we booked 3 nites here for the family vacay, and we quite enjoyed ourselves!

the staff does not get any better, service wise.  they were most accomodating, down to the smallest details.

the room was cool, spacious, and most importantly, clean.  we had a great view of 6 flags, which the kids loved.

we loved being able to get the kids to bed and sneak down to the bar for a drink, where cody took great care of us.  she was a hilarious!  a woman of many talents!  her customer service was impecable!

we will definitely stay there again!

The Hilton Garden Inn is a very nice property - new and clean with nicely appointed rooms.

The downside - very thin walls and ceilings.   My upstairs neighbor - "Big Foot" - got up very early and I could hear every step back and forth to the bathroom.   My next door neighbor liked to leave the TV on all night.   I could hear both clearly.

I also really disliked the bed - it had some kind of fake shearling mattress topper that made it very difficult to roll over in bed as I kind of sank into the darn thing.      Funny thing is the mattress seemed brand new, I can't imagine why it had the topper on it.

2 day stay to catch a football game. Nice, clean, pretty quiet. The walls/floors do allow noise to travel, but I have been in noisier places. The breakfast buffet is ok. They hide the salsa, bacon and sausage. Guess too many guests pile it on. Have never seen that in any other hotel before. Walking to Dallas stadium is possible, though the hotel offers a trolley ride for $15. Bout the same as a taxi ride. No shuttle service. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

I stayed here last week. I selected the hotel based on the close location to where my meeting was and the fact that it was a preferred hotel with my company.
The hotel was easy to find. It's near both stadiums and Six Flags. Not that I went to any of those places.
The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Mehgan (spelling) made the check quick and easy.
The hotel was clean and very professional looking.
My room was small but had everything I needed including free wifi. The shower was huge. There was no tub. The room decor was modern and looked very good.
I also used the business center to print my boarding passes with no issues.
The free breakfast was standard. Nothing special but not bad for free.
I had to check out at the front desk, even though i had read they would put the final bill under my door the last night, they did not. This was not a big deal as there was no line for check out.
I would stay here again while in Dallas.

Awesome hotel! Arrived at 9am for the cowboys game and didn't think we could check in till 3pm but Devin at the front desk got us checked in early with no problems... Beds were so comfortable and adjustable kind of like a sleep number bed... Breakfast was great also! I highly recommend this hotel and will be back for future Cowboys games!!

Disclaimer: I didn't stay overnight here. I came several days for a company meeting in the conference room on the first floor.

This hotel is relatively new and gorgeous! I was definitely impressed at how beautiful the lobby and conference room were. The pics of the lobby don't give it justice, but you can see how boss the conference room is. All the staff were very attentive (to the conference room and to when we had meals in the breakfast area). They refilled food/beverage items very quickly and cleared our tables as needed without being too intrusive on our meeting. The bathrooms on the first floor were meticulously cleaned and actually smelled really good (is that weird?). I typically don't like to do my business anywhere else other than home, but man was I happy to use the facilities here.

Had a good stay. The lobby is really nice with plenty of seating, refreshments, and warm cookies.   The room was clean and plenty big.  The wifi was perfect for watching Netflix.

Surrounding area seems very nice as well (always a concern when I travel).

I flew down from Boston to catch a Cowboys game with my Dad.  We stayed here on 10/18 for two nights. It's really is a nice spot. The hotel is in the perfect location. It's about a 3 min drive to AT&T Stadium & the Rangers stadium. It's also very close to the airport. It's surrounded by places to eat & the hotel food was pretty good too. The staff was very friendly. Trina, at the front desk, is 5 star herself. She was very friendly & went out of her way to be helpful. This hotel also had a shuttle to the game which was a plus ($20 round trip, per person...well worth it.) Pool area is nice. Overall the hotel is very clean & I highly recommend it, especially if you're going to a Cowboys/Rangers game. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars.... Someone accidentally charged my card with another persons food order. Jason (I believe his name was) was very helpful in identifying what happened & issuing a refund. It just stinks, I had over $100 tied up of my money until the refund cleared. Overall I like the place & plan on staying here when I come back next year.

Terrible place to stay if you're here to take the bar exam. The walls are paper thin. I can hear the people in the adjoining room as if they are in the same room with me. I've already had to move rooms. It would make sense that during the bar exam which is only twice a year they would reserve a certain part of the hotel for bar examinees. But sadly they do not do this here. Very disappointed. The staff do not seem to care at all. If you are coming to the area to take the bar exam, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Very clean lobby. Friendly staff. I was planning on switching hotels for the second night of my trip but decided to stay at this hotel again. Rooms are standard for HGI. I did not eat in the restaurant but they had specials posted nightly.

I stayed here Feb 6 14 for one night. I had a pretty crappy day after traveling from Nashville, TN to Arlington to visit a friend. I get to town and long story short, I had to get a room. Checked into this hotel after finding the $59 rate on priceline. The guy at the front desk was super nice. Listened to me yap about my terrible day and kept a smile the whole time.

This hotel is really nice! Looks and smells new, like the whole hotel smelled good. Mmmmm They have a restaurant in the lobby, but I had to go get some Pappadeaux so I didnt eat there. Anywho, I'd definitely stay here again even if I had to pay full price. I really enjoyed this hotel.

Got a huge king size room (and I mean huge, I could've fit another bed in the room). It was nice, clean and great service. Tv was a little small considering the size of the room but that's it. The bed was super comfy and adjustable for comfort, it was great.

My husband and I stayed here last night to be closer to the Rangers ballpark. We had an easy check-in with complimentary refreshments and a great lobby to meet friends in. Once our friends arrived we sat at the bar and Juan served great happy hour drinks. He was so friendly and made us want to come back after the game. My friend ordered a turkey club sandwich with fries to-go and I ended up stealing half of hers because it was so good!!

Trolley shuttle to get to the Rangers game came here FIRST and filled up on the next hotel. It was also the first stop on the way back!! Rangers lost... But Juan was still there after the game and ran a great bar that was full!

Our room had great views AND it was clean and comfortable. There was coffee available in the room with different flavor Keurig cups which made it easy to make and go. We also had the breakfast bar and there was a great selection of fresh food. The bar/lobby area has plenty of seating and it was so clean. Every staff member I came across was polite and accommodating.

Such a great location and awesome restaurants in walking distance!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This hotel was good for a few nights in Dallas after a long flight.  The location was in the middle of nowhere but there were a few restaurants and other stores in the area.  I was very impressed with the staff, as they were extremely courteous and friendly.  Although I showed up at 9:30 in the morning, they still allowed me to check in because they had a room available.  I am used to getting the standard response of: "please come back at 2:00pm and your room will be ready then."  It was very nice to be able to crash after a red eye flight.

The rooms was very clean and spacious and felt very private.  Although I was there on a weekend, I did not hear the typical weekend party animals who are staying at hotels for weddings or family reunions.  The room was very quiet.  The only negatives were that breakfast needed to be paid for.  I did appreciate the free coffee and cookies in the lobby.

Overall, this place was great for a weekend stay in the area.  It is close to the airport and right across the street from Six Flags.  The parking lot was big and the staff were very accommodating.  I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheaper hotel in the Dallas area that doesn't mind a short drive into the city.

Hey,if I'm going to review the other two HGI's I stayed at this week I better review the third one.

Upon walking in we were greeted right away. Very nice staff. I had to take a little issue with tmrw to. Within my profile it's clearly marked that I require a top floor. And yet again another HGI missed it and stuck me on a lower floor. Funny thing was, a co-worker of mine was with me checking into his room at the same time. His profile doesn't request a top floor yet he got the top floor. Go figure.

Good news is they corrected it when I mentioned it to them. Hotel is clean as were the rooms. Very close to good restaurants. Gym is stocked well and clean. Only had breakfast there and it was good.

Always recommend HGI to people. I stay in them weekly while on travel.
