Checked into the room to find that the AC was set to 50 and all the fans were on when it was 32 degrees outside. I figured the previous tenant just liked it cold so I tried turning the heater on and nothing. We gave it two hours and it was still 50 degrees or colder in the room. When I called the front desk to explain the situation, they told me to turn it off and back on and showed absolutely zero concern about the fact that the room was so cold.

Unable to sleep due to the creeping frostbite, I called and asked if they would please send someone to look at it. They told me at 11:30 pm that they had called someone and they were on their way. Fast forward two hours, no one shows up. I call the front desk to ask where the person they sent was, and the guy at the front desk says, "We don't have any record of calling anyone...." Thanks, guy at the front desk. Thanks a lot.

Wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't suggest that anyone stay here, unless sleeping in a below 50 room sounds like your idea of a good time.
