Stayed overnight in El Paso and, while I was not impressed with my experience in the city in general, this Quality Inn location definitely worth spending a few more dollars than at the Travelodge down the road or similar.  Friendly staff, clean room, and the breakfast buffet was pretty impressive for what we paid for the room.

5 stars?! WTF was that reviewer thinking?! My colleague booked this room and when we pulled into the parking lot i seriously thought I was staying at the Bates Motel. The place was uber shady. The door lock looked like a monkey with a pogo stick could break in. I could actually see the light from outside through the side crack in the door. I was totally skeeved out and even cut short my trip after one night. The "breakfast buffet" consisted of menudo and no tea. Not my cup of tea even if they had any. I would never stay here again.

Was really impressed! I was skeptical of this stop, due to previous reviews; but I was splendidly surprised! Room was super clean, ac worked and lots of towels. A bit of a misunderstanding with our room, but not hotel's fault. We went down to breakfast at 8:30am and ending time was 9:00. The buffet was full and they were still setting out more. Great service, great rooms and so affordable!

GIANT roach on ceiling!! Gross!

Doing a cross country trip and arrived super late and was leaving early so just needed a place to rest our heads.  Would never stay here otherwise!!!

Was in town for a family event.  Was pleasantly surprised at the room cleanliness and the size of the room.   It has all of the basics I needed and was satisfied with the value.  It seems to be older but is well worth the cost for the traveler who doesnt need to stay at a Hilton.

This is the loudest motel you can find to stay in. All the airplanes landing and taking off fly above the rooftop just a few yards. The roads in front and to the side are always filled with the loudest vehicles with the loudest mufflers. Walls are poorly insulated to deflect the sounds. The shower in room didn't drain very well and requested it to be fixed, with no luck a week later. An error between housekeeping and front desk allowed for some strange innocent people to barge into the room late at night, waking me up and not to mention scaring us. However, the room is clean and the  rate was great. Everything else is just overriding the quality of this not so quality inn. I will never return here to stay after this job ends. Not my best stay at a usually great motel chain.

Room was wonderful. I spent four days there, before and after the Bataan Memorial Death March, and was really impressed with the low cost (reserved through ChoiceHotels.com ); large, soft, and comfortable bed; nice bathroom; and proximity to LOTS of food options. Would definitely stay again during my next El Paso trip.
