What makes a visit to the Wilderness Inn B&B a unique experience is the "craftsman style" architecture of the Inn (1912) and Rosanna and Michael's love of sharing their favorite parts of the surrounding White Mountains, widely regarded as the most spectacular region of New England. The Inn has 7 rooms and a Cottage each named for a different country from the innkeeper's travels. The breakfast menu of fresh fruit salad, homemade muffins, strawberry crepes, pancakes or french toast with pure maple syrup, brie omelets, has become famous. Simply an amazing place to stay. I have been coming to the Western White's since I was a child and this was the most enjoyable stay I have ever had. The Inn was just that, an Inn. I enjoyed the stay and most importantly I enjoyed the excellent breakfasts served. The food was of the most amazing quality. Rosanna and Michael were excellent guests. I have found the place I would like to stay when I go away to the White Mountains!

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to the White Mountains and stay at the Wilderness Inn. The inn keepers were friendly and informative and we loved our room (Italian room) with its fireplace and en suite bath with whirlpool tub. Breakfasts were delicious - I recommend the blueberry pancakes!

This place was horrible. The rooms are small and bathroom was even smaller. The room I tried to book was available but they wanted to save it for someone staying longer than one night. I instead was offered a second choice and they did not tell me how small the bathroom was.
They would not turn on the AC and room was too warm and stuffy. It was very hard to sleep.
We will NOT be back here ever again. The owners were not welcoming and never offered any suggestions.

I had a great experience staying in the India room. My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. The owners, Michael and Rosanna, were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their breakfasts were exceptionally good and included an assortment of homemade syrups. I would definitely recommend staying there if you're near Lincoln, NH.

Absolutely idyllic. You literally could not feel more at home. Came here with a friend after a day of skiing. When we got off the slopes there were homemade cookies and a tea station set up in the living room to welcome the guests. The room was clean and charming with a huge private bath. Michael helped us with our bags and told us that there is breakfast from 8-10am but that he will be up around 7 making muffins if we were hungry earlier. He was super helpful and kind.
The next morning we went down for breakfast. Amazing. Michael made the breakfast, while Rosanna (sp?) served us. We literally sat there the whole time fawning over how cute and efficient the whole operation was. I got crepes and my friend the French toast. Both were amazing and we were given two hot, homemade muffins, a bowl of fresh fruit, orange juice and tea to start. I'm by no means a baker, or a muffin fan, but after the first bite, I was dying to ask for the recipe. Turns out they include the recipe on the back of their business cards. Score!
Start to finish a flawless experience. You can tell this is a labor of love for the innkeepers. It shows in every aspect. Highly recommend.
