If you're looking for a clean, good condition, quiet motel for a good night's rest - this place is great especially for business travellers. Comes with free fast wifi and complimentary breakfast (toast, cereal, bananas, eggs, sausages, make-your-own-waffles, mini muffins, juice and coffee are available). Parking is also free. No additional hidden resort fees like the other hotels in Reno charge. If I'm back in Reno again for a stopover - I wouldn't hesitate booking Comfort Inn again.

We had a great stay here over the weekend in Reno. We headed there for the Nugget Rib Cook Off. We booked out hotel a little too late so we werent able to stay at one of the main hotels/casinos. We were actually really happy with the hotel though...VERY clean. Staff was really friendly. They didn't have room service but they had a great menu from four restaurants that had a delivery service we enjoyed. And a little fridge in the lobby with alcohol you could buy and take back to your room. Good place, and will for sure stay here again if we ever venture back to reno,.

Best stay on a long road trip up the 395 to Reno. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is better than you would expect. Sausage, bacon, cheese omelettes (which they made w/o cheese for my wife) in addition to the common continental breakfast items. Also, the waffle maker tops it all off.

This place is fairly new, so the rooms are still very nice and clean.

Only issue I had was on the first morning of our stay, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30...it didn't happen the next morning thankfully.

The other issue has to do with getting in and out of the site. You're allowed only to make a right turn from the site, so the only way to go west is to first go east and make an illegal u-turn at the first signal. Otherwise you would have to get into the airport or on the freeway which could be even more complicated.

Other than that, great place and highly recommended.

Free breakfast is decent. Staff is attention to details and nice.
Beds are comfortable and clean.  Place is fairly new, so everyting is in good condition and clean. Not exactly cheap compare to other motels around. However, the little extra is well worth it.

Clean great comfortable bed with up to date linens and a great shower. The front desk attendant was very friendly . It was a nice place to spend my last night on the road enroute to California. A very nice clean hot breakfast with something for everyone. A wonderful value well under $100

We stayed here for New Years weekend. Price was reasonable for a last minute (2 days before new years) booking. They offer free wifi and complemantary breakfast.  The room was clean and i have no complaints. Hotel is close to Atlantis and 7-10 minutes away from the Reno strip. I would recommend it.

I've stayed here a few time, and each experience has been consistently pleasant. Great location! Very close to pretty much anything you need. Very clean, good shower heads, outdated TVs (although I never turn hotel TVs on ;) ) and for those who need it, the toilets flush very well. I don't do hotel breakfasts anymore, but it looks to be the standard breakfast with a little extra.

I took an emergency trip to support my husband at Renown Hospital in Reno.  I didn't have reservations, but they found me a room at a reasonable rate.  Reasonably clean, excellent breakfast buffet, free shuttle took me promptly to and from the hospital when I needed rides, so I didn't need a car.  The hotel clerks were easy to work with, found me toothpaste that I'd forgotten to pack, and received mail for me.  I will definitely stay here again if I need accommodations in the area.

We stopped here on the final leg of our trip, to catch a flight home from Reno.  We chose it based on location and proximity to the airport and the reputation of comfort inn. The place was fine, no real complaints at all.  It is convenient.  They offered free breakfast--there was the omnipresent waffle maker, the agony of many comfort inn managers.  The breakfast is sufficient.  Bagels, muffins, toast, english muffins, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. There were the processed scambled eggs, the thin bacon and the decent sausage patty.

The only odd thing was there was no pool there.

Nice place, and a lot less than the casinos who charge "resort fees". Smoke free, decent breakfast, comfy beds, quiet, friendly, helpful staff.

Extremely accomodating and not at all what I was expecting.  The front desk clerk was AWESOME. He really went out of his way to ensure that everything was the way that I wanted, and or needed it. Traveling for business purposes is never easy but the Comfort Inn made it smooth.

I thought staying at a casino would be better hahahaha yeah right. If I ever have to travel in this area again I will definitely consider this location an option. They even have a food delivery service that covers Chilis, BJ's, Claim Jumpers, and some asian joint. A pool would have given this 5 stars. But for now its a 4 1/2.

We were very disappointed in our recent stay. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. We had a 10 hour drive and checked in hoping for a nap. We found that they were cleaning the carpet in the hallway outside of our room. The noise was ear shattering. It sounded like a Airplane was taking off with the rumble to match.  It went on from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. We spoke to the manager and he did nothing. You would think that they would perform this maintenance between 11:00 checkout and 3:00 checkin especially when you are paying 100+ a night for a room. We like the location. The room is nice but we will think twice about staying here next time.

Very disappointing. Our non-smoking room smelled like a dirty ashtray. Surely the carpet and paint had never been updated after it was designated non-smoking. Breakfast all appeared to have been left over from the day before. Hash browns were dark brown inside and out and pancakes had to be sawed with a knife. Non of the "hot" food was hot. All the staff was very nice and the room clean, but on the whole, felt like it didn't come close to  Comfort Inn standards.

Booked online for 3 days a month away. When to confirm my reservations as we are suppose to be there in a week. No reservation and was charged for a "NO" show.  I was booked for one night, the day I booked for 30 days later. Reservations cannot be found  anywhere BUT they charged me as a NO Show. Called and was RUDELY talked to. No refund or voucher.  RESERVATION # 19523340. BEWARE of POOR customer service.

I don't know where all the positive reviews are coming from. This hotel claims it is non-smoking but absolutely reeks! I had to switch rooms and it still stunk. I went to boil water in the coffee pot in the bathroom, and the coffee pot had cigarette ashes on it, unbelievable!!! It made the BOILED WATER stink like an ashtray, which I didn't even know was possible.  The only positive is the front desk staff was nice. Honestly, the city of Reno is a complete hole, so this place may be good by Reno standards.

Gross overall.

Very comfortable and clean.  Staff was friendly and attentive.  Free wifi.  Free breakfast was average, but had boiled eggs rather than the usual scrambled.  By booking well in advance, we paid $72.99 plus tax.  Would definitely return.

DO NOT leave anything in your car at this hotel there is a low life scum element that will smash your car window and take your things. The hotel couldn't care less and will not assist you in any way.  I will never stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights here and our room was never tended to by housekeeping. The "do not disturb" sign was removed the first day at 11 and the next day at 9:30. The second day, someone put a sign on the door after we removed it. We had to track down the housekeeper for toilet paper and towels. Upon checkout, the lady at the front desk checked the housekeeper's record, and found  the room had been marked serviced when it had not been.

I waited 30 minutes for the airport shuttle, which I thought was a long time considering how close the hotel is to the airport.

And one more thing that is a little nit picky...the cylinders that keep the doors from slamming are not adjusted properly, so when other guests inconsiderately slam their doors, it rattles the walls and jolts you awake.

They get the 2 stars (it would be more if not for housekeeping) for friendly staff, comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, cold A/C, clean workout room, and a good, well-stocked, hot breakfast.  I thought I was getting a good rate at about $90 per night which is usually ok for a Comfort Inn, but now feel that is a bit much.

Great hotel for a family trip to Reno.  Very clean, which is very important.  Breakfast was your standard continental with eggs and sausage, but perfect for my family.  Easy check in, convenient location and great value.  The only down side was finding a grocery store, but that's a minor detail.  Planning on staying here over Memorial Day.

So I guess the high prices are summer only, on off-season weekdays you can get a $55 after tax rate pretty often now.

Gave it another go just for variety (and a Choice promo). One thing I forgot to mention last time (cause I only had my tablet with me then) is that they have free high-speed wired Ethernet in the rooms here. Haven't seen any other hotels in Reno or Carson in the under $80 range that have it yet.

Got a chance to check out the fitness center this time too, a little cramped since it's just a converted regular room but they did pack a decent range of stuff in there for both cardio and strength.

A little bummed that cheapo grocery across the street closed down, kinda negates the advantage of the fridge/micro in every room :( Full Charter Business TV package now tho :)

Only real weakness is that the floors are thin and creaky and the plumbing is loud, but those are both alleviated by requesting a top floor room. And if you do get one, please take your shoes off at night and keep the unneccessary trundling to a minimum, thanks bud

Not a bad choice if you want to be right near the airport and away from the casinos at a reasonable rate
