Typical Hampton Inn...everything was clean.  I appreciated the very low noise of the HVAC unit.  It appears to have been upgraded recently.  The breakfast selection is more extensive than other Hampton Inn locations I have visited.

Very clean, very quiet, the king suite is very spacious and worth the 10 or so extra dollars.  Wake up was on time and staff is friendly and courteous.  The location is right off the freeway and convenient.

As a frequent guest of Hampton Inns all over the east coast I can only give this location 3 stars. Most, but not all, of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean but the common areas were not. The restrooms in the lobby were nasty. The breakfast was very inconsistent except for the eggs which were consistently awful. This location is configured with a lot of exterior entrance rooms, which is odd. Perhaps all this explains why this Hampton Inn is priced so much lower than others in the area? The price explains why I am giving it 3 stars instead of 2...

I was very pleased with my stay. The king bed suite is worth the extra $ and the staff gives great customer service. I do a lot of business in the area and I will always come back to this location because of the amazing service the staff consistently provides.

Service is 5 Stars, but the hotel is not as nice as most Hampton Inns. The hotel is very large with multiple buildings spread out across the property. The hotel just seems out of date. It's a long walk (outdoors) from some rooms to the lobby. I was charmed by the multiple moon pies left in my room as a courtesy. I've never seen that before!

The fitness center is typical- I was disappointed that the treadmill completely broke as I was running and I couldn't finish my routine.

Very friendly, hospitable staff here. Kind people in these parts...

This is a motor lodge, not a regular Hampton. Dated, drabby decor, miniscule bathroom, dark back parking lot.  Would not stay again.

Not a bad room small and homey I guess. The maid service didn't do much. They did make the bed and take out the trash an all. But not replace the coffee that I used this morning. I mean there was still the old coffee that I dropped into the sink this morning. They didn't even rinse out the sink. I know this is in the middle of the local hotel price point but the minimal service please. I am stuck in here for the week so I'll learn to deal with it.

We are on a pursuit to visit all 50 states, so when we made the decision to drive from our home in Maryland to Orlando, Florida this year we were excited about possible side trips. On the way day we would stay in Georgia and on the way home in Tennessee. Being Hilton Honors members, we figured we would book a Hilton property (which includes Hampton Inn) and be set to go. We attempted to book online, but had some issues were we were shown that we were set but never got the confirmation. So we called the number for honors members to check our reservation. Upon calling, we discovered that the hotel we were trying to book no longer had any space and we couldn't reserve a room. However, there was another hotel not far away from our chosen one and that the representative could book us there.

We said we didn't really care about the size bed, but that a king was preferable. AND it was very important that the room was SMOKE-FREE as I suffer from asthma. He made the reservation and off we went to go check in to the new hotel. When we arrived it was a mad house. There were teenagers playing softball in the parking lot (there was a tournament nearby and they were all staying at the Hampton). Upon check in we were told that the room we were assigned had a queen but was smoking, but for $10 more we could upgrade to a King, non-smoking. We weren't happy that we had to upgrade from what said we wanted to start with!

The room was fairly clean, but the hallways seemed a bit run down as did the other public parts of the hotel. The bathroom door in our room however was warped and broken. You had to throwing nearly your whole weight against it to open the door. It was very clearly damaged when we got there and we reported it to the staff as we checked out. I just can't understand how you can clean a hotel room everyday and not notice things that are that broken.

We didn't stay for breakfast because of the number of sports teams hanging out in the lobby.

This might not be the nicest Hampton Inn we've ever stayed in, but the lower than usual rates and the super friendly front desk staff compensated for it. The setup is more like a large motel with actually several buildings not interconnected and access to some of the rooms directly from outside. Once inside the room though, it was all nice with many special touches such as a couple sweets and a bag of microwaveable popcorn. The breakfast, included in the price, was copious and diverse.
Some areas such as the outdoor stairs will definitely require some TLC, and there was a nice in the lobby apologizing for the mess due to the indoor and outdoor improvements, so hopefully they will be addressed and make the place even better very soon.
Would definitely stay there again. Once you figure out the breakfast, free wifi and other special treats, this is really good value.
