Great staff, willing to help out. Clean room with no problem other than sometimes getting a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Who knows!

Not the best HI Express I've stayed in, it's got a little bit of a run down feel to it. But it gets the job done.

We had to stay here because it was one of three hotels in our baseball tournaments choices. When we arrived we did not get the king room we had reserved. The front desk manager argued that we had canceled it yet I had a printed conformation in hand. No compensation was given. The hotel is dated and smelled of mold and mildew. Housekeeping was horrible vacuuming at 7:30 in the morning and talking and laughing in the halls at the same time. Funny thing though is our room was never cleaned until 4.Towels smelled of mildew as well.Breakfast area was small and crowded. I worried the whole time about my car being safe in the parking lot. By far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Great location! Adequate amount of parking for a small hotel. Right around the corner from Hurricane Harbor. Great pool for the size, my two kids were pleased. Hands down, best hotel breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Food was hot and plentiful and the lady who replenished it was very nice. The room was just ok, great place to sleep but nothing spectacular. Beds were comfortable. Not enough towels for my family but i called and I had to go get them. If you need to call the front desk late at night, phone will ring for 6-10 times before someone picks up. This was the only difference I noticed from a full service IHG and the Express IHG (less employees). Toilet stopped up on the way to check-out and I heard other customers state the same problem earlier that morning. My only other Issue would be the carpet in my room which had some stains (we kept our socks and shoes on the entire stay) and the desk was dirty (I wiped it down with a Clorox wipe and it was filthy). Other than that it was ok for the price. I would return again for the breakfast, location and pool.

Location and friendly staff are the only good things about this place.  Advertised wi-fi but I could not pick up a signal in my room.  Wall were paper thin and we heard random noises all night.   Hotel smelled of must and cigarettes.  Elevator was inoperative.  Breakfast was okay but spread was limited.  Very unusual experience when it comes to Holiday Inn expresses we have used in the past.
