Be sure to pack your shopping cart and to-do list if you decide to stay here. It is DIY all the way. There is no maid service, so every day (that means daily) you must go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, soap, coffee, sugar, creamer, clean towels and clean sheets (if you want to refresh them in this hot, desert weather). Oh, and bring your own paper and pens for that to-do list, because there aren't any in the room. You also have to dump your own garbage and bring down the dirty linens you want replenished in bags (in plastic bags that they will provide when you ask for them). Although this is an extended stay motel, you had to ask for clothes hangars. The staff were nice and just following policy when they cannot provide you supplies that would last through your entire stay (four days for me). There's a full kitchen with two burner stove top and small, full size refrigerator. Location is good, near airport and lots of restaurants and fast food. Personally, I would rather have paid the extra $10/day + housecleaning tip to stay at another clean motel that is less work and feels more hospitable.

Love the smell of pot but don't have the $$ to buy any? Well, the bathroom vent opens to the adjacent room, and we had the opportunity to not only smell second hand smoke from pot, but also from cigarettes. Lovely.

The king room was large but staff was indifferent for the most part.

What a disgusting place!  The furniture in the rooms are old and stained, the tables are sticky and filled with scratch marks, and the carpet is nasty.  The room overall smells funny, like a slight scent of urine, and this place really gives you the feel of a cheap motel.  There is space below the door that brings in the outside air, which can make this room very cold too.  And the kitchen?  I wouldn't touch ANYTHING in the kitchen.  Everything looks and feels nasty!  It's all stained and the ice that they had in the freezer had hair on it.  Before I went to bed, I made sure that there were no bed bugs but still, I didn't get a good night's sleep because I thought I'd be eaten alive after reading other reviews on another site.

I booked Extended Stay America ONLY because I got a good deal through Hotwire and they don't tell you the name of the hotel until after the booking.  I'm so glad that I only had to stay here one night because otherwise, I think I'd go crazy from feeling itchy all over.

This is closer to a Crossland or a dumpy Homestead rather than an Extended Stay. If you've stayed at other ESA hotels, you know the difference. And even at Crossland level, where you don't expect much, lots of things didn't work in the hotel. No dishes or utensils of any kind. Worn out towels, not to mention an unidentifiable smell in the room, somewhere between urine and weed. The place has been recently renovated, but it'l looks run down and beat up. Their staff was nice, but the people staying at the hotel were super sketchy. There was some shady stuff going on next door with different people coming and going all night. Looked like this was pretty normal for this place.

I would give this hotel a half star if I could. The sheets and comforter were stained. The counter had a burn mark on it. The electrical outlet was unsafe, with a whole in it, completely missing a plug. The front desk attendant didn't offer us dishes/utensils/pots/pans. It's also hotel policy to charge your card $100 for incidentals and they don't refund it until 14 days after your stay. The hotel was cheap but the quality was also poor.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and it was okay had to get used to the area it was located, so i decided to stay again.....I got a nice room, had reserved thru orbitz, check in time is 3:pm, I went to check in, the clerk asked me for my name, confirmed it... by name that i had reservation for my time, then gave me a room key with out checking my id, i found rather wierd any how later on that day, i went to make food and the kitchen (this place comes with full kitchen) had no can opener.... nor was it complete with untensils.... The next girl on shift brandi is awsome she got me a can-opener with out a second thought...this means alot...any way i am staying there again and hopefully the kitchen is stocked with right untensils and enough plates and stuff....also the coffee pot maker wasnt not working...nor did they have
any coffee in the room
