The best Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at. Everything is new, convenient location off I-10, it looks clean, smells clean, and even has a good workout room with db's and a new cable machine. I would recommend this to anyone - business-person, family, or traveler.

This is highly reviewed on tripadvisor. I'm usually skeptical of glowing reviews, thinking it must be some kind of racket. However, after looking at photos of other nearby hotels, this looked the most modern and chic (compare to the Marriott which is stuck in the last century). I'm glad I made the choice to stay there.

Staff is courteous and attentive. Decor is modern, layout intelligent, and everything is sparkling clean and new. Price is low, I'm assuming because of nearby competition, but they don't cut corners. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well stocked. I'm astounded at the value and can't possibly imagine you'd get a better room for the money elsewhere in El Paso.

Slight negatives, it is near a freeway, so it's noisy. But same can be said for all the other hotels in the area, so consider it a minor heads up. It is also hard to access, so try to call ahead of time to get proper directions.

Stayed here passing through El Paso. Arrived @ midnight. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Staff was friendly and pleasant.  Woke early and continued on the road. Sorry I couldn't stay here  longer and enjoy the facilities. Hotel has modern decor and was pretty clean. Beds very comfy, scarce parking but great location next to I 10.

Downside was breakfast. Not greatest quality ingredients overall. Waffle maker was best part, eggs were synthetic tasting, sausage tasted greasy, coffee was good.

This is a decent hotel and I would return for another stay. Would have given four stars if breakfast quality was a notch above.

I Stayed 4 nights last week for business in the area.  The hotel grounds are nicely maintained with rock and gravel landscaping.  It shares a property with a Holiday Inn where you can use their pool (indoor/outdoor) and hot tub.  There is a neat bar with some entertainment in that complex as well.  The hotel is in a convenient location that is very close to the airport and restaurants.

My room was clean and equipped with a serious air conditioner unit.  If you want the room cooler, you can make it that way in a hurry.  The bed was comfortable and I had good night's sleep.  Some of the light switches were in illogical places and it took a little time figuring out what switch lights what area.  The bathroom was a little cramped.  The shower had nice hot water and good pressure, however, the tub barely drained and I was standing in ankle deep water at shower's end.

I will stay here again.  If it wasn't for the Choice Hotel points, I would probably try the 'sister' Holiday Inn across the way to compare.

Very nice - rooms are clean, hotel is 100% smoke-free., lounge area downstairs has a fire place... Will stay here again if the need arises. The ONLY issue I had was finding the blackout curtains - they are the same color as the walls & right up behind the sheer curtains so when you've been driving a long way & tired, you can't really find them. Like me. I finally discovered them about a 1/2 hr before my alarm went off.

Best hotel for the price but prefer nobody else to stay here before the rates go up.

Clean hotel, comfortable rooms and a small fitness room that's great to get your legs moving. I come to El Paso every week or every other week and I like staying here. The staff are very friendly, there is a shuttle that can take you to near by restaurants and the airport. I'm into fitness and sometimes it's hard to get away from work when I'm in El Paso so the fitness room works perfect. There are some cardio machines, free weights and a cable machine just to keep you active until you can get back to your regular routine. Free breakfast and wifi.

Was I at a Westin, or a Comfort Inn? Since no one was falling all over me for a tip, I guess it was a Comfort Inn. That's about the only difference that i could tell other than not having a lounge. Oh and that the luggage carts are not exclusive property only to be used by the bell people, and only having valet parking available at 60 bucks a day.

james y pretty much said it all.

Pro - The room is clean and staff is very friendly. A con for me is having no refrigerator in the room. I only stayed for a night before heading back to California. Hoping for a restful sleep as I have 12 hours to drive back home. Annoyingly waken up by screechy floor and a weird sound..almost like a vacuum sound. It went on and on throughout the early morning. Most likely will not be staying here again.

Newer furniture and carpets, clean rooms, friendly staff.  The room was easy to sleep in and comfortable enough to spend a few hours catching up on email.
