the host immediately wished my husband a happy birthday! And then she informed us that we had been upgraded to the club level! Later that evening they brought my husband a miniature cheesecake, a plate of fruit, and a card to the room! Everyone and I do mean everyone that we encountered had exceptional customer service skills. They even took us to the Lakers game and came back to pick us up! Other hotels should send their staff here for training. Customer service is a very big thing to me and Omni "You Rock!"

We stayed in room 112 on May 4, 2015. The room was dirty. My husband walked across the carpet and the soles of his feet were black. We went to get our room changed but after standing at the counter for 20 minutes and no one showed up we went back to our room.  The room was very small. No microwave. My husband had to screw the bathroom door handle on as it was hanging on the door hole.  Hair on the shower floor. The pool was closed as the water was black and you could smell it in the hallway. We got a military discount so we paid $106.00 for 12 hours, no hanging around here. When we travel and use a hotel we have always used Best Western Plus and have never experienced such disgusting conditions.  I will follow up with BW and will let you know their response. I have pics of the conditions but can't attach them.

The first room we were checked into had hair all over the bathroom and the comforter on the bed was extremely dirty. I immediately called the front desk and was upgraded to an executive level room, which was nice but nothing to write home about. The layout of this hotel is super weird - the windows of the guest rooms face the hallway and not the outside of the hotel, the hallways are extremely small and the elevators are tiny. I decided to take a dip in the pool, as it was 90 in El Paso, but the pool heater was broke so the water was like ice cubes!

Now for the pleasant parts of my stay.. The hotel bar on the main level was great and the bartender, Ebony, was fantastic and made a mean margarita! I loved the location of this hotel, theres a Starbucks in the parking lot and a Famous Daves right around the corner, not to mention it is 4 minutes from the airport.

Overall, it was an okay hotel but not somewhere I would stay again.

Older hotel with funky layout... lots of amenities, but the rooms are a little run down.
