Sure, a Fairfield Inn is a Fairfield Inn, but the little touches make all the difference.  Such as leaving the fruit, snack bars, oatmeal, and tea out in the breakfast area for late night arrivals.  Soft cookies at the front desk are very nice, too!

Clean and safe and plenty of free parking.

Here for a night or two. And I can't express how friendly and courteous the front desk person is. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this hotel....

Here with a soccer team. And what a great stay. Lovely staff. Great room. I requested a micro wave - no problem! Fridge in room actually gets drinks very cold! Wish all our soccer trips used this hotel.

Really good place, only bad thing is the highway is getting worked on so you kinda need to know how to get around the back roads

Stayed here for two nights with a group of my students for a field trip. It was my first time in the area and I was impressed with the specific directions the hotel gave to get around the construction. They gave me a room in proximity to both of my student rooms (as requested) so that I could keep an eye on them; which was very nice. When my students realized a few of them forgot toothbrushes, they had some for them to use at the front desk. The people who worked the front desk for our entire stay were great -- even giving awesome directions to the workshop we were headed to and helping out if we got lost and needed to call them. They made check-in and out very simple and the breakfasts they served both days we were there were great and always fully stocked even though the hotel was very full! I would highly recommend them if you're looking to stay in this area.

OK, don't get me wrong, this is not the Ritz, but for value, the rating is true.  The staff here is amazingly nice, always trying to help you.  They are kind.  The breakfast is one of the best I have seen for type of hotel this is.  We stayed here for one week, visiting our daughter in Ft. Worth, and it was a wonderful place to stay.  The beds are Marriott beds, so you know you get a good sleep.  The place is clean, well maintained, put that together with the staff, and it gets 5 stars in my book.
Oh, forgot the warm choc chip cookies at night along with the coffee always there for you.  Never seen that before.  Papers for you every morning, the list goes on...

Stayed here from June 28, 2014 thru July 1st.  We had the suite with the lounging area and considering our stay, was a nice feature, because we didn't have to sit on the bed, when the room & it gave the room a bigger feeling.

We found the bed & pillows very comfortable, so much so, it was easy to fall asleep and sleep in on the one day we had.

The hotel does have a washing machine & dryer, which was great, because we just came off of 3 days on the road then being in a hotel plus we would be another few days before our moving truck would arrive.  (We were relocating from CA to TX)

The hotel had complimentary breakfast and the lady monitoring the breakfast area during weekend was actually servicing the area, and was helpful.  However, the weekend day lady, could only be bothered with a "good morning" and then standing there watching "her tv show" flip this house, or some show of that nature, as she told another guest,  she was not concerned if there was coffee, if the muffins needed to be replenished or anything else of that nature.  But she was good at holding up the wall and watching tv.  Wow what a good paying job she had!!!

My biggest complaint was that the hotel hallways, were is damn hot.  I glanced at the thermometer one day as we walked down the hallway and it was 82!  It is quite a shock to go from your cool room, into a sauna like hallway.  It would be nice if the hotel could set the thermometers a little lower is the hallways are cooler. The ice machines put off a lot of heat themselves and I'm sure the hotel isn't thinking of that,,,,or maybe they are,

The staff at the front desk are ok in friendliness.  There was ONLY one older woman, with long whitish hair that greeted you every time with a nice smile and said hello, as you came off the elevator or in the front door!!  She  always acknowledged your presence.  Kiddos to her.

I would recommend this hotel & I would stay there again..... But I think the hotel could make some minor improvements & get the "wall , tv watching person" out of the way!!

The Staff makes the difference!!

OK, most Fairfield Marriotts are similar, right?  Well this one, with one exception, has a staff that makes it a very enjoyable place to stay.  They remember you or recognize you from prior stays.  Front desk staff is helpful as to suggestions and meeting a traveler's needs.  Last recent stay (allowed me to check in early so I could leave some things in the room since it was ready).  And even though I was waiting in line for a woman to ask the front desk person a bunch of questions, I appreciated the service they were giving her.  They were full or booked solid.  She offered to help the lady find another place, as she had no reservation (made calls) and gave her advice on cabs and cab fares to a convention or meeting she was going to.  Very friendly even though the lady tried and TRIED to get her to find a room for her at the full location.........LOL

My only exception was the lady who was handling the breakfast situation.........she seemed a little overstressed.  Would not assist with getting a tray for bringing back food to the room even though I was open to using anything makeshift.  Not the usual lady that has been there who was helpful.  But it wasn't THAT big a deal; just stuck out in my mind since everyone else, including housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful.

Now that winter has started rearing it's head, I think the inside pool is a nice feature.  I don't think you would go wrong by booking this hotel if you have business in the area or Fossil Creek area of Ft. Worth.

Stayed here for a brief night while visiting dad in the hospital nearby. Since all my other visits consisted of only interacting with my parents who lived there, this is the first time I truly experienced the warm hospitality of Texans.

The staff is approachable, warm and incredibly efficient. Upon seeing I'm just a solo traveler who has booked for a double room, I was offered to be upgraded to a king bed suite. The room itself is comfortable and immaculately clean, with a living room area and a bedroom area. The staff was also very willing to help when I asked for directions to certain places and pointed me to the most direct way of getting there, patiently with details. The breakfast was good with pastries, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles and variety of oatmeal and fruits.

Even though it was a brief one night stay, Fairfield Inn made my rather stressful trip very pleasant with its professionalism and hospitality.

Parking and breakfast is complimentary.

If you're ever in Fort Worth, stay here.

This hotel has the best customer service and I would stay here over and over again. During my stay, there was a guy named Rain who worked at the front desk. He was patient and very kind. I work in customer service and I know how trying some days can be. He was awesome! I hope his boss is reading this so he can get a raise.

The customer service from the front desk associates is the reason I am giving them a 5 star rating. Customer Service is everything. Their hotel was also, clean and comfortable.

If you are looking for a nice place to rest, you should definitely stay here.

One of the best deals in Fort Worth!  The Staff makes the difference!!

For starters, it's one of the least expensive hotels in the city!
If there is construction, they put you on the side away from it (quiet).
If you arrive late, they leave the fruit, snack bars, oatmeal, and tea out.

Indoor pool as well!

If you are looking for clean, safe and inexpensive you might have several options.

If you choose this one, you will NOT be disappointed.

5 STARs
