed was...well, I'll just say that Hilton did it again by providing an oversized King bed with a heavenly mattress and plenty of pillows and blankets.  Didn't take me long to fall asleep here.

Speaking of parking, it's plentiful and it's free.  Can't get any better than that!

The only thing is that there's not any restaurants really close by; you will need a vehicle as I said before.  That being said, there are a few fast food restaurants within a 5 minute drive, or of course you can grab something from the pantry or eat on-site (I didn't get a chance to do that).

All in all, this was a very good stay, excellent actually.  I'll be back the next time I'm in St. Louis!

Don't trust the housekeeping.!! Accidentally left my watch behind on a table in the room. I called and spoke with them and said I left my watch. Didn't give the details of the watch because I knew I left it there. She took my info to call me back and said it's a black watch right. Which t is but I never disclosed to her the color. Got a call back saying nope they don't have it and never saw it.

Where do I start with this place...

1) The customer between answering the phones, the front desk & housekeeping is so unprofessional it's hard to stomach. I asked to speak to the manager- she was not available, so I left a message for her to return my call & three day later I'm still waiting on a call back.

2) We had two BIG bugs in our room, one of which was already in the room dead when we arrived. I informed the front desk & they looked at my crazy.

3) The cleaning of the room was not great at all.

When I come back to St.Louis I will NOT be staying at this hotel again. The only reason I provided this hotel with 2 stars is because the room size is great, the location is perfect & the gym is everything you need.

I've stayed here many times but had dinner maybe once before.

I don't remember what I ordered previously but it made me look elsewhere.

This time was steak, salad and mashed potatoes.

It's a simple preparation but the steak was cooked excellent, seasoned excellent, I liked the potatoes (not overly garlicky or overly seasoned) and that's what I'm ordering from now on.
