I have witnessed staff at this hotel treating guests with absolute kindness and professionalism time after time. Each time I stay with them I come away impressed. The front desk staff are very friendly and attentive. Hotel management is also friendly and will right any wrong that occurs.
The hotel is very clean and modern with great facilities. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed for the category. The pool and gym are very clean and nice to have.
Free breakfast is the best of comparable hotels with healthy offerings and whole grains. The lady who runs breakfast is great and friendly in the morning as well.

Wow! What a great find! We'll definitely stay here again when visiting family. Brand new, beautifully appointed suites with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, a sweet little sitting area - everything necessary for an extended stay. The most comfortable bed and sheets I've ever encountered. The lobby and breakfast spread are top-notch, too. We didn't use the salt water pool or hot tub, but I noticed they look nice and the hot tub is equipped with a chair lift. Located across the street from Sanford Hospital, this place would be a natural choice for those visiting family or needing lodging prior to surgery. Well done, Hilton.

What a pleasant surprise!
On a recent business trip to SD, I stayed in a Hampton Inn in Sioux Falls, then the ClubHouse Inn & Suites in Pierre, and then this Home2 back in Sioux Falls. The Home2 was by far my favorite.
I loved it right away--the lobby was so inviting, like that funky independent coffee shop that Starbucks hasn't put out of business yet. Check-in was a smooth and friendly experience, and the desk clerk gave me an awesome recommendation for dinner nearby (Grille 26).
And my room was beautiful and comfortable! The kitchenette made me wish I was staying longer, and the bed and "living room" (separated by a curtain) were really nice. It's nice to know that folks who have to stay there long-term because of hospital access have one less thing to worry about when it comes to their accommodations.
As for other amenities, the hot tub was clean, big, and relaxing and the breakfast was great. I'm a stickler for hotel breakfasts because I typically eat high-protein ones and too often your options are cereal, oatmeal, and flavored yogurt. But Home2 had breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, and plain yogurt in addition to the staples. I was able to last until I got back home to NC to eat lunch, which is unheard of for me.
When business takes me back through Sioux Falls, I will absolutely stay here again!
