Super nasty air filters, call them to do something about it and they ignore me. I guess they don't care about their guest.

This hotel is very average. Pros: Great location with a wal-mart, dollar tree, & Logan's steakhouse within walking distance, & Easy access to I-24, Great staff, Check in & out within 2 Min's, Great pool, Great breakfast, Soft beds & Clean rooms. Cons: The lobby smells like a dog & this is where the tiny breakfast area is, They are cheap on the towels. The real deal breaker of why I would never stay there again is the noise. You can hear people on top of you and people in the next room. Forget about a good night's sleep.

I think the moral here is you get what you pay for, although not cheap this Best Western is less than many other places. I just checked in after a 10 hour drive and found the lobby clean and not smelly. Fresh coffee was available, which was nice after the long drive. I was pleasantly surprised with the room, looked recently refurbished- king size bed, nice flat screen TV, quiet room heater, and furniture looks new. Yes I have heard a few footsteps above me -----big deal. I think if a reviewer wants to find something to complain about - he or she will.

This is at least the third time I have stayed here and I have never been disappointed in my stay. I got a good internet price and would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a nice place :) the man up front is polite too. Had tables in the lobby for breakfast and stuff. Our room smelled like smoke though it was non-smoking, the fault of careless irresponsible guests. I don't hold that against management at all, the attendant was happy to get us another room :) that didn't smell like cigarettes :)

Easy access to the highway. Good Wi-Fi. I was very content with my room, the hotel amenities and the neighborhood. The lobby was inviting and clean- with coffee and a smiling face welcoming me. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood by myself at night to grab some dinner before jumping into bed. There was plenty of parking and my room was clean, spacious, quiet and toasty warm (my preference). I was on the bottom floor. I used the workout room, and the treadmill suited my needs. One brief momentary fright came when the welcoming attendant informed me upon check-in that the treadmill "might be down for the night"-she did not know if the maintenance had fixed it yet. *yikes* Thankfully, it was working like a charm or else I would have had to find a gym somewhere to use. I always ask when booking if there is a treadmill, because I keep my run time consistent for my job. For those who swim, be aware that this BW has an outdoor pool and is closed up for the winter. Best Westerns offer pretty nice discounts for AAA members and military. I find them quite comfortable, and this one is no exception. I cannot vouch for the breakfast as I am usually on the road by 4am.  There are no elevators, and you won't get fancy toiletries to bring home, but you will get a warm comfortable bed and a good night sleep.
ps. 3 Amigos is a 5 minute walk down the street from this location and is fabulous

The place is over absurd the owner lives on the property and asses ask you where your are going

I tell him I'm going to the gas station over the cross of the street to get some cigarettes he calls the police on me for jaywalking to the gas station And back there and asking me lots of questions about it

It turns out I think it was because they had a cheaper rate cost of street to stay at the property owner did not like that

    Very poor business

The good: in Chattanooga a few minutes away from downtown. Great wi-fi.

    The bad: Everything else. Filthy.

When we came in the person working the front desk was surly. It turned out there was a booking error. She shrugged and said there was nothing she could do, with a chuckle. Really??!! Chuckling at customer misfortune??? We spent thirty minutes on the phone trying to get it worked out, because the front desk was holding off on making a trivial switch. Ugh! What an awful experience!

The room itself was very noisy, which made sleeping very difficult. Noisy both inside and out--you can hear every passing car, anyone having even a normal-voiced conversation on the street, and all sorts of noises, from ringing to others, from things on the inside of the hotel. This place is terrible.

I've left a lot of reviews--over 150. This is my second 1 star review. The first was sushi that made me gag. That's how bad this experience was.

We arranged our reservation online a few months ago as we only needed a cheap place to stay on our way back to home from our Florida trip.

Was a little disappointed when we arrived as the lobby doors were locked and we had to stand in the small entry with our group.   First impression of the hotel made me think that we stayed in the wrong part of town.

We received our room cards and went to our rooms.  We got a kick out of the "Fresh Remote" pouch that had the tv remote in it as this was their only pride.

The room was spacious but needs a little update as the dresser had chips in it, bathroom tub was cracked, shower head trim bent out of shape and the blow dryer was from the 80-90's.

Tv was a nice size and the room came with a microwace and fridge.

Air conditioner was fairly new and quiet.
