I couldn't agree more with the last comment. This is my second time here, and I'm actually here as I write this. My boyfriend and I traveled from New York to New Orleans and stopped here on our way. My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy because all I've been doing is ranting of this place! Hands down the cleanest, least cluttered, most comfortable hotel room I've ever experienced. I'm a bit over the top and notice and get excited over stupid little things, but they really make a difference! The furniture is perfect, not "bulky" like most hotels. The beds and pillows are amazing! My favorite part is how they don't have that disgusting blanket on top that they never wash. Even the blinds are light and again not bulky like most hotels. The kitchen area and bathroom are also extremely nice and spacious. All new appliances, Grainte counters, fully stocked utensils (clean ones too). The night stands even have the outlet on the wall with light, it's so convenient. The breakfast in the morning is perfect..Cereals, muffins, fruit, granola bars, yogurts and a waffle maker. The staff is extremely nice and super friendly. Both times they called our room a few minutes of getting in to make sure everything was okay in the room. Overall I had such a wonderful experience here and I highly recommend it. I forgot the best part, on expedia it was only $89 for the night.

I have stayed at this hotel twice so far, and absolutely love it! The rooms are super clean and smell great, the beds are comfortable, the linens are fresh and clean, and the work space is the best I've seen. The continental breakfast is typical for the TownePlace Suites brand and consists of things such as cold cereals, boiled eggs, fruit, and a juice. I kept odd hours during one of my trips, and there was always coffee available in the lobby when I needed it.

I have stayed in both the King Studio room type and the 2 Queen Studio room type. The King Studio is great for the business traveler. It has a great work desk with lots of storage space, sufficient electrical outlets, and good lighting options. The WiFi signal is strong and fast. The 2 Queen Studio room is great for family trips because it is bigger, has a proper dining table with four chairs, and plenty of room for hanging out. The kitchens seemed the same in each of the room types. I cooked a few meals, and both seemed well stocked and the appliances were in good working order.

The fitness center is small, but gets the job done. The pool looked great, but I can't speak to it as I didn't have time to enjoy it during either stay. The fire pit is nice, but its location just outside the front door seems a bit awkward.

The hotel is located in a "bank" of hotels near the Hamilton Place shopping center. It is very convenient to all sorts of shopping and restaurants, and (thankfully) there is more than one way to get in and out of the hotel parking lot in order to avoid the shopping center traffic. The hotel manager and staff were super helpful and were able to help me find my way around town. Overall, this is a great hotel and I will stay here again when I return to Chattanooga.

Did not care for the stay while in town.
Usually stay in the Residence Inn for work but they put up us here since they were booked. Rooms are smaller and for some odd reason it echoes badly when you're talking or have the tv on.
I unfortunately had the room right outside the fire pit and grill. The window and the wall outside should have been made thicker because I heard EVERYTHING. Could also here when the person above me took a shower. (Is there no installation in this hotel?)
Also housekeeping is lacking. I spilled my orange juice right in the doorway of the closet and kitchenette. I wiped it up with a bath towel and left it on the floor to indicate a spill. I come back after working to a sticky floor minus the towel.

Stayed here on our way home from a Florida road trip.  Ironically we stayed at the Microtel located right next door on our way down south.  We have two small dogs so hotel options were restricted.  TownePlace was slightly more expensive than Microtel, but our Microtel experience was pretty bad so we decided to pony up.

TownPlace was great.  Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was friendly and the kitchen was a nice bonus.  Room had a whole kitchen area and large table to eat at, which was great since we brought dinner in and had our kids with us.  The firepit outside the front desk was a nice little touch.  Free breakfast was an upgrade from Microtel and the breakfast area in general was a lot cleaner.   You can tell they paid attention to the 'little things' where the place next door seemed like they cut corners when building out the rooms.  If we make this drive again and stay in Chattanooga, would definately stay here again.

We recently stopped here on our way to Florida. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very spacious complete with a full-size fridge, microwave, dishes and cutlery. The beds were extremely comfortable after our long 14-hour drive. They even take dogs. The only reason that I'm giving it 4 stars was because of the $75 pet cleaning fee.

We just wanted to say thanks to the wonderful staff, particularly Terrance, who took care of us during our recent stay. It was our first time there, and we plan to go back. Each day, the front desk staff members went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They even researched gluten free options for our party since  we had a food allergy.

Their time and friendly attitude were a true blessing.
Our family believes in providing positive feedback when great service is provided and wanted to especially thank Terrance for helping us. God bless!

My husband and I had drove the entire night. We were getting dangerously tired and needed to rest. We called several hotels in the area and they all said check in was at 3 pm. Then, we called this location and they were amazing! They allowed us to check in at 9 am! It was honestly an answered prayer!

The room itself, is great! It's clean and spacious. The room had a king bed, walk in closet, stainless appliances, and granite counters. Great value for the money and top notch customer service!

Spent the weekend to view the sites of Ruby Falls, Rock City and of course the eateries. I chose to stay here because I am a Marriott Rewards member and one of my nights were FREE! I also love the Marriott chain hotels! I also enjoy the fact that they served FREE breakfast! I really loved the way I was greeted when I walked in, the room was spacious, very clean and the studio was so comfortable! I took the suggestions of the staff and ate at one of the local restaurants and loved every bite! They were a bit confused on the checkout process as I didn't receive a bill under my door the night before checkout and questioned them before leaving. They thought my whole stay was FREE. I corrected the error and used my AAA membership and saved even more! This spot was only about 15 minutes from the attractions that I choose to go to and very convenient! They definitely deserve a 4 star rating.

The room was great, nice and clean. My greatest concern was with the parking. How a hotel that charges around $300 per night in the surburbs of Chattanooga, TN does not offer parking is beyond me! This weekend we arrived at the hotel at midnight,  after an extremely long day, only to find that there was no parking available.

When we asked the night desk person he was not given an overflow parking contingency plan from upper management.  There wasn't any parking at the neighboring hotels and we had to park on the street. The fact that the hotel  advertises parking and doesn't offer parking is a huge  concern. As a mother with a young child, having to walk through a field with an abandoned building in the pitch black TN night was extremely distressing!

I am not sure why the hotel management has not made this a top priority, this can cause some potentially dangerous situations.  Furthermore all of the handicap parking was taken and an individual with special needs had to make the same trek across the  field in the dark of night as well. Luckily for us, our car was not towed, but the special needs person abd the line of hotel guests who parked behind their car was towed.

This is unaceptable and its not fair to the  hotel staff who are left to manage the angry customers. If you plan on arriving after 8 pm, Do NOT stay here!

This place was quite nice. I had to pull over last minute due to inclement weather. They upgraded my room for free. It was pretty clean. The sheets smelled a little too clean; chemically strong. But the bathroom and kitchen were both immaculate. They offer two computers and printers which is convenient. Continental breakfast is comparable to others. Pleasant experience overall.

Hotel and room was clean and service was prompt. Very spacious accommodations. Plenty of parking available.  I love Marriott brand but i am not a fan of having dogs in rooms i pay to sleep in. Only certain rooms should be available for dogs and yes they should have to pay a $75 cleaning fee.  Not everyone loves animals - especially not annoying, barking dogs that bark every time you talk. The staff was great about moving me to another room since the dog was disturbing us. #damndog # imnotamanimallover
