Run to another hotel - this is no longer a best western.  In june, it became a Motel 6 and they simply converted the existing Best western reservations so when you arrive, expecting  a Best Western, you find out that it is no longer.  That means you WILL NOT receive a free breakfast, no shuttle service, no ability to print your boarding pass in the lobby.  We asked for a quiet room and was given the one next to the elevator so we heard the elevator every time it moved.  We had to move to another floor just to get a refrigerator.  The room had no towels - had to call.  Rust in the bath tub.  The desk in the room was falling apart at the seems.  The TV has lots of static - no LCD TV.  I felt so bad for the front desk personnel that kept apologizing.

Buyer Beware!!....This Hotel does not honor their own reservations.  I booked a room a month in advance for $97.61 and received a confirmation number.  Upon arriving at the Hotel as scheduled, I was told at the front desk that no one could check me in before 3 PM.  After patiently waiting an hour, I was the in front of about a dozen others who were also told to wait.  It was at this point that I was told about some sort of "problem" with my reservation and I should talk to the Manager, who was not onsite.  I explained I had a confirmation and showed her my paperwork. I asked her to call her Manager, which she did, and was finally then allowed to check into a room.

As it turns out, the day I checked in happened to be the first day of the Omaha College Baseball Tournament, June17th, and all rooms were being quoted at $179 per night. Because I booked a month early and was quoted a cheaper rate, they wanted me to go away.  All the hotels throughout Omaha were fully booked and I had no other options if they would not accept my confirmed reservation.

I would NOT recommend this Hotel.  The Management is dishonest and the rooms are very poorly maintained and cleaned.  I stayed one night and moved on.

Begin at 3 stars as a typical low priced hotel close to downtown.

-1 star due to 2 thin bed sheets that were supposed to imitate a comforter ,  thin doors that allow you to hear just about everything from the hallway, and a connecting door to the adjacent room that allows you to hear every single syllable that is spoken along with the exact ring on their phone alarm that goes off at 6am.

-1 star because of the bratty teenagers that were in the room next door who loudly stayed up until 4am with alarms going off at 6am. Also, these teenage girls were a part of a large group who ate all the breakfast food (kitchen lady said so!). Therefore, there were NO pancakes, NO waffles, NO nothing left for breakfast after the girls were done. Of course it's not all of their fault, but I'm still mad I didn't even get 1 pancake.

I would have given 2 stars if not for the absolutely annoying guests.

Either way, you get what you pay for.

Let's just say, Im a picky person to please when it comes to Hotels! But in my past experiences, Ive learned that if the lobby is updated and modern, most likely the rooms will follow with the trend!

First off, while looking on Yelp to find local hotels that were rated up to my standards, we found a Holiday Inn Express which was right up my alley! So we called the number and set up a reservation for our room. We followed the directions to the hotel and pulled up to a Best Western Seville Plaza Hotel.... ummmm, last time i checked the name was supposed to be Holiday Inn Express! However, we still had our name taken down for our reservation, so it must have switched managements (not a big deal, i approve of most Best Westerns anyways).

BUT, the location was a pain in the butt to locate! Even with step by step directions right off the freeway! Instead of being within the same direction of other hotels, it took a good 10 minutes out of our direction to find this place!

A plus tho, it IS downtown Omaha, so there are plenty of Restaurants, and shops to explore!

Nonetheless, the room was clean, and the bathroom was updated. Could have used a flat screen TV, and comfier beds :P
