i would agree that it was pretty expensive for the location...but, it was as good as a hilton garden hotel gets.  they should use that place as the trainng model for all others.  spotless clean, quiet...unreal service and friendly people.

Have stayed at this particular Hilton Garden Inn twice and each time is has been clean and courteous.

My daughter was looking forward to the pool but unfortunately it was closed on our second stay.   Checked the website and it clearly stated that the renovation work would go from Dec 15, 2008 though Jan 15, 2009.

Only thing I would change is the schedule for the trash pickup.   Lots of noise on the backend of the hotel at 3AM on a Tuesday.  If you are light sleeper I would try for a room in the front.

Newly remodeled lobby. Clean rooms and a very good fitness center. Staff is friendly and easy in the eyes. When in the Nooga good place to stay.

Awesome hotel. Great service. Crappy location that's way too far from downtown (20 minutes). Also it's usually too expensive during the warm season. If you are willing to pay what this place charges, go ahead and stay at the HGI or Doubletree downtown for the same price (+/- $20/ night).

I took my mom to Chattanooga for her birthday last weekend, and we stayed at this HGI, which is about 15 minutes from downtown.  For the budget, it was an exemplary stay, with service that was just out of this world.  Everything in our room worked just fine, but I'm sure if it had not the front desk would have made it right.  The bed was a little firmer than what I usually prefer, but mom loved hers, so all in all, we were happy.  I would most definitely stay here again.

We chose the Hilton over the adjacent Hampton expecting a higher level of quality, but were disappointed on this trip.  Chief among our complaints was the bed here.  I prefer firm mattresses, but this was not much better than laying on the carpet, and the pillows were undersized and flat.

Breakfast here is NOT free, so we bought some cereal and milk of our own to avoid outrageous prices.  This would have worked out great if the refrigerator in our room was functional, which it was not (we verified it was plugged in).  In light of all this, we will not be back next year.

This is your standard, usual hotel. As a diamond member, you get two bottles of water, but this hotel doesn't let you have free breakfast (have to choose to earn points versus breakfast). There's a fridge and microwave, but other than that, not much else extra in terms of amenities.

The walls are perhaps the thinnest I've stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn, hence the "I've experienced better" 2-star rating. I could hear the man's speaker on his cell phone in the room next door and the woman crying at night. The TV was really loud too. As a result, I won't be staying here again. I've already booked a Sheraton downtown the next couple of times I visit. Wish me luck!

I was returning from a trip to Chicago and thought I would stay for the day in Chattanooga. I booked the reservation through Priceline. The price was reasonable for the type of hotel.
I loved it. It had all the comforts of other hotels but it was just a quiet hotel in general.  My room was right by the elevator. Initially, I thought I would have to move but the elevators are quiet and my stay was peaceful. I slept very well.

The room itself was very clean.  Everything worked, ie, microwave, frig and keurig coffee maker.
I was traveling alone but I felt very safe.

I had the buffet breakfast. It was great for the 10.00. I had a made to order omelet, bacon, pancakes, grits with cheese, coffee and juice.  The waitress also let me know when the buffet would be ending and advised me to grab a few things before they started to clean up. I grabbed water, juice, fruit and a muffin for the road.

    I was very satisfied.

We came up here for a long weekend. Hotel staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They have a decent fitness center and an indoor pool. They have made to order breakfast in the hotel, as well as refreshments for the guests regularly.

The bed was awesome. Best night of sleep I've had in a long time. Very clean, bed sheets did not smell like bleach.

We recommend this hotel. It's close to just about everything you could ever want in Chattanooga. Downtown area, the mall, etc.

Phones in room do not work to call to get someone to fix toilet. After they fixed it, it flushed correctly one time and back to same problem. Not pleasant experience.

Pretty nice hotel.  It's new, clean, and just the right size.  There's a small bar by the lobby and a good breakfast in the morning.  A+ employees and it's in a good location.  I think I booked it right on their own website, which was a better deal than what I could find on any of the "hotel booking" websites.

Hilton garden Inn is a decent very clean hotel. The service I experienced was pleasant with a smile at check in/check out.

The hotel has a full bar, room service & the bed was super comfy. The linens could have been better but it wasn't bad. The mattress was freakin awesome! :))

Currently, it's the best business hotel in the area. However, Chattanooga is booming. The town is growing & I'm sure this won't be the only rodeo in town in the near future. Until then, this is a great place to hang your hat.

Full hot breakfast cooked to order, free continental breakfast and/or room service till 10pm ;)

Love the business center, gym & pool.

    Will return ;)
