    This manager at this location ROCKS!! We live near this hotel & when we lost our electricity due to winter weather we were able to get a reservation quickly. Within 30 minutes of checking in we found out our power was back on. The manager was so gracious about letting us checkout & not charging us. We will definitely encourage friends/family to stay here when the need arises.

    As I write this, I am trying to recover from a very bad nights sleep.  The bed in our $129 suite was the worst I have had in a long time.  The bed was so hard it almost bruised my hips and my husband's back is in bad shape this AM due to it.  The room had no bath tub which I thought was just fine, but the floor of the shower was bouncy and made terrible noises when you step forward or back.  There was no soap dish at the vanity or glasses to rinse your teeth.  So, we used the coffee cups in the mini kitchen.  This is the third time this year we have stayed at Hampton Inn and the beds have gotten progressively worse each stay.  After the last visit, I said I would not stay here again but decided that I would give it one more chance.  That was a bad choice.    The rooms are nicely appointed, however. Sorry Hampton Inn, you'll not get any more of our money.

    OK as a Hampton Inn but for some inexplicable reason the Wifi basically does not work.  Its got the speed of an old fashioned dial up from years ago.  Completely unable to vido stream.  They have know about it for ever but some reason can't or won't fix it.  They blame it on a Hilton corp IT problem.

    The hotel itself was OK- the bedspread had bizarre lumps all over it and the upstairs noise was irritating, but if this was the only problem I would give it a 3 at the least. I am giving it a 1 because these folks have overcharged my credit card and can't seem to tell me why or do anything about it! I have the receipt that they gave me for my one night's stay totaling $132.25. I checked my receipts against my credit card transactions when I got home from vacation yesterday, and the Hampton Inn had charged me $152.09. I called them , and the gentleman I spoke to said it was probably due to an additional initial charge in case we used any incidentals, and it would show up properly when the charge went all the way through. Now, this I understand, but I checked my cc statement again today because I was going to make a payment, and lo and behold, there was ANOTHER charge from the Hampton Inn for $19.84 on the 30th of November, in addition to the $152.09 that is still reflecting. I called again, NOT HAPPY, and asked why I was being charged again- it is obvious to me they are using MY card to pay for someone else's room charges, so how can we fix this? The young lady who answered (nobody gives you their name when they answer the phone) said all she could see was the $132.25, and that should be all that was charged, but she couldn't help me as she couldn't see the other charges.I would have to call back tomorrow and talk to the manager. Well, by tomorrow they could rack up even MORE charges on my card- I will be calling tomorrow you can bet on that, so the manager had better be ready for me because I am SUPER PISSED at this point- I have called my cc company and had them remove the $19.84, and if the charge goes through for more than the$132.25 that I owe, and there are more "mystery" charges, I will have to fill out a dispute, change my credit card completely (which is a hassle, I assure you) and fill out fraud paperwork. This has been the worst experience I have had with a hotel, and I will NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn ever again if I can help it. I should have gone to the Holiday Inn Express next door.

    The Hampton inn was a very nice hotel.....but the floor was sticky when you walked. Also the tv is so complicated! There was very good customer service and nice rooms.

    Lupe, the manager is awful. All of the great staff was fired and she filled it with only the people she knew. She's rude and disrespectful to the guests and her workers. She needs to go back to being a house keeper and stop pretending like she can handle the responsibility of being a GM.

    Uh...this hotel has a bed bug infestation. I was here with my students for a conference and we found out that the second floor has a bed bug infestation.  A few of the people in our group from Houston had issues all night because of itching and swelling of the skin.  The hotel moved them to other rooms, but the hotel was already booked to capacity.  Due to their issues, I have to notify parents that there was a problem...that's a problem and a mess for me!

    A bad day at the Hampton. Inquired about the hot tub at checkin, and was told it's open to 10. Only, it wasn't heated, and no bubbles.

    * no heat in room... Can someone check the breaker? Tomorrow?

    * door to bathroom wouldn't close, hinge jammed

    * though I prepaid on Travelocity, my "incidentals only" card was charged for the room, plus someone else's room

    Wow.

    Was a solid Hampton Inn, not great and a decent stay. Staff was relatively friendly when I came in but was distracted by a phone call and one staff member seemed to be just standing around while the day manager was busy.  Booked a King Suite and elevator, both sides, was crazy slow. I know, something weird to complain about, but I honestly could have walked up four flights of stairs quicker.  Room was a King suite and was clean, neat, standard coffee, microwave and fridge. TV needed two remotes, kind of weird. Wifi was good, no problems there. Breakfast was fine the next morning with standard Hampton offerings of eggs, bacon, potatoes, juice, waffle maker, yogurt etc. Rooms were clean, no real smells  and a good price.

    For those staying and looking to eat, you are right on 35 with all the chain restaurants around you. If you are willing to drive down 35 just a mile to Main St in old Burleson, lots of great local restaurants like Babes and Old Texas Brewing Company. Way better experience then eating at Chili's.
