Booked a family suite based upon the Extended Stay America website and the images. What we saw when we arrived was not even close to the pictures on the website. Breakfast is free and served on a single 1980's coffee table located against the wall in the lobby with a sign that reads "Grab & Go". The entire place needs renovating. Carpets need to be cleaned and couches are soiled and stained. Linens were clean at least. Televisions did not work in the family "suite" and had to be serviced, which consisted of a jiggling of wires on the back of the set which resulted in a fuzzy picture once power resumed. This result was satisfactory to the gentleman that worked at the front desk. Next, there was old crusty bread left in the oven of the kitchen as well. When I called the front desk to tell them about it, he came to the room, took the old bread out of the oven with his hands, then proceeded to drop it onto the floor causing the bread to break into 12 pieces. He then picked up the large pieces and left the smaller ones along with the crumbs on the floor, said "Sorry." And then left the room informing me if I felt the need to complain then I could talk to the manager in the morning. Needless to say, my children and I checked out and booked a room at another hotel for the night. I do not recommend anyone staying here.

Loved My Stay Everything was Perfect and the price was great I will be back ! I would recommend if you need extra space for your family and the kitchen is a great size for a hotel room .They just upgraded so it's way nicer than the photos and for 28 dollars a night from Hotwire it was perfect .

This place is terribly disgusting.  Stains everywhere, broken bathroom tiles, cracked walls, ceiling falling apart, funky odor and smokey hallways. There was catfood laying out in a pile, as if to feed an animal, INSIDE the hotel in the hallway. The floors are so gross I am wearing shoes at all times. Very disappointed for $150/night.

Funky smell.  Not exactly clean.  Hallways look too much like The Shining. Staff was nice. Grab and go breakfast was decent enough (chocolate muffins, yo!) . Would not stay again. Would not recommend. Unless you just don't care anymore.

Two guys needed a quick place to stay for the night to watch the Cowboys vs Texans game didn't need a ritzy place like the Hilton across the street but then again didn't need to be in a place where I kept one eye open while sleeping.

If you like a place with shady looking characters,  funky smells,  dirty rooms (don't look under the beds,  just don't), low flow toilets,  drug paraphernalia,  prostitutes and stains (see pic uploaded) then this is the place for you!

I wanted to put this review out there for any families headed to Arlington for some family fun to avoid this place.  There are things your kids don't need to learn.... yet!

The three positive things about the place was the staff being friendly, didn't see any roaches (the bug) and I lived through the night!  Seriously Exrended Stay America aren't you embarrassed?

Disgusting! Stains everywhere - bed, carpet, walls, tub, sink, counters, ceiling, and chairs. Smells awful. Worried about safety. Cops showed up and arrested someone.

It's gross, it's overpriced, it's freggin terrible.

Don't stay here. We arrived at 3am. A man named Robert G opened the door for us. Did not even greet or look at anyone and slammed the door behind him. The time he was filling out the paper work, he looked like he was upset or annoyed to be helping us. His tone and demeanor was completely rude. The rooms looked cleaned but did not smell clean.

NEVER STOP HERE!!! NEVER!!! Everything they promised on web site LIE !!! Breakfast very poor, few muffins, cheap bars and coffee... And not every morning. When you ask them Where is the breakfast, they saying "I gonna bring it in a couple min" and dissapear. And people waiting... Rude service. I would never come back here.
They don't have a laundry. They don't have a gym. "Under reconstruction ". I saw how one woman told to front desk that they should warn about it and she didn't even respond! She gave her rolling eyes and walk out! Very slow front desk, each time you ask them to do their job they act like they doing you a favor.
If it's about location, there is another Extended stay, 5 min away from this one. Much better service.

Ok, I can understand where all the negative reviews are coming from especially with pictures to back it up..... Buuuuut my family and myself just happen to come here on Feb 15' i guess when the renovation was getting completed.
So my experience was great considering that We paid $340 for 5 nights! Yep and the rooms, at least the one where we were at was completely remodeled from bottom up and side to side. I'm talking about new paint, new beds, sofa with pullout bed, new restrooms, new tub, new toilet, new sinks, new fridge and stove. The thing I noticed that wasn't new was the two lamps that are screwed up against the wall, in fact I don't think that was even replace. Oh and new carpet, ironer and ironing board. Also the phone needs to be replace. So when I got there I didn't see any pots and pans for the kitchen stove so I just asked the front desk and they broung some over to my room. Also I couldn't even make local calls from the phone in the room and they gladly took care of that and reactivated the room phone from the front desk.
So I guess it really wasn't remodeled side to side but for the most part it was, compared to the pics I saw online and the reviews.
So I guess here comes the negative, yes the hallways are smokey and a good fragrance(weed) too. People smoke outside in plain view, which is awesome bcuz they were hippies. During my time there everyone mind their own business and when coming across other people there they were polite(hello!). So in all seriousness, no person there made us feel uncomfortable, at least not like back home in San Antonio.
So here is why I gave it 3 stars and not 4...the first day we got there we were walking up and down the stairs and we saw doodoo, caca, shit in the corner of the stairs and my wife and I were laughing bcuz of the humor in the joke! C'mon people you know human feces when you see one! Lmao!!!!!!! Eventhough it was funny as hell, it took maintainance 2 whole days to pick it up. I mean the only ones that benefited out of that were the flies! Lol!
So would I stay here again?, yes. Would I recommend this place?, yes if ur not too uptight about certain things so that's why I took the time to write a review as detail as possible.
