no complaints here. beds were comfortable, room was clean.  the water pressure in the shower was excellent.  theallamerican breakfast was great too, although $10 is just a little steep, but i am cheap.

We live in Omaha, but I decided to book a room for DW and I for a night. The place is relatively very new in a not yet fully developed part of west omaha, so you won't have any stunning views. It is close to the Village Pointe shopping center (shoping and dining district), but not much else.  It is about 25 minutes from downtown Omaha and Eppley Airfield, so it is not close, in case you're wondering.

The place is modern and clean. The front desk staff were friendly, but seemed perplexed that I wanted to pay cash for room & tax (I did have a credit card on file for incidentals). We were placed in room 426 which faces northeast, looking over hwy 6 & some of Village Pointe. The room was decent and clean, but the bathroom was small (okay, so it's a hotel room). No in-room frills, just the usual desk, chair, lounge chair, etc.  These rooms do have a mini fridge and microwave, in case you need that sort of thing. One word of caution, the in-room coffee (Superior brand) is not good. Bring your own or get coffee elsewhere.

The bed has comfort dials on both sides, but I didn't feel any variance between the settings in the dial.

All in all, it was a decent hotel. They do have an indoor pool and in-house restaurant/bar in case you are interested. If you can help it, go over to eat at the great restaurants at Village Pointe.

My company uses this hotel quite a bit and I have stayed here a few times.  My room was fairly large with two queen beds, a nice LG flat screen television, desk, lounge chair,  roomy bathroom and Neutrogena toiletries. The best part of the room is the beds!  VERY comfortable, in fact, more comfortable than my bed at home.

There is a pool, lounge area with a fireplace and a great little bar on the first floor.  I stumbled upon a great Happy Hour on Wednesday where the restaurant served up stuffed mushroom caps, chicken wings, sandwiches, jalapeno poppers and other appetizers.  The bartender, Dave, is pretty great and even gave me a card for a free appetizer at the nearby Johnny's Italian Steakhouse.  If you stay here, definitely hit him up for advice on local spots; he seems pretty well connected and always willing to help you get a reservation, advice or a free appetizer!

Another great thing about this Hilton Gardens is that it's next to the Village Pointe shopping mall which has a number of high end shops and great restaurants, including Firebirds, Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, Kobe Grill and a couple other places.

Worst customer service. I had a reservation with them, and had it booked out from under me.

Very clean room. Hot coffee in the lobby. Quick check in. Decent rates. It's sort of off the beaten path. The pool looked welcoming. Free Wifi is a plus. Crappy cell service on t-mobile in this location.

No complaints here. The bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, and it was quiet. My room was near the elevator and I didn't hear a thing in the 3 nights I was here.

They have a pay breakfast area with either a buffet or a made breakfast, and the price is pretty cheap. There's a pool and a loungey area, so all in all this was a good stay.

This is a nice place! Reminds me of a Hampton Inn in the way it is decorated.

Friendly and accommodating staff! Only issues is there are not a lot of later night food options around here so get snacks to keep in your mini fridge!

I stay at an HGI every week. So far all of them I'm happy with including this one. In my profile with the hotel I request a top floor. I simply can't sleep with Bigfoot in the room above me, and yes Bigfoot exists. He follows me around from hotel to hotel waiting for me not to get the top floor.

For some reason each hotel neglects to assign me a top floor room until I call or complain a little, then they make it happen. Gold status just doesn't do it I guess.

This hotel was no different but in the end they made it happen. Got a handicap room but hey, who cares...no Bigfoot.

Everyone was nice, the hotel is amazing, and I will be back.
