My family and I just spent three nights in this hole of a motel.  There are only four good things to say about this place.  They are location, apparently clean, kept us dry, and it has a decent pool.  Other than that it was a terrible experience.  The courtesy computer was broken in the lobby.  The staff spent a lot of time on the house phone and wouldn't look at you when you tried to get their attention.  The front desk was not manned whenever we needed something.  This motel advertised free breakfast which was viturally non-existent.  The toaster and waffle maker were not working. The eggs appeared watery and had the texture of powdered.  The room was small, so was the unvented bathroom,  this kept the room very humid.  The beds were soo hard that I think blankets on the floor were more comfortable.  Overrall this place was  not worth the money.  I definitely will not go back and don't recommend it!

If you have kids who are going to Six Flags or a ballgame and you are on a tight budget, this place is for you.  It is not even remotely upscale, but I've always found it clean.  It's a place to stick your stuff while you go out and do the touristy things there are to do in Arlington.  The hall smells like an ashtray even though the rooms are non-smoking. The wireless is spotty to say the best.  The breakfast plain ol' sucks.  But if you're just looking for  a bed and a shower and working AC while you rest between games, this place is perfect.

Horrible, came in very late at night and kids were very tired or I would have left, the room was discussing and smelled like rotten eggs, it's a shame because I've had great luck with this brand until now. Also the beds are small full size, not queen and very hard. Stay away!!

We stayed here for a football game over the weekend and the only good thing about the hotel is the proximity to both stadiums, six flags, and Humperdinks.  We're usually on a tight budget, so we don't have high expectations for places we stay, but this place topped the cake.  I went to check in at 2:45, there was already a huge line and only one girl working the front desk.  I felt bad for her as she had a lady that could not be pleased, changing her rooms twice while I was waiting in line.  Seems to me if you have a huge weekend of sports, like this one was, you'd have another staff working the desk.

As far as the rooms go, the comforter looked like it was 20 years old and hadn't been washed in as long (thankfully I brought my own), the floor was suspiciously damp the entire time, the shower water was either super hot or super cold, the room smelled like the suspiciously damp floor (moldy), and there were two curly black hairs on the bathroom floor when I arrived.  The locks on the doors were the bane of my existence.  Forget about using the door on the side of the building, it never works.  And I usually tried at least 8 times to get into my room, no kidding.  I got my cards re keyed 3 separate times.  On one occasion of my keys being re keyed, I let the front desk clerk know that there was a huge puddle of water on the floor by the front door.  He joked that it was probably beer and walked around to look at it, I assumed he was going to clean it up.  2 hours later I came back, and the puddle was still there.  If you want a snack in the middle of the night, forget about it.  There was no snack machine and if you only have dollar bills for a coke, you're out of luck.  Finally, upon checkout the girl could not give me a receipt of my charges because her printer was broken.  Instead, she had me write down my email address so she could email it.  I highly doubt I will be getting a receipt of my charges.  I do not recommend this hotel at all!!

Was about what I would expect for the price. Everything about this place was small. The lobby, elevators, dining area and especially the room. The room had a desk, small tv, mini fridge and microwave, so it would be fine for a short stay.

Worst customer service ever. Was told by multiple representatives multiple times that my room would be ready in 10-15 mins. Three hours later I am being told it will be at least another hour. They cost me an entire afternoon because they don't understand how reservations work and how to take care of customers. I would rather sleep in a car than stay here and deal with this level of incompetence.

Rooms fairly clean. Price was cheap stayed 3 nights for Cowboys game paid 300. One of the few hotels in area that could accomadate the length of stay. Rooms have a mold smell and halls smell like urine.

Price was good. Staff was helpful and kind. The rooms are run down. They were clean, but not comfortable.
They are remodeling, so we'll see how they are in 6 months or so.

Horrible.  Just horrible.  My first room somebody did bad bad things in the bed.  They just pulled the sheets back over it.  Seriously!?!?!  They apologized and gave me another room.  The next room had makeup on the pillows.  One bed had been recently made the other was nasty.  The bathroom had some sort of recent fluid stains on the floor.  Not clean.  The towels were not cleaned.  Dirt and makeup on them as well. . Y third room was no better.  I am so not blowing this out of proportion.  I never complain but this is crazy.  Stay here at your own risk.

Price great but horrible room, staff, cleanliness ...lets say the only thing they have going for them is price.
Arrive to location : finding it not an issue and location was great for my travel

Check in : FD agent first tells me they are sold out. Ok good for you BUT I have a reservation. Then she can't find it ...ALRIGHT A LIL SCARY.  But how can you not find it when I have 3/4 rooms already checked in. ( same name) then they don't have 2beds which I request. So I think what's the point of a reservation again? ( now because I was in charge of the group and reservation all week I called to make sure everything was good before we got there)  Finally got frustrated and got management to assist. Of course his and  her excuse, she is new. ( sorry I don't care train her better or don't leave her alone at the desk just get me my room)

Getting to the room: 1 of 3keys work. Room cleanliness/decor fair nothing fancy. Shower floor seemed slightly dirty . And I would be a lil scared to walk bare foot on the carpet. ( who would it's a hotel room) Last the outlets... Couldn't find them ! And those that were available were in inconvenient spots. A/C worked awesome nice and cold!

Staff: Called front desk cause the remote didn't work. Simple issue needed batteries. But did I get a new remote or battery's NO. They never came. Called in the morning and finally someone brought a remote! Thank you! Better late than never.

Breakfast: Over heard it was flavorless so I didn't want to even try. Yelp help and we ended up at a whole in the wall place call "rise and shine" which was great and highly recommend.

I've definitely been to worse places.  The lobby and breakfast areas are spacious, none of the hallway carpets are peeling up or molding, the paint is new, and my room is a pretty decent size.  The hallways do smell of stale cigarette smoke even though there aren't any smoking rooms anywhere near it, so I have to take some points for that.

I do a thorough check for bed bugs whenever I check into a new place and I can confidently say that there aren't any here.  I haven't seen any other critters either, thank God.  The bathroom is tiny, but it's clean and has a working fan vent.

The breakfast really does suck though.  It consists of fruit loops, stale English muffins, toaster waffles, and burnt coffee....yeah.  I wasn't impressed.  But it's clean and in a safe environment, so you could definitely do quite a lot worse.
