Brand new place on the west side of El Paso (which might be a little bit on the outskirts of the city for some folks).  Honestly, we were super happy at this place.  The staff were especially friendly and gave us free cookies and good dinner advice.  Lightning fast free wifi in rooms and on free computers in lobby with free printer.  Comfy rooms with big tvs, Pantene bath products, nice beds, well functioning a/c, semi-lame sheets, and a great pool/hot tub.  Five star for its affordable price.  Four star if you're used to staying in fancy places.  The breakfast was more than adequate-- offered waffle machine, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, juices, coffee, and bananas/apples.

Great newer hotel on the west side of El Paso, TX that we hit up on our way into TX and back out of TX on a recent road trip.  Friendly staff, nice, clean, large-ish rooms, clean and quiet.  The morning breakfast area can get a bit nuts, but that is normal with these places and the "free breakfast".  If we are passing thru EP, we will certainly stay again.

Stayed her for two weeks. Great rooms, recently remodeled. Some noise from the freeway, but not much. Breakfast was quick, good and service was expected.. Only downside was windows didn't open so tough to air out room and that the towels were old.

Very very thin walls.  You can hear every thing in the other units, everything!  We have five of us in this hotel in five separate rooms.  Everyone complained about the noise thru the walls.  I could hear every foot fall of the person in the unit about me.  My wireless internet was crappy but my coworker said his was excellent although he did find a roach in this bath tub.  The breakfast was eh.  Belgium waffles, hard boiled eggs, English muffins and bagels, microwavable McMuffins and omelet pitas.  I stuck to the fruit.  Gym has dumb bells up to 50lbs.  2 tread machines and a elliptical.  No TNT on the tvs though.  Good location for restaurants though.  Jaxsons, Chili's, Famous Daves...all within 2 mins of the hotel.  Walmart accross the street is 24/7.  Movie theater next door.

hmmm. where to start on this little gem. as ive mentioned before.. i travel a lot.. for work.. so ive stayed in my fair share of hotels.. my preference is Wyndham .. with the secondary being Marriott.. this trip my husband was with me, we pulled into town late on a tuesday and for some reason unknown to even the hotel staff in multiple locations.. many places were booked.  we finally found a room at the fairfield and booked the suite for 2 nights. for the room itself, i have little complaints. just the a/c was extremely loud and about a foot off the edge of the bed.. it gets annoying when its blowing directly on you while you sleep.  now for the good part :)  as a rule of thumb.. i NEVER indulge in the "free continental breakfast!!" no matter what place im at.. its just.. no. i cant. id rather have my shower.. get my starbucks and go get actual breakfast later... my husband.. :( well, he is not as strong willed as i when it comes to food. annnnnddd unfortunately, he had to pay dearly for it.  he ate 3 hard boiled eggs and some fruit from the lobby while i was showering... by the time i was done with my hair.. make up and getting dressed (2+ hours... vanity... i know.. shhhhhh!!)  he was laying on the bed talking about not feeling well.. very shocking from someone who will say hes fine when hes not! so i let him lay there and about 30 minutes later all hell breaks loose... i do not need to explain the details to anyone who has encountered food poisoning.. just know.. an hour later we were spending our day in the ER...  before checking out i went to the front desk and let them know what was going on.. got a sprite from the little shop for him and asked to speak to the manager... the manager was RUDE and almost made me act in a way i wasnt proud of when i tried to ask her was anyone else complaining about breakfast and the only possible way he could be sick was from that.. we were on the road.. so the only thing we ate the day before were chips!  she said its not possible it takes 24 hours for food poising to set in.. i told her.. she is not a doctor nor a food borne illness specialist so it was doubtful she was qualified to make that call.. she was hearing none of it.. so i just left it at that.. good thing is.. they got it under control.. despite spending 10 hours in the hospital and missing work... overall.. i will NEVER stay here again.. and for the money there are much better places with friendlier staff.. not once did the manager try to help in any way.. oh wait.. she did offer to call the paramedics. thanks b****. ill drive him myself..

I have stayed here multiple times. Very clean.good breakfast. Fitness center. A little loud due to being near a highway but that wasn't really an issue. Overall good experience.
Lots of amenities nearby including places to eat and shop for necessities.

Clean, nice and a great staff! Yummy breakfast as well.  Clean rooms and a great indoor pool.  There is a movie theater, good restaurants and Walmart within walking distance.  Very safe neighborhood!

Clean, quiet, professional and great location off the interstate however not so close that its noisy (granted I was on the north side of the building). I'm pretty particular when it comes to hotels. I prefer locations on the outskirts of the city where things are clean, newer, well maintained and close to dining. Fairfield as usual met my expectations with this stay. I highly recommend.

I'm a platinum elite Marriott member and have stayed over 150 nights in Marriott's this year.  I have seen my share of hotels and I have stayed in all 3 Marriott properties here in El Paso. I think they all have different perks.

This is a great and SAFE location. Walmart is across the street as is a Cinemark movie theater and a classic MUST VISIT Mexican restaurant, Leo's. Its on Tue west side of town which is a bit of a drive (for El Paso) to downtown, etc. You can take 54 through the mountains for a scenic drive or to avoid crazy traffic.

The lobby is nice and clean, the room was not as big as others but clean. Bed is comfortable and its pretty quiet being very close to the freeway.

There is a Spring hill Suites in the same parking lot if you're staying longer than a few nights.  You can't go wrong!!!

Updated and clean.  Walked to a movie theatre next door.  Will stay here again as I love anything Marriott.

We stayed at this hotel two nights last week, one on Monday and one on Friday night. The facilities are immaculate and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We have used other hotels in the past(we travel for business) and continue to stay at the Fairfield Inn because of the great service.

    Great hotel!
