Let's start with arrival: 3 types of cookies available.
The room was clean, the beds comfortable with crisp sheets with a desk. I slept soundly.
Breakfast was again served on dinner ware, not paper and plastic. Coffee tastes so much better in a ceramic cup!
As an extra, salsa, shredded cheese, onions and diced peppers were available to put on the SYSCO omelet.
The Omaha Sunday paper was available. Magic.
The usual satisfied visit except for the inexperienced night staff who mis-quoted the AAA rate on the phone as we were making reservations.
I'd stay here again when in Omaha.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful, and the beds offered good sleeping. Only one star due completely to the worn out and shabby feel of the rooms we had. Might return if they upgrade this facility.

Love this place it's always nice to see A familiar face! Tina was awesome to deal with. The definition of customer service.I stayed here at in November with my family. We come every month once a month and it is very refreshing to see Tina's friendly welcoming face. She goes above and beyond to welcome and make our stays so warm. She definitely needs and deserves recognition for her work. People have come and gone at this location but she is a big asset to this company.

I'm not sure I can go five stars on this hotel but it's a solid four star location. We were in town recently for a few days and have always had luck with Country Inn & Suites so we booked here. My son had gotten sick on the flight into Omaha and wasn't feeling well when we arrived, at 11 am on Easter Sunday. Though we were WAY before the check in time, they were so accommodating to us and allowed us to check in early and get our son some much needed rest. We appreciated that.
The hotel is a bit dated but our room was clean and the facility is well maintained. The only complaint we had was that the house cleaning staff didn't seem to put alot of effort into making our beds each day. Yeah, we were staying for five nights but a well made bed would have been nice. But, not a huge deal. The breakfast every morning had the usual muffins, bagels, etc. but also had hot items like waffles, eggs, bacon and potatoes. We usually skip the hotel breakfast when traveling but this one provided something for everyone each morning. They have coffee and cookies available all day for those needing a sugar rush or caffeine boost (or both!).
The location is fairly well situated just North of Dodge with easy access to major highways and plenty of decent places to eat within a few miles in most any direction (except north). They don't have gym but they do have passes to the 24 hour fitness right behind the hotel. The pool wasn't huge but the kids enjoyed it, along with the hot tub. Overall, I would most definitely stay here again. In fact, I have to get back to town next month to finalize our housing for the summer. I guess I had better give them a call.
