A great spot for a one night stay. Hotel is very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and the bed is VERY COMFY! Definently worth the stay. Very impressed.

Mid life crises manager parks in the handicap spot with no HD on her car and proceeds to yell at some kids of guest in front of the hotel for goofing around. Then walks in and asks who's kids blah blah blah.  If this place was all it advertised I would understand the strict policy of no loud kids in front of the hotel.  THE REASON THEY WERE OUT THERE IS BECAUSE WE WERE ONCE AGAIN WAITING ON THE SHUTTLE.  30 min wait at hotel.   45 min wait at the airport to get back to the hotel.  When we checked in we had to wait 20 min because people were lined up to check and phone ringing off the hook and running a small store of food. Only one person working.  Poor staffing projections.  manager just angry all the time you see her.  Too many places around to choose from to have to spend too much money and get treated like it was a gift from them.    I will not be back.  Hampton inn I am sorry I left you.

Hotel nice, new  and clean....Had to book for work, scheduled  the stay one day off on a travel site (Southwest).  Within 30 minutes of booking I noticed the error and called to change it.  The site rep called the HIE and spoke to Stephanie, the manager, who advised she would not authorize a change.  I called the hotel and spoke to Stephanie, who told me she wouldnt authorize the change becuase the hotel would lose money, but that the web site had the authority to change the booking (which I found out was not true).   I then called back the travel site and explained my plight again and asked for advise.  The rep called the hotel back and again spoke with Stephanie, who this time was a bit argumentative stating that she would not help because I knew what I was booking and I knew it was a non refundable rez.  The agent explained I was not canceling it I was only changing  the date, and that I had a stayed there multiple times so I was a repeat customer.  Stephanie again said she would not help (not COULD not..WOULD not!).   It was easier for me to change a flight, 2 car reservations and another hotel stay (which was also a non refundable rate in another city but they were very accommodating) then to deal with this hotel and this manager.  I did find out during the time that we all spoke to Stephanie, the GM was actually on site, so it is safe to assume she had no intention of assisting either.    I do like the location of this hotel, but due to this terrible customer service, I will not even consider staying here or recommending anyone I know to stay here!!!    Word of mouth is very powerful when it comes to receiving terrible customer service and it only takes one bad experience such as this to lose a repeat customer and all future revenue potential.

Very disappointing for a brand new hotel. We checked in 30 minutes early and were told the only room available was a handicapped room. We accepted that room but then changed our mind once we got to the room. The front desk staff refused to change our room, saying there was nothing else available and the cleaning staff had left. This was a blatant lie as we saw cleaning staff working 2 hours later when we left. Janna, the front desk person was extremely rude and had an attitude when speaking with me. The only redeeming factor to the whole experience was a sunny, friendly woman named Peggy who was working in the breakfast room the next day.

You can't beat this spotless new place for an airport stay. The shuttle drivers are awesome. Everything inside is new and attractive. The front desk was friendly and speedy. I hate for everyone to find out how nice this place is because the wonderful prices will go up! Oh well.

Bryan at the front desk was AWESOME!  He efficiently checked me in (his job) but went on to offer sympathy at my idiocy and ensure that I was aware of their shuttle service for that night.  Good customer service is expected but great service is always a special treat!  Clean rooms, along with a great, quiet air conditioner made this girl happy!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the start. Hotel has been recently updated and rooms are very spacious and nice. The hotel offers a cheaper rate and stay n park options up to 8 days. This is very convenient for travels. We signed up for the rewards program and plan to stay here every time we travel.
