Advertised as newly completely renovated....uh...No.  I think they painted, replaced the carpets and comforters.  Our microwave and fridge...ancient...I mean ancient.  Still a nice place to stay for the money and has a really nice 24 hour cafe...in house.    Probably a great place for ball teams and groups.  Our room was called a suite, it had 3 double beds all lined up in a row, which worked out fine with our almost grown kids traveling with us.  Conveniently located.

Compared to the previous Best Western I stayed in, this one was lack luster. Typical Motel 6 feel but the bed was soft. Room was small and didn't feel like anything special. You get a discount at the restaurant inside and the breakfast was great. Area didn't feel that safe. There was construction next to our room and woke us up in the morning with hammering and noise, no respect for the sleeping residents. Gave an extra star because we got to check in early. Plenty of better places to stay in for the price.

On our way back from Florida we needed somewhere that was Pet Friendly for the night. We felt very fortunate to find such a nice, clean and affordable hotel. Bonus is the wonderful Cafe that is attached to the hotel.

Nice CLC hotel. The hotel is going all non smoking and the remodel of the first floor is complete. My second floor room had just been remodeled with new everything. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
There is a nice 24 hour on site comfortable cafe that service pretty good food. Nothing fancy but good. They also have a bar. Front desk person was very pleasant and cheerful.
All in all a low price nice place to stay.

Very clean and comfortable motel ( Yes it is a MOTEL. Best Western has 3 levels of accommodations and this is the lowest tier "Inn", which means you're going to get outward-facing doors to rooms therefore not much noise isolation). However, this is the cleanest and most beautiful motel chain I have stayed at. And you absolutely cannot complain about the price (~$50/night for 4 people). You can't expect everything to be perfect at this price point and this tier of accommodation. The fridge was outdated and made some noise so we unplugged it overnight, and you can definitely hear people and car doors slamming just outside of the rooms. Pro tip: if you're booking a motel, you should be bringing earplugs/earphones.

Lots of outside noise. Tub backed up. I'm sure the room was dirtier than it appeared.  Price wasn't bad. Would stay again, but only for quick stays in a pinch.

I've stayed here 3 times, and will certainly return.  This is because the price, especially the dog fee, is usually reasonable and the bed is super comfortable!  The staff is always sweet to both me and my dog.  Another plus is this Best Western shares a building with my favorite restaurant, the City Cafe Diner.

After I make my online reservation here, I always phone the hotel to request a quiet ground floor room. This recent visit my room was on the Lee Highway side.  It was was much quieter than the big parking lot side.  For the first time at this hotel, I got to sleep an uninterrupted 6.5 hours, a new record for me here!  I probably would have slept longer if the person who parked outside my door had unloaded and shut his trunk in a quiet manner.

Over all, what keeps me coming back is a dog policy that is not about gouging the customer, as well as competitive pricing.  Location, staff, and restaurant are highlights as well.
