Nice hotel, clean rooms, shopping and Starbucks in walking distance.  I liked the mini suite set up and the staff was great.  Will stay again!

On the road. Older property, well used but clean. Good price. Would stay again if need be. Staff very good.

The bed was clean- I think. But the rest of the place was not. The desk had a glass ring on it, the bathroom had disgusting hair on the floor and in the shower. Hair in the soap dish.  The only reason I gave it a 2 was the staff was super nice and it wasn't filthy... But I didn't shower here.

So unbelievably disappointed in the service at this hotel. I am a Marriott gold member and should have a guaranteed reservation yet when I arrived tonight after a late flight, I was told that there were no more rooms available. They "accidentally" gave them all away. They tried to move me to a lessor quality hotel and was less than helpful when I refused. I will definitely never book at this hotel again.

My husband and I had an excellent experience here.  The room was spacious (a nook with a desk, mini fridge, kitchen-type sink, a main area with TV and couch, and the bedroom area with two queen beds).  The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were Paul Mitchell, which was a nice surprise.  The breakfast was definitely above par for a continental breakfast (e.g., they had Havarti and ham, fresh strawberries, pineapple, and nutella packets along with the peanut butter).  The manager-on-duty (I believe), Ryan, was excellent.  Very friendly and welcoming.  He went out of his way to be friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated after a long drive.  Overall great experience.

Our family stayed here on our way to Williamsburg. We were very delighted by the property! The room was very clean and enough space for our family of 6. The pool was on the small side, but the hot tub was nice and hot...nothing drives me crazier than a "warm tub"! The lobby area and the hallways were clean and looked like it was recently updated. The breakfast was not 5-star, but there were more than enough tasty options to fill us up! The property is located right off of Interstate 376 and next to a large shopping area with plenty of dining and shopping options. I would recommend this place if you are driving through or need a place to stay for a few nights!

After staing at the Crowne Plaza (Airport) - I really like this one.

    I am a fan!

    Why:

    - Room has a couch, chair, and a coffee table.
    - Updated electronics, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, etc..
    - Bed is comfortable
    - It is closer to civilization with many places available for delivery

If you like these options then stay here - I just ask you not cause me booking problems ;-)

    Stays range $130 - $170 per night.
