We stayed there Oct 2nd thru the 4th and it was a very nice hotel. Got a little warm in the room at night for some strange reason. I also made the mistake of leaving my purse in the room. Had $20 in my wallet, got home on Sunday to find it missing.

A fairly new hotel (less than a year old) with great service and an amazing lobby area. By far the nicest Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in.  Overall, The service was great including mornings at the free breakfast, where it was really busy.

Nice and clean facility but the need to step up their game on managers reception. Well liquor with low alcohol content.

This is a beautifully decorated and new Embassy Suites.  It is the newer design that feels more like a hotel than an indoor motel with the huge atrium and all of the noise.  What sets this hotel apart from every other Embassy Suites that I have stayed in was the parking service.  Every morning I had a card on my windshield that said my window was washed so that I could have a clear view of Chattanooga.  A simple gesture but one that is memorable.

When I checked in the lady who checked me in placed the wrong expiration date of my credit card in their system she made a big of announcing it to everyone my card had declined and did I have another form of payment I said no she took the keys to the room back I contacted my bank since I had been on the road and was tired.the bank gave the attendant the correct information for the card to work..no apologies I had to ask her if we were finished as me and the bank was waiting as she simply walked off she said oh yea I'm finished then the next day the wrong time was given for breakfest so needless to say Hardee's was pretty good

Less than friendly staff.
The rooms are huge, but with an industrial feel.
Only 24 hours of complimentary internet. Did not take advantage of some of the perks, but the desk can step it up big time. I called once and the phone rang off the hook as if the desk was unmanned and this was in the middle of the day. Besides that, the place was very clean.

Great location, super friendly staff. They have complimentary drinks and snacks every evening. Room was very clean and new. Would definitely stay again.

We stopped here in the way to Florida for our wedding. Checkin and checkout were easy, the staff was nice and the room was amazing. The included breakfast was also pretty good. They even sent us up a bottle of free champagne for our wedding!

My family and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel over the weekend. Friendly staff, convenient location, reasonably priced and a clean hotel. Every morning our vehicle had a note on it letting us know the staff had cleaned our front window. A very nice touch.  Typically we skip the breakfast and manager reception experiences at Embassy Suites. However, we made every breakfast  this stay because the omelette guy and wait staff were wonderful. They kept the experience fun and the dining environment clean. We would stay here again.

PROS: New, modern, clean, excellent work out room (much larger than most hotels with new equipment), and a layout that feels more like a small apartment than a hotel room (kind of a square vs. the usual bowling alley).  VERY comfortable bed and a huge shower.

CONS: If you're expecting the kitchenette like I've had at other Embassy Suites, then you will not be happy.  There is a sink, microwave and mini-fridge, that's it.  However, if you are not looking for that, you'll be pleased.  Also, I can't recommend the Ruth's Chris attached to the hotel.  We had less than stellar service there.

Let me preface this by saying that I grew up in a somewhat "underfunded" household. Therefore, on the few occasions when did I have the opportunity to stay in a hotel when I was young, it was typically the kind of place where you heard gunshots in the night, and where the front desk attendant would offer to move the bed in order to cover up the bloodstain in the carpet was someone was apparently murdered (those are both true stories).

Thankfully, since those exciting days of yore, I have experienced quite a few hotels that did not immediately raise my adrenaline upon entry. None, however, have compared to the beauty and cleanliness of the Embassy Suites in Chattanooga. Walking in, you are struck by the soaring ceilings, magnificent fountain, serene bamboo paneling, and beautiful fireplace. The front desk staff is helpful and courteous, and the rooms are clean and modern. Because the hotel is not located downtown (it is about a 10-15 drive), prices are also very reasonable, with our room costing about $150 a night. Considering that the hotel offers free alcoholic beverages and snacks during its happy hour, as well as made-to-order breakfasts, I could probably consume my way through about half of that cost over the course of 24 hours.

THE ONLY reason this hotel did not get five stars was because it did not feature a hot tub. Sigh.

We had a perfect overnight here at the Embassy. Clean, well appointed rooms and genuinely friendly staff. Bed was super comfortable and I did not want to get out of it!

They have a terrific free, hot, cooked-to-order breakfast that we found to be a very pleasant surprise! Faye was our omelet artist this morning and she flies through making those omelets to perfection just the way you like :) Embassy is lucky to have her!

Definitely recommend this hotel and wish we could come back tomorrow for breakfast!
