I had to book a room here at the last minute. When I arrived, it was late, and we quickly realized that I had booked the wrong night. The staff was amazing- they found me a room (the last one on a busy weekend) and were incredibly kind about it. The rooms here are impressively clean- I travel a lot for business and am very picky. What a pleasant surprise!

Stayed here for 4 days during a trip to Pittsburgh in late August, and I enjoyed it immensely. The staff was eager to please & always helpful/exceedingly friendly, the breakfast buffet was a delicious, welcome treat and the location is such that it's close enough to the city (as well as plenty of shopping) to be exciting and fun while still being quiet and peaceful.
~~SUPER CLEAN. Bedbugs/other disgusting remnants of other patrons are always a paralyzing fear of mine when traveling, but our room was incredibly clean. The furniture was a little tired, but everything was still very well-maintained all the same and I felt quite at ease.
~~ I heard an occasional faint voice through the walls from nearby rooms, but never was my sleep/leisure disturbed.
~~My companion and I never got around to using the pool, but it did look nice and well-kept (as were the grounds in general).
~~The kitchenette was incredibly convenient and in good working order.
~~Parking was sometimes tedious but we were still able to consistently find a relatively reasonable spot in relation to the door.
~~MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS IN EXISTENCE. Seriously, there were moments where I was tempted to simply lie in bed all day versus actually sight-seeing. I've never experienced a bed of that quality in a hotel before.
~~The water heater is incredibly powerful. Shower never went cold and it got warm within seconds of turning on the shower! Wonderful way to start mornings.
If you're the kind of person who clutches at pearls at the thought of mismatching dishes or garish decor, then this is not the hotel for you. If you want decently-priced, clean, comfortable accommodations, then I can't recommend it heartily enough. We really had no problems

I went to Pennsylvania for the first time on Tuesday March 9th.
Very very very nice people!!
I walked inside the room and see notes every other corner from the manager telling people to contact him anytime for problems. In the morning I also received a note from him thanking me for choosing them.
Great variety of breakfast items and FRESH!
Very comfortable bed
Water running is warm
Room had automatic heater which was nice to walk in to a toasty room
The iron stained my white dress shirt when ironing. Thankfully I brought another shirt just in case something went wrong. PHEW!
I definitely will not only choose this Residence Inn but others across the U.S.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THIS PLACE IS INVESTED WITH STINK BUGS AND MANAGEMENT WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!
Also, they do not always provide clean towels even if you leave them on the floor, which indicates you'd like them changed. I suspected this, so i tested the cleaning team. I was right, i was given the same dirty towels i had left on the floor. They picked them up off of the dirty bathroom floor, folded them and hung them up. I was given a survey and answered honestly. Well, i unfortunately had to return to this hotel three weeks later as i was traveling for business and my company made me stay there. When i returned the staff (usually very polite) was very rude to me!! I guess they received my survey and wasn't happy about it. I've been in customer service for over 15 years. In my experience, when a customer completes a survey, showing their dissatisfaction, you do whatever you can to make it right. This establishment does not have the same thoughts, i guess. I wonder if its parent company, Marriott, knows they're are treating their guests in this way??
I have shared my complaints with my company in an effort to get them to switch hotels.

I stayed here back in April and was impressed. This place is HUGE and it is operated exceptionally well. Beds were comfy, rooms were spotlessly clean, parking lots were well-lit and safe, and service was impeccable. Breakfast was pretty amazing - a troupe of employees kept a constantly stocked line with tasty eats and I am still wondering how they kept the dining area and food area!

Spacious, clean, friendly staff and most importantly, decently priced. I do recommend. Also, breakfast was good! It was everything I expected from a Marriott Resident Inn.

Wow, do not stay, run away, this place is dirty, at least the room I was in was and I shared it with the manager on duty. bugs or something in the fridge and hairs in the freezer, really?
And they unapologetically send your email details to everyone else that is checking in that day. SO if you want more spam than you get and want everyone else knowing your personal details of when you will be in a hotel or away from home, stay here.
Not bitter here - I left several emails and messages for the manager to call me back and he has chosen not to respond. Also contacted and am working currently with the EFF for more action.

We stay at this hotel about once a month and we have a good experience each time. The rooms aren't anything special, but I think the staff is eager to please and they're very helpful. Whenever we've had a special request (early check-in, late check-out, airport parking/transportation, etc.), they've been able to accommodate us.
Rooms are spacious with plenty of room to spread out (even in the smallest room - the studio). The price is definitely competitive with other hotels in the area, and this place has a good breakfast included. Although technically breakfast begins at 7a on weekends it's always ready a little earlier (which we need) and the staff doesn't mind if we stop by and eat before 7.
I continue to choose this place because of the convenient location, friendly & helpful staff, and value for the price.

Stayed here for just under a month for work and had no real complaints. During my stay it snowed many times and the staff did a great job clearing the sidewalks of snow and ice. The staff put out a decent breakfast each morning and an okay food selection Monday through Wednesday in the evening. The one issue I had was that my thermostat went bad during my stay, however, they fixed it immediately. Also, the workout area is very small but it is usable if you want to use just a treadmill. With all that I would not mind staying here again.
