This hotel is a pretty good value for the area. It's close to Hamilton Mall and lots of other shopping. A nice twist is that the elevator to the upper floors requires a key card. That gives you a better sense of security. People can't walk in from the street and knock on your door. I don't know if the stairwells are secure. Maybe someone can check on that.

If you need a place to spend the night, this is a good, clean, comfortable hotel.  The hotel has been recently renovated.  The beds are nice and soft.  They offer a choice of pillows in the room, so you can pick what works best for you.  The front desk staff is very nice and always very pleasant.  The hotel does provide a complimentary breakfast each morning, which includes hot biscuits (microwavable) and waffles (with a real waffle iron).  The rooms are little on the smallish side, but this is a good hotel nonetheless.

Vacation, last minute roadside stop on the way to Asheville NC.  My original choice was booked due to a meeting there.  The clerk recommended this Fairfield, the only hotel other than at her's she would stay. I don't know about that, but this is a quality hotel for under $100 with my discounts.  Very clean large room, mini fridge and microwave.  Furnishings are new and stylish.  Wifi and a hard cable internet line, I VPN to my worksite so that was a good bonus to find.
The front desk staff were exceptional.  Lucy and Ed went out of there way to help me get settled, I truly felt like a family member visting their home.

3-and-a-half stars. Nice rooms, but small. I stayed alone, but with another I think we'd be on top of one another. The bathroom is pretty small - functional, not much more. Good big TV. This is a motel - with your door opening to a catwalk outdoors. Easy on-off the highway, gas stations and food nearby. It's comfortable, perfect for the one night travel for one.

We stayed here for one night before we headed to Nashville. And for the price, it was a nice place to stay. We always enjoy a complimentary breakfast and this one was nice. Hot pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, etc!!

Background: We were doing a long drive from Texas to Maryland and chose to stay in Chattanooga for the night. We arrive about 1AM, dead tired from driving all day. When we pulled in, I was surprised; it looked more like a motel type place than a Fairfield.

The Bad:
I asked to switch rooms due to the freeway noise. No fridge. The room was functional, but small.

The Good:
The people at the front desk are kind and accomdating. When I asked for a room change, there was no fuss; the front desk person came to the room with new keys and walked with us to the new room. Place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Elevators and stairways entrances to the rooms requires a key card, so there is some sense of security. Cracker Barrel is next door. Wifi was free and good speed.

For the price, I would consider staying somewhere else that is cheaper or pay the extra $10 for a nicer Fairfield less than 4 miles away.

My mother and I had to drive from SW Florida to Knoxville for a family emergency in 2013. (*Sorry it took so long for the review) We stopped here for a night and boy, were we surprised! Beautiful, clean, and the girl at the front desk explained to me that this used to be a Four Points Sheraton. Loved the beds, especially after being on the road all the day, and the breakfast was lovely with very friendly and courteous staff. We WILL stay here again...

A solid 4 stars. Great design and one of the few Fairfield Inns with a bar.
Close to the mall as well as most any restaurant you could ever want.
The staff is super friendly an the lady in charge of the breakfast area kept it open an extra 20 minutes.

My only negative was that the outdoor swimming pool was closed due to some maintenance. Which was ok only because we had family staying in another hotel nearby with an indoor pool.

The rooms were a little on the small side meaning there was not much room between the foot of the bed and the dresser where the tv is located. I did not really like the sliding barn door to the bathroom, didn't see mych need for that option by the hotel.

The beds were very, very comfortable and the pillows were so soft and comfortable.

The bathroom was very clean and I wish there was a fan in the restroom to release all that steam from a hot shower.

The dining area for the complimentary breakfast was awesome. That same family that we went over to their hotel for swimming came over to our hotel because the breakfast was so much better than their hotels was.

The staff from the front desk al the way to the housekeeping staff were AWESOME!!!

I really give a huge shout-out to the housekeeping staff and I love all their southern hospitality! From asking for extra towels to getting a late clean-up so we could sleep in to just plain friendly demeanor...they were on point with everything.

Probably the best Hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Very clean and I check everything, Im a neat freak. The moment you walk in you feel right at home and just ready to plop into that comfy bed, and by the way the pillows and pillowtop comforter is the best, I wish I could take them home with me. The staff team is amazing anything we needed they had it and in a timely manner. The rooms are spacious and very updated with a modern feel. I just love this hotel so much that I dont want to leave... seriously!
The only downside is I wish they had a nice soak tub, there is only a huge shower (which is nice) but I really wanted to just soak!
