Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk was very pleasant as well.
The breakfast was not super, but was adequate. I would stay again.

Typically we like Sleep Inns for their comfort and good breakfast. This was disappointing. The room was ok, but we didn't realize there were only two towels until we were ready to hop in the running shower. One hotel size towel for women's hir and body isn't enough.
The breakfast was generic everything. Syrup shouldn't come in packets labeled "syrup" and their waffled mix was runny and made awful tasting gooey waffles. Usually it's malted waffle mix which makes a crispy belgian waffle. The only eggs were hard boiled. There was two types of cerial and some mini muffins with OJ and Apple Juice.
The worst part about our stay is when someone came into the room without knocking. Evidently room service. He camein, saw we were upset and instead of quickly leaving he stood there for a minute. My husband went downstairs to complain and the guy had already gone down to tell the manager what happened as well. They offered a 50% off for our next stay, but we don't plan on returning there. Not bad enough for a 1, but barely skimming by with a 2.

Linda the house keeper is the best!!!  The hotel is ok the internet is not great and goes down for long periods of time.  If not for kinda I would have given one star. The rooms were average and what you'd expect don't ask the old man Joe for anything the answer will be a grumpy "no"

Everything was adequate. The room was as you would expect. The bed was comfy. The breakfast wasn't quite as good as I had hoped, but it sufficed. The hotel is in an excellent location... right in walking distance to several restaurants: O Charley's, Cracker Barrel, Shoneys, and others. It was a satisfying stay... though for $70/night, it could've been better. Aside from the breakfast it wasn't much different than a nice Super 8 or Motel 6... but since it was in Chattanooga, the price wasn't horrendous. All in all, there are no complaints.
