DO NOT BOOK...If you have choice privileges (not much of privilege btw) better get a room at comfort inn down the street instead. This hotel is super ghetto fabulous. The TV didn't even work well. Plus, we accidently booked a smoking room. Most disgusting environment ever.

Note: Choice hotels offer a "deal" where they give you one night free if you book 2 nights in a different hotel within a certain period. We are traveling cross country and have gone out of our way to book choice hotels only to be told that we cannot redeem our points and thus free night till 72 hours pass since our second stay. Well, it doesn't say that anywhere in the ad or in the details. Boo Choice Hotels. After I redeem my free night (eventually) it'll be only Holiday inn express and Hampton inn for me

Clearly, I have a different definition of the word "Quality" than the hotel owners. My experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable. Upon checking in, we had to stand in line for twenty minutes while listening to the employee argue with a customer. When it was our turn to check in, the employee spent more time complaining about the previous customer than checking us in. We booked a two room suite and were surprised to find our room was actually two standard rooms with the adjoining door removed. Our sink clogged the first night and no one ever came to fix it. The room was filthy to say the least. We found windshield wiper cleaner in the cupboard and a vodka bottle in the entertainment center. The amount of dust on the furniture would have smothered any dust mites lurking around the room. The beds were too hard and the noise level (i.e the elephant dance competition)in the room directly above made for two sleepless nights. Towels were not provided in the pool area, and walking through the crowded reception area in a wet swimsuit to grab the pool towels was not my idea of a fun time. Also, beware that the indoor golfing and billiard tables are located in the "night club" attached to the hotel, which was not explained in the brochure. Speaking of locations, my last complaint is that the location of the parking lot was strenuous due to the fact that the only exit faced 72nd S. My recommendation comes straight from he words of the front desk receptionist who said to us "There are 14,000 hotels in Omaha. She can go somewhere else!" Indeed, sir. Everyone should take your advice!

This hotel is misnamed. Unless you're from bizarro-world. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke and the carpeting in the room made my socks black.

On the upside, there is an indoor pool, which might be okay in the winter months. The breakfast (complimentary) is 3 (out of 5) stars, but don't be late; they start dismantling it at 8:58 am.

We cut our 5 day booking 3 days short and moved to La Quinta, which was basic (but a few bucks cheaper and much cleaner).

Overall we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The included hot breakfast was a much appreciated amenity. The biggest problem was that we were above a smoking room, and the ventilation system was designed such that we were able to smell the smoke in our "non smoking" room. If you are sensative to smoke, ask for a room that isn't bordered by a smoking room, or look elsewhere. Also, be aware that the key cards take a fair amount of finessing to work.
