Recently built, well serviced. Nice breakfast with hot and cold goodies. My only complaints are you can't open the window as always, and breakfast is eaten off plastic plates with plastic cutlery. Raleigh (pronounce Raah...lee) is very humid at this time.

I stayed here while attending a conference at a nearby hotel. The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality. I shared a standard 2 queen room and it was quite large with a desk and sofa. The staff is very nice and helpful. The reason I am giving them a 3 stars is because there WIFI is bad. Since I am here on business, all my time in the hotel is spent working, which I need a good connection for. Its as slow as dialup and very disappointing.

While working in North Carolina's RTP I stay here as it is a five minute drive to the office and a ten minute drive to the airport. The staff are very friendly and will actually drive you anywhere within a five mile radius then come back to pick you up.

The rooms and hotel are clean with helpful staff. They have a kitchen area where breakfast is available. They also have evening 'meals' where you can grab a little something to eat.

There is an outdoor pool, exercise room, laundry and meeting rooms.  I will be back to stay on my next trip.

Nice and clean but no frills hotel.  Price is right and the free breakfast is an excellent value.

First, let's get the definition of "suite" out of the way: the dictionary defines it as a set of rooms.  The "suite" we stayed at here is really nothing more than your standard hotel room - just a little longer to accommodate a sofa.  There are no separate - or at least segregated living/sleeping areas.  So I'm wondering what makes "Comfort Suites" deserve its name?

Next, a run-down of the negative experiences: (1) when we arrived, we were given a "suite" on the third floor.  But after we lugged our luggage there, the room was completely undone.  Back to the lobby to get a different room; (2) the shower temperature was lukewarm both days we were there (room 237) - and it had little pressure; (3) When we came back to our room after an entire day out, the room had not been cleaned at all.  Since we were tired, we simply asked for new towels; (4) the hotel is being renovated, so the hallways look pretty dilapidated; (5) parking is hard to come by - for some reason there were a number of TimeWarner cable vans parked there, taking up valuable spaces; (6) the heating system is old-fashioned - it's either on or off - no temperature controls.

On the positive side: the breakfast selection is good and the coffee decent (albeit too weak).

I can't recommend this hotel.  Before staying at here, we had a suite at the Homewood Suites nearby - it was slightly cheaper, had *real* suites, and the heating system didn't keep you uncomfortable all night.  We only came here because we couldn't extend our stay at the Homewood Suites.

Can't believe this place only got 3 stars. They really try hard and give you a GREAT experience of a 4 star place for a 2 star price! Everything was clean, neat, and I would stay here again now that we've discovered it. Three of us stayed in 1 room for 2 nights and only paid $53 each total. It's a "cozy" feel.

We went with a ton of people for a conference and it was perfect. The rooms were spacious, we had a pull-out sofa so everyone got to sleep on their own bed, and there was a mini-fridge and microwave!

Towels were folded all fancy, which really shows that extra effort.

Plus you get a complimentary breakfast each morning! We totally didn't expect much and were planning to eat out for breakfast but when I saw the hot options--I think a lot of us were like, hey, this works, we'll just eat here. The first day we had smaller sausages, but by the 2nd day (Sunday) they upped their game and procured these giant smoked sausages that were SO GOOD. I wish I had brought tupperware or something.

I don't know about prices in this place, because my flight was cancelled and American Airlines took care of the hotel.
I have to say it was the nicest place I ever stayed. Beautiful big rooms, super comfortable bed, TV, wifi, microwave, fridge. Basically, everything that you need for your stay. They even will wake you up if you ask them to. They have their own shuttle to the airport. Just tell them when you need it and they will tell you the closest time it will be available for the time when you need it.
Absolutely nice staff! The manager knew that we were coming and he took care of reservations for all the people from cancelled flight.

P.S. They have pool, but it was cold outside so I didn't use it.
