As everyone has said, the outside of this place is real busted and always under renovation but the rooms are fairly nice. I got a room for $54+tax on hotwire and found it a good value. Stay here if you're on the way to someplace else (it's close to the highway) but if you are here to see Omaha, it feels a little like a hotel ghetto in this area- nothing is walkable. There did seem to be a ton of families around making a good amount of noise, so if you are a super light sleeper, maybe try and get a room away from the water park at the back of the hotel.

I feel like a rat trapped inside a maze.  Although the hotel is pretty huge featuring COCO Key water resort...don't ask...I guess there isn't a hell of a lot to do in Omaha.  Regardless, the rooms are pretty small in comparison to the large hotel.

The bar tender is pretty cool...if you tip well, he will take care of you.

Way overpriced for a below average room.

The rooms are small and the hotel has had many additions over the years (i.e. the hallways maze).  We stayed on the 2nd floor of the towers and the hallway smelled like a mix of bad mildew & cat urine.  You wanted to throw up when you left your room.  This problem has clearly been going on for months and the mgmt team doesn't care.

Parking is also a major issue.  The parking lots are always full and people have the fire zones packed with cars.

The Ramada and Super 8 next door appear to be much cleaner and less crowded.

Design logic was not in the design, but room was otherwise OK.
I mean, what sense does it make to put the towel rack inside the shower? I admit, that it's a pretty small bathroom, but come on. You have to take down all the towels to take a shower?

Also, having to pay for the continental breakfast at a price higher than most of the items on the room service menu is not good.
