Stayed here for 5 days on a recent business trip. They are conveniently located outside of the downtown area but close to everything. It's a 10 minute trip to get just about anywhere you want to go. Even close to the highway headed to Lake Tahoe if your trip allows a quick visit.

They were celebrating their one year anniversary the week I was there so, still relatively new. Chris, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and friendly. This was my first visit at a Staybridge Suites but as a frequent guest of Homewood Suites in other locations, I had something to compare it to. Room size is nice. I think I had one of the smaller rooms and it was more than adequate (almost the same layout of Homewood Suites rooms I've stayed in). Full kitchen plus complimentary coffee, tea, and popcorn is provided in the room. Standard desk with FREE WI-FI. Standard sofa, coffee table, and flat screen TV with a wide range of television station options (I usually have to miss some of my cable shows while travelling-not here!) including digital music channels. Alarm clock-radio includes an iPod dock. Plenty of lighting options (two bed lamps, two floor lamps, a desk lamp, overhead lighting in kitchen and bathroom, plus two sets of lighting in bathroom vanity area. If I had any complaints, it would be the layout of the vanity area, with the closet doors and bathroom doors. It's very clunky and you can't have the closet door open at the same time as the bathroom door (fine for most people but I like to have handy access to a trash bin while putting on makeup in the morning and pulling out my clothes). Not an issue, I finally figured out how to make it work for me but let's just say that's the only complaint I have.

Free hot breakfast in the morning includes eggs of some sort, breakfast meat (bacon or sausage depending on the day), usually a potato option (hash browns), along with cheese, salsa, and other toppings. Also on the bar are fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, cottage cheese, and milk. There is a full compliment of breads available; bagels, toast, muffins, coffee cake/danish along with coffee, tea, etc. I'm a big fan of happy hour in the hotel (what I like about Homewood Suites, as well), convenient for those nights when work is the priority over dining out or, you want a quick glass of beer or wine while waiting for the group to gather to go out. Happy hour usually includes food or hearty snacks that could very easily be your evening meal.

In addition to a computer center with printer, they have a guest library where you can exchange books and a small market that carries just about anything else you may need. The prices on the market are great. I ran out of Advil and the small two-pill packs that usually go for at least $1 at CVS/Walgreen's were 50 cents at the market.

The exercise room is small but includes anything you might be interested in (including medicine balls w/ handles) and is clean. Two treadmills were the most popular item while I was there but I never had to wait to use them. They also have an elliptical and recumbent bike along with a four station weight machine, yoga mat, and one of those big inflatable balls for stretching.

BONUS: They offer FREE laundry and are pet-friendly.

A comment on the light housekeeping: this is the standard housekeeping I feel you get at just about any hotel these days. They empty trash, replace towels, etc. and make the bed. The only difference would be if you want fresh towels Saturday night or Sunday night, you get them from the front desk. The full housekeeping includes changing sheets and cleaning the floors, which is done after checkout or once a week if you are staying more than 7 days.

I had a corporate rate but I believe their standard rate is less than the Hampton Inn (only 2 yrs old) right next door and the Hampton doesn't offer suites in every room or free happy hour each evening. I've stayed in both hotels and while the Hampton Inn is nice (great beds), I will choose the Staybridge every time over the Hampton for any subsequent visits.

Fairly newly built hotel with clean tasteful decor and amenities. Our room was very clean including the living room, kitchen, bed room and bathroom. I was especially impressed with the large shower! The bed was comfortable but I would have appreciated different pillows. Continental breakfast was served later than I am accustomed 8am-10:30am? Quality and selection of food items were great. Waffles, scrambled eggs, hardboiled eggs, chopped fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, honey dew), oatmeal, cereal, bagels, pastries, and bacon!!! The hotel is a bit confusing to find being nested in an industrial business park. It was nice to see how accommodating the hotel was to motorcycle riders. Apparently there was a large Harley rally the weekend I visited and there was priority, up-front parking for bikers.

A sure way to tell when a company truly cares about their customers and customer service as a whole is how they handle themselves when a customer has a bad experience.

Two weeks ago, I was that customer (as seen in my first 2 star review).  I had stayed at many other IHG hotels and had great experiences....no, above and beyond experiences is more like it. Things two weeks ago however did not go so well, so I did what I usually do.....share my disdain via every pertinent social media channel out there.  Within 24 hours, I heard back from an IHG CS rep who apologized and even refunded me a portion of my room rate for the night I spent.  They also contacted Kelly, the General Manager of the hotel, and she followed up with me to let me know the situation they were in (people extending and changing reservations), but let me know that changing reservations without informing people is not a regular practice at the hotel and apologized that this happened to me.  She ended her email with a hope that we would stay with them again in the future, so I took her up on it and booked a night on our way home (yes, we paid for it, so I am not updating my review based on a free room offer). Bold move, I know; especially with the two kids after a 9 hour drive from SLC to Reno.

We arrived completely exhausted and I checked us in. Once again, we did not get the room we booked....Kelly had upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite instead! Holy Cow, what a nice room! A huge king size master bedroom with a flat screen TV, big bathroom and vanity and tons of room for luggage. The second bedroom was a Queen size suite, also with an awesome bathroom, flat screen TV and desk for working. The beds are pretty comfy, but the I must say that the pillows are horrible - really lumpy and not at all comfortable. The living room also had a flat screen (yep, 3 flatscreens in the suite); a sleepers sofa (which is not super comfortable for sitting on, but what sleeper sofas are?); a decent sized kitchenette, fully stocked with everything; and a dining table for 4.  Also.....TONS of cable channels, not the usual 15-20 you get at most hotels.  Very nice.

After getting settled, we head down to the pool to exhaust the kids even further.  Great pool, good temp and a nice little hot tub as well. The pool area leads out to an outdoor patio with a BBQ area and plenty of seating.  There is also a small gym next to the pool, but we did not use it.  They also offer a morning breakfast buffet. We did not partake, so cannot review, but it looked decent.  They also do a wine and dinner social 3 nights a week, also complimentary, but we also did not partake.

My two stays here were like night and day, but I tend to believe that my most recent stay on the way home is what most people probably experience, and is why I am updating my review.

Based on other extended stay suites at which I have stayed, this is definitely a 5 in the extended stay world.  When things get started off on the right foot, it changes the whole experience.  Thanks to the folks at IHG and Kelly at the Reno location, they've turned this guy around and I'll be back on my next 800 mile trek across 3 states to go see family in SLC.

Awesome place to stay!  Matthew is really customer friendly and tries his best to meet your needs.

The rooms are modern, spacious and clean.  The staff is very friendly.  They have a full breakfast that's very nice and the nightly snack is also a nice bonus.  The pool/sauna is clean, but small; the pool is a little cold whereas the sauna was a little too hot...but both are usable.

The business center is very nice and completely free!  The laundry and wifi is also very nice, and free too!

Price is also reasonable.  Definitely recommend!!!

I have a million compliments for this hotel. Here are a few:

    + brand spankin' new hotel/area
+ common areas are super clean, lobby is welcoming
+ close to freeway & many fast food places
    + quiet
+ modern decor: sleek, dark wood, beautiful carpeting
+ room & shower was really spacious
    + bed was comfy
+ full kitchen IN my room (microwave, silverware, fridge, etc.)
+ tapestry, pillows & bedding were in pleasing tones of blues & browns (i am partial to blues & browns)
+ indoor pool & hot tub (temperature was good in both areas)
+ free breakfast every morning. food was good, lots of variety, makes you feel like Mom is in the kitchen making breakfast.
+ free happy hour monday-thursday. the day we got there, it was free nachos & beer & soda & wine (NICE.)
+ they allowed for late checkout
+ we asked for an extra blanket & it was at our door in a few minutes
+ staff was efficient & friendly
    + prices are decent
+ computers/free internet on the first floor

Staybridge is a little far from the strip (less than a 10 minute drive) but we did not mind at all. The only complaint I have is that they don't offer full maid service everyday unless you're staying more than 7 days. Also, if you want light housekeeping on the weekends, you have to request it on Friday before 5 p.m. If you don't, you have to grab towels (and anything else you need) from the front desk yourself.

Awesome, comfortable place to lay your head at night.

This is a very good business travel hotel.  As a business traveler that does 100 days a year on the road, I have an appreciation for the little things. Like good service and proximity to the city's attractions.  The staff was just nails.  Ready to assist and very nice folks.  For less than $100 bucks a night, I was very comfortable.

I stayed here for a total of 10 days and hardly ate out. Between the managers social hour and the gas BBQ grill on the rear patio, I was eating very nicely. The big selling point for the property that appealed to me was the ability to grill up a nice steak or a rack of lamb and enjoy the social hour laid out in the evening. Yep that was me. Grilling steak in the rain.

Some folks might balk at a property that provides housekeeping "light".  My bed was made every day , the towels and coffee were replaced every day.  I was very comfortable with this.

In conclusion, for business travel, you can't beat this place. If you are working in Reno and want to avoid the smokey hotel/casino scene, this is the place you need to stay at. This truly was my home away from home for 10 days.  I will come back to this property.

We returned her for New Years and had a MUCH better time.   The "GOOD" below still applies, but this time no noisy neighbors.  The manager (Kelly) and desk clerk (Christina) went out of their way to make our stay great.

Everything from the Sundowner Reception (wine, beer, appetizers) to the quick response to requests (like when I spilled chilli on the floor).

The value is still incredible for the price and its a great hotel.

On a good day you're 20 mins from Mount Rose, and 1 hour from Squaw Valley Ski Resort.  On snowy days (or weekends) it is closer to 1.5 hrs to Squaw.

Casinos are right down the road for no-ski days.

My air conditioning went out right before the weekend and it was gonna be a hot one. I had my niece for the weekend and it wasn't going to be fixed until next week. My husband and niece spend half of the Friday tryin to stay cool in the hot house and when I got home from work, he looked at me and said ummmm we need to get outta here! So I did some searching online and found Staybridge. We wanted some place nice and far far far away from the casino hotels...okay not too far. But we wanted a nice quite place to relax. And we found it! Staybridge is awesome, we even did our laundry there for FREE! They had free breakfast, a pool, workout room and our room even had a small kitchen. I would recommend this place to anyone from out of town or even locals that just want to get away.

    So fresh and so clean.

As soon as you walk into the hotel it smells of apples.  Not a hint of smoke anywhere.  We opened the door to our room and were in awe.  Beautiful modern rooms, fresh clean air, clean carpets, clean beds, you just gathered a sense of cleanliness.  It was nicely decorated too.

Free breakfast buffet with eggs, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, cheese, cups of fruit and the all the other usual items, except they had biscuits and gravy too.  Did you read me?  BISCUITS AND GRAVY and it was good.  It was just what I was craving.

Room prices are a steal (but don't tell management that).

I stayed here for two days on a cross-country trip for work.

I always stay at Staybridge if I can, as their hotels are awesome. Granite countertops, full kitchen, large bathrooms and ultra-clean rooms that are very modern was what I got when I went to this hotel, and I wasn't disappointed.

Tues-Thurs they offer free food and beer to guests, which is great. It's seconds away from any amenity you could ask for: food, shopping, and even liquor stores. Best part? In-N-Out is one exit up the freeway.

It's close to a ton of Casinos, if that's your thing...but it's not TOO close, so you don't get a ton of traffic or rifraff.

The staff here was freaking awesome. They let a bunch of us guests hang out with them all night up front, we ordered pizza for us all, and they really made us feel welcome and at home.

The pool and hottub are extremely clean, and the washers/dryers on-site aren't grody or old.

The WIFI is free and extremely reliable.

I'd stay here again in a second.

My mom and I stayed here on a recent cross-country road trip in which we passed through Reno.  I have to say I was disappointed with the hotel after reading all the great reviews here and on trip advisor.

The hotel claims to be non-smoking, which was very important (we deliberately didn't stay in a hotel/casino on the Reno strip to avoid the smoke).  When we arrived the hallway that our room was on absolutely reeked of smoke.   It smelled like someone had stood there for half an hour smoking 10 cigarettes right outside our door.  We notified the front desk and they sprayed some air freshener awhile later, and it did smell better within a few hours.  However, no one offered to move our room or anything.  I realize there's only so much the hotel can do about people who decide to smoke cigarettes against their policy, but it smelled so bad I would be very surprised if no one had complained or noticed, and it seemed odd that they didn't offer to move us elsewhere.

The pool was on the small side, even for a hotel pool, and wasn't really a lap pool.  There were several unsupervised children screaming and throwing things in the pool area when I tried to swim laps.  The hotel staff did come to the pool and say something to them when I told them about it, but as soon as they left the kids started acting up again.  I realize there's only so much the hotel staff can do in that situation, though.

The room itself was pleasant and clean, but not at all what I would call a suite.  It was larger than a normal hotel room and had a sitting area, but the sitting area and bed were in the same room, no divider or anything.   I think many of the benefits of this hotel apply mostly to extended stay guests (whom the hotel seems to cater to) or business travels.  The business center is open 24/7, the room comes with a fully stocked kitchen including dishes and silverware and a full-size fridge, there's a free laundry facility and a mini convenience store in the hotel, etc.  All great amenities for a long stay, but didn't really apply to us.  We did use the free wifi, which worked great.

Breakfast was a solid continental ++ breakfast, with the standard continental fare plus make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausage, some fruit, etc.

Nothing about this hotel was terrible, and I would probably stay here again if in Reno, since it's a great alternative to the hotel-casinos on the strip for someone not looking for that scene, and is reasonably priced for the area.  However, it was a bit of a letdown after reading all the rave reviews, and be wary if you are really looking for a completely non-smoking hotel.

    Awesome hotel

I would have to say this is the best your going to get with priority club. The rooms are spacious and clean, theres always a pool and hottub, the laundry is FREE, and the staff is always decent or good to go.

This certain location is only like 3 years old so the rooms are pretty much brand new!. Only negative is your 10 min away from the Reno downtown, but that can also be a good thing.

During our visit in Reno, the S.O. and I stayed here for three nights. We honestly weren't expecting much seeing that our hotel was paid for by the gracious host, but we were definitely more than happy with our living arrangements.

First off the rooms are all suites, having a living room, small (but decent-sized) kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a large bathroom.
    - kitchen is FULLY stocked with pots, pans, measuring cups, etc!
    - large fridge with a freezer and ice maker
    - complimentary tea, coffee and snacks waiting in your room
    - large, clean shower stalls
    - two tvs (one in the living room, and one in the bedroom)
    - clean, clean clean!

While they don't have room service they have a "pantry" downstairs filled with microwavable/frozen/instant meals and other snacks. And of course they have complimentary continental breakfast in the mornings (which we surprisingly made each time). They have ready-made omelettes, sausages, boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles (make yourself), coffee, tea, and more.

And on the last day of our stay we needed a ride to the airport and they were happy to shuttle us there. All this along with the extremely nice, helpful staff made for a great stay in Reno!

This hotel was a nice find in Reno for our family of four. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and had plenty of space.
I loved the self-laundry. It was free, you just provide the soap. The laundry room was attached to the gym, so you could walk/run the treadmill or the bike while your laundry cooks.

The hotel was close to a grocery store and not far from several restaurants. It's away from the casino bustle in an office park. There is an indoor pool, but we didn't use it. We only stayed for one night as we passed through on our way to the west coast.

I would recommend this one for families, especially if you want to cook a meal or have need a small kitchen. Great for a stopover during longer trips to get some laundry done on the cheap.

Be very careful if you chose to stay at Staybridge Suites and book thru any of the online services ( Expedia  Priceline Bookings.com ) . All of these services contain a disclaimer which allows Staybridge Suites to give you any room they have available regardless of the room which was booked. Reads something like " rooms will be allocated upon arrival based on availability " . I booked a suite at Staybridge Reno and one wasnot available so they gave me a small room and refused to refund the price difference. Rude to boot. Avoid this place if at all possible.

I had a very nice comfortable room.  The breakfast provided was very good and had something for everyone.  The cookies at check-in was a nice touch and the check-in employee actually remembered talking to me as I had to change my travel plans and she was very helpful.  I also liked that as a gold member of IHG they offered me the choice of a goodie bag or 300 points.  That was a nice surprise.   The amenities seemed very nice, unfortunately I did not have time to use them  My only complaint if you can call it a complaint is that they did not slide a receipt under my door at checkout and no one was at the desk at the time that I and many others were checking out to catch one of the first flights out of Reno in the morning.  I was able to use my check-in bill on my expense account so I guess it all worked out.

There aren't many hotel options that are of the non-casino type/hype that provide kitchens so that we can cook & thereby stay away from the requisite salty buffets et al + food offerings of the area. Not to mention spacious, clean & comfortable. So here we are back at Staybridge; this time we received a 4th floor room & had peace/quiet for our 2 day weekend stay. YES!! Huge difference. The room was cleaner than the 1 we previously wrote about & I would give 4 stars if it weren't for some details like missing kitchen items (or the closed pool/spa); apparently there should be a service for 5 but in our experience(s), a service for 4 was evident. This time forks & spoons were a service for 3. So it seems maintenance/inventory is an issue. Plus, it was evident that glassware was lacking as well. That & the robe hook that missed my pumpkin head when I set a heavy robe on it (day 2) was a bit heart startling when it hit the floor. Good thing it didn't hit my head or this review might have an entirely different take. Again, evidence that maintenance is needed. These issues were brought to their attention at checkout &  so hopefully, maintenance will address them in time for the next guest.
That said, we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, a separate living area so hubby can surf channels while I sleep (he does this most at ~2am); & he makes an excellent  expresso that in & of itself cannot compare elsewhere. Breakfast was typical, it will sustain you as long as you don't have great requirements in terms of dietary restrictions: requisite composite eggs either scrambled or w/processed cheesed ala mini omelet. Oatmeal w/condiments. Waffles in a timed waffle maker w/condiments. Hard boiled eggs, coffee, juices etc. Families were quite happy from what I saw. Meanwhile, the refer in our room is keeping our chicken, salad, eggs, et all well chilled for our breakfast/lunch/dinner. And rather than over packing, our clothes are being washed/dried in their free laundry area on the first floor. Unfortunately this time I brought my swim suit & the pool/spa was closed for repairs. Another reason for a docked star since no one advised us of this either at reservation time or at check-in. We learned by reading the sign at the pool/spa facility.
It was sad to see minor things like wear & tear on the chairs both in the unit & downstairs where meals are held. While all appeared quite clean, it seems to me that minor maintenance would help to keep up appearances that reflect what Staybridge Suites is & should be.
All personnel at this location were friendly, professional & with them alone, a reason to give 5 stars!

Ok...so the 3 strike rule fell into place here.

#1:  When I arrived to my room, the couch was torn apart, halfway folded out, and with seat cushions on the floor.  Ok, no big deal.  I put it back together in a couple of minutes.  Next.

#2:  Did my usual bed cleanliness check.  Found long, curly pieces of blond/brown hair  on the pillows.  Called downstairs and asked for pillow cases.  Housekeeping proceeded to knock on the door and barge her way into the room without waiting for me.  Ok, I get it.  I called for assistance.  What about privacy?!?!?!  Wait til I open the door for you knowing that I'm in the room?  Anyhoo, she was super friendly and changed my cases with the quickness.  No harm, no foul.

#3:  The last straw!  We asked for late check out in the morning.  Front desk said, "Sure.  You can check out at 1."  Cool.  Since I got off way late from work this morning, an extra hour would be super helpful.  12:15 came rolling around.  I was half awake laying in bed.  Knock knock knock, boom!!!  A guy who I'm assuming was housekeeping attempted to barge into the room without even waiting for my reply.  Thank goodness I had the top lock on.  I jumped out of bed and headed to the door.  No one was there.  What the heck???

It's such a shame because besides these 3 issues, I had a nice stay.  The place was mostly clean.  The gym, pool, laundry, and complimentary breakfast were fantastic as offerings from the hotel.  The 3rd front loading laundry machine had some issue with its final spin cycle though.  My clothes came out drenched and took nearly 3 hours to dry.  I loved the mini kitchen, nice fridge, and open bathroom.  The shower head did have some clogs but it was bearable.  Due to the positives, I couldn't bring myself to give this place 1 star.

I stay at hotels 3-6 times in a week while in Reno.  I really wanted to make Staybridge a staple because I mostly enjoyed my stay.  I am just quite frustrated over the barging into rooms without ample warning.  I might give it another try once the storm calms.  2 stars.

i'm in rm 205 right now. 1 queen bed, 2-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, granite counters, large pivoting flat screen tv, iron, coffee maker, free breakfast, free laundry, free wifi. plenty of outlets (bless you), very nice woman who checked us in, very nice guy at front desk when i called for help. the room was very clean. only 3 complaints: (1) no ice machine on floors so u have to wait for freezer to make ice or guy downstairs will get u a package of ice, (2) sofa is a little cheesy, (3) banging sound when u get on the right side of bed. ok, only my mate cares about free breakfast but that one was pretty bad. eggs tasted powdered & bacon tasted like turkey bacon. i'm not counting it in my review but wanted to warn ya. quiet room. we are very happy w the rm & will stay again.

DO NOT stay at the Staybridge Suites in Reno, Nevada  BEWARE BE VERY AFRAID.

The beds are horrible. The pillows are junk, so old they are lumpy chunks of foam.

And the staff could careless! VERY rude, their PR skills SUCK.

You should be informed unlike we were, that the 1st two floors are pet floors, so if you're allergic to animals you better ask because they DO NOT inform you of this prior to you being in the room.  Then you hear the neighbor dog bark and you start wheezing allergies to dogs and you return to the front desk and ask, only to get told "oh yea", and when you say it would of been nice to be informed you get "yea".

Checked in at 9pm, unpacked, had air con on as room was stifling hot.  Could not get it to stay on, had to drop temp to 60 just to get it to run.  And as soon as it kicked off I hear all this noise from the other side of the bed wall, sounded like an elevator going up and down with people knocking on the wall.

Every time I got near the inside of my door the neighbors dog barked and when I said something to the 1st staff member she said "oh yea I know the dog its been here for 5 years".  REALLY! Why would they put anyone in that room!

NO ALRAM CLOCK in room and when I asked the girl she said "yea all rooms have alarm clocks" and I said "NO mine don't"  and all she said was "oh". No offer to address the issue and get me an alarm clock.

When trying to speak to the 2nd desk person, a guy, he was worse. Loud and extremely rude and informed me she took $10.00 off you bill. Well, whoop-de-do. Yea me, all I wanted was an alarm clock.

No alarm clock and all they would do is call me and wake me up.

My husband tried to go down and get a pillow that was usable and the jerk after like 15 mins was suppose to bring us better pillows and never showed up. So my husband went down to the desk again and was handed 3 pillows that were just as bad.

Finally at 12:00am as we tried to lay down in bed between no way to keep the air con on for the white noise to block out the elevator sounds and knocking sounds and the hard old bed and extremely lumpy pillows.  We packed back up and checked out by 12:30 am.  NO SLEEP FOR US

When we went to the front desk to check out the clerk was cold, callouses and could careless about anything we had to say.  Beside that fact that he was very
    un-kept looking.

We had planned on being there a few days, but didn't even stay one night. And there is no way our company will be giving StayBridge our business after this experience.

Home away from home.  When in Reno, I'd much rather stay away from the casino hotels and secondhand smoke.  The indoor heated pool and hot tub were a huge bonus, as it's still Springtime in March and quite chilly.  Even if some casino resorts had outdoor pools, they wouldn't open 'til late May and/or weather permitting.  Our son had a blast swimming and woke up first thing in the morning to swim.  Pool hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Their mini kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay; however, we never get to use any of it.  I can see how business travelers appreciate the proximity to the airport, convention center, downtown Reno, and nearby shopping mall during their week-long stay.  I'm sure this place gets busy M-F, and guests can enjoy a free hot breakfast with on-site laundry facilities and same day dry cleaning if needed.  Convenient on-site business center, clean hotel with a nice size gym, and outdoor patio offering an evening reception to guests during weeknights.  Weekend guests are on their own :)  Friendly and engaging staff.

The only improvement needed is to provide more comfy pillows.  For this type of hotel, and guests who stay for a week-long business trip, they should provide comfier pillows for a good night's sleep.  Lumpy, small pillows made us restless - good thing we only stayed one night.  Next time, we'll remember to bring our own pillows.

This hotel is the BEST!! I recently stayed here for 4 months since I was in town for work. The service here is awesome, every staff member will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. The rooms are spacious and always clean! The housekeeping staff gets 5 and a half stars as they always did such an amazing job. Other pluses:
    - morning breakfast is always hot and plenty to choose from
    - FREE landry (4 dryers & 4 washers)
    - kitchinette is fully stocked with pots, silevrware, glasses, etc
    - WIFI runs well, barely had problems with it
    - staff is always willing to help with suggestions on what to do, where to eat, things around the area
    - Tues-Thur, complementary small afternoon/evening meal and free adult beverage
    - close to highway

I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area and do recommend to others!
