This room had a sickening underlying Musty smell, rundown exterior, moldy inoperable refrigerator, sticky bathroom floor, toenail on the sheet, 5 minutes til hot water starts. I will avoid comfort inn.

Worst experience ever,l am not gonna go over how bad the location is, how bad the room condition, I'm telling you the service here is horribly terrible, especially the guy in. The front desk, his rude service and attitude fury me up and piss me off

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! I am a frequent traveler as my work requires me to be on the road and I was very disappointed at my choice of hotel (No pun intended).

As I arrived I thought this place had the potential to be comfort-able (get it?!).

Now I get it, you get what you pay for but I have also paid the same amount and have had a far better stay at other hotels of the same caliber. But upon entering the hotel I immediately knew this can go south fast and it did.

The hall ways are dark and uninviting. The elevators are very beat up. The rooms had all kinds of beat ups. A wall mounted table is leaning. The shower curtain rod is coming off the wall and the window area is all beat up.

I am by no means a "fancy" person but I do love excellence and this place fell way short.  I am a believer that excellence can cover a multitude of defects and this place does not have that.

If you don't mind all that stuff and want to save some cash then this is the place for you but if you are like me and want to find a great value, go somewhere else.

I will post pics.

Thanks Yelpers!

I did not get to pick this location, so I had no idea what to expect.  Unfortunately, I think this property has seen better days.  For a one night business trip it was ok, but I would definitely not choose to stay here in the future.

The room was spacious, but the furnishings were cheap and worn.  No bottles of water to be found and the breakfast in the AM was tasteless.  There are plenty of options in Omaha and I am confident you could find much better.

I stayed at this hotel because my son was in the Creighton Hospital down the street. I cannot say enough about the kindness and services of the warm and friendly staff. Heather, the general manager, made me feel like I was being welcomed into someone's home from the moment I walked in, even giving a bone to my dog. The van took me back and forth from the hospital and even drove me to dinner and a few errands. The room was clean and comfortable and the price was low. The breakfast every morning was a life saver. This lovely hotel was balm for my soul during a very difficult time. I would definitely stay here again.
