Best Marriott in town! Do it! Did you know that Courtyard is an official sponsor of the NFL? How cool is that!?!

Great price for the quality.  Newer hotel, clean, modern, very spacious room and bathroom.  Comfortable bed that wasn't too soft or too firm.  Nice furniture, tons of parking, and extremely helpful and friendly staff even at 1:00 am check-in.

Stayed here on personal travel trip April 2013.  Highly recommend.

This is a newer hotel in the area. Situated right beside the University and two blocks from a small plaza of shops and a multiplex that is offering $5 seating for all movies (at the time I'm writing this). It's not an old theater either. It's just a low traffic area that's awaiting a build-up.

The building is has a nice decor with spacious rooms. Everything was clean. New TVs, with exposed HDMI ports in case you have a tablet or laptop with video you'd like to play on a larger screen. What? Doesn't everyone travel with an HDMI cable these days?

Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. It's behind a wall so you have to look for it if you're bleary-eyed.

Great place for a business trip. The room was comfortable and clean, wifi was free, and the lounge area in the lobby serves coffee, beer, breakfast, etc., and the lounge also has plenty of outlets for cell phone, laptop, etc. There are also several restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.

I've been a Marriott guest throughout the country and I've never had any issues with the hotel or the management.  The issue I had was when I placed a call directly to the hotel and asked for the lowest/cheapest rate available for one person.  The gentleman gave me the quote of $179/King.  Mind you, I asked for the LOWEST/CHEAPEST rate.  I told him I was just on their website and saw the rate of $169, with 2 queen.  I didn't care for his sales tactic.

Built on the track of the old Aksarben ("Nebraska" backward)

Staying here since 2009 I like the feel of university feel w/ UNO across street.

Walking distance to WalMart but even closer to the greatest little neighbourhood grocery Wollners.

Six cool restaurants a walk away and a first run movie theatre.

This time was I ordered a Crown and water and the bartender gave me a Makers Mark !

Took a sip and nearly spit it out.

She said I am out of Crown and thought you wouldn't notice.

They must have a change in management or their employees hate their job.  No hospitality at this hotel... not even for a platinum member.  They make their guests feel like it is an inconvenience to do anything for their guests.  I won't be staying here the next time I'm in the area. Let me know when you hire people who care.

Stayed here for the Maha Music Festival.  I do really love these new Courtyards and their common areas.  Modern with nice food and bar choices, easy check-in and rooms that aren't just cookie cutter.  Perfect for the price and just what we were looking for.

I find this to be a fresh and well located hotel.

A little hard to find the first time but they send an email in advance to give non-GPS directions which is a nice touch.

The lobby has good food and wine but due to the great location there are other bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

I like that there is a bike path just 5 minutes away that allows you to get a walk in and also to get to more restaurants on 72nd.

The staff always take care of business.  Internet is plenty fast and reliable.
