I largely agree with Cristina C.s' review.  This place does get loud from the 24 hour diner and also from the road noise.  But it is clean and conveniently located.  I paid $45.00/ night + tax off hotwire.  Free wi-fi in the room.  It could use another elevator.

Its a place to stay and relatively clean. You do hear everything, the beds are super-springy and most of the metal rods, hinges, and racks are rusty. It does include a fridge, microwave, and basic cable. If you're not picky, the place works.

What can I say that's new about a days inn?  The doors are on the outside.

The place was pretty clean and the all the staff were extremely friendly.  If you need a nice quick clean cheap stay, you can stay here.

At least there were no bed bugs.  We spent $100 a night for our room.  I would never stay at this hotel again.  The air conditioner barely worked and the rooms weren't clean.  I give this hotel two starts since the front desk clerk let us check in early.  Maybe I should have subtracted a star though.  I'm giving it a 3 $ price range, since this hotel is really a $50 a night hotel.

Clean. The staff was great! They were swamped all weekend and they were very kind even through that.

The rooms were clean and adequate. The location is great! The fridge and microwave helped us stay on our food budget.
One block from the convention center and a trolley that runs every 5 minutes stops right in front of the hotel.
The only complaint I could give was if you have a room on the front like we did, the street noise was pretty loud but it could mostly be drowned out with our air conditioning unit.
Not for the picky or those looking for luxury. But great for those who need a place to sleep, free parking and Internet.

If you want sleep, this is not the place to find it. If you want a location close to everything, you're golden.

Days Inn is downtown and we only paid $59 a night. At that price, I honestly expected to pull into a hotel with hookers hanging their undies out to dry and cockroaches the size of dinner plates. Shockingly, this place is pretty clean. It's not shiny and new, but it's not revolting and it didn't smell bad.

The location is great. It's right off I-24 and it's smack dab in downtown Chattanooga, a place I didn't expect to have a thriving downtown. You can walk to a few bars and restaurants. From your common patio, you can stare at the beautiful Sheraton or Marriott across the street and feel pitiful.

As the Duchess of this location, a burden I  will carry with dignity, I felt it important to mention the strong points first. There is, however, a glaring negative to this Days Inn, and it is this:

You will not sleep.

There is a cafe attached to this hotel that is open 24 hours, and in Chattanooga that must be a huge deal because that is where every loud, obnoxious drunk seems to end up after midnight.

All night long, you will realize your hotel room has soundproofing equal to that of a tent. You hear every scream, every car alarm, every fight, and every car door slam. At 2 am, there are people screaming at each other in the breezeway. This continues until 5 am, when you finally break down mentally and are forced to crack your door and scream and threaten that you're going to call the police, a threat for which you'll hear uncontrollable laughter. I slept better at a rock festival where my tent was near huge stages than I did at Days Inn.

If you're in Chattanooga to party (and if you are, I'm so sorry it's come to this) then this a great place to stay. If you're going for a relaxing vacay, consider bringing a set of ear plugs to block out the carnage.

I cannot say anything bad about this place.  Everything was clean, and staff was great.  The price was discounted because I was checking in soo late that they discount after a certain hour.  I liked that they had a restaurant downstairs that was great food and open 24 hours.  Nice central location, and great views of Downtown.

Clean, affordable and within walking distance to many great restaurants etc. The rooms are surprisingly nice and the sheets were wonderfully soft. Adjoining 24 hour cafe attached. Can't beat it.

If you want a hotel that is close to attractions downtown that isn't going to cost a fortune, this is the place to stay. The room was very clean and they had possibly the softest beds and pillows. We didn't find the elevator until the day we were checking out. The guy that checked us in kind of sucked. He didn't explain anything, just checked us in and handed us our keys. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which is always a plus in my book. I've heard good things from locals about the restaurant attached, but didn't check it out. Upon leaving, I left something I needed in my room. I called the hotel back and they said they could mail it to me. Called a few days later and there was no log of the picture or them looking for it.. ugh.

Good hotel for a short stay in Chattanooga. Within walking distance to a lot of downtown and the rate was definitely affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Check in/ out went smoothly and the all the employees I encountered at the front desk were excellent. Other employees, mainly what I assume was maintenance, seemed kinda shady. The hotel has a diner attached that is 24/7 but we did not eat there, and the front desk was helpful in also giving suggestions for other restaurants in town. The room itself was nice and pretty much updated except for the TV, which wasn't a big deal. Nice size fridge and microwave if needed. The hotel is located near the highway but there was not much noise during our stay, thankfully. The pool wasn't opened at the time and as we were checking out, they were actually draining it into the parking lot, which was a hassle to walk past when I went to check out. Overall we had a good stay and I would definitely return to this hotel when staying in Chattanooga again.

Great value, close to lots of attractions.  Rooms were fairly clean. Nothing fancy just some lodging.
