If you have to be in northern fort worth for work then this is the hotel for you. It's brand new so everything's fresh and the service is great. It's really an oasis in the middle of nowhere. By nowhere i really mean no place nearby to go eat, drink, hangout within a 20 minute radius. But if you end up staying here fear not as the service in the restaurant area is great.  The people at the bar and working in the kitchen are phenomenal when it comes to service. They really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Making food off the menu or accommodating to any wants that you may have.  It got to the point that they were so nice it made me feel bad.  So if you need a place to stay where you can feel you're with family. Feel free to stay here.

Well I shouldn't say "surprising" I suppose, since Hilton has a good reputation, but I was blown away by how chic this hotel was! Our stay was fantastic! We needed a hotel close to our old neighborhood in Keller, as we were visiting our rental house so my husband and I selected the Hilton Garden Inn and were pleasantly surprised with its elegance, amazingly nice staff and SUPER comfortable beds. Seriously, the beds were some of the best I have ever stayed in, and we stay in a decent number of hotels. The lobby is very welcoming with dark décor, great lights, and wide open vaulted ceilings. The front desk checked us into our room in about 30 seconds and was very nice. The rooms are very well furnished (I LOVED the paint on the wall, very modern and fancily textured). Everything was very clean, the linens are all washable, including the duvet. I love that they have Neutrogena products as their standard toiletries. My only complaint about the room is that housekeeping didn't do the most thorough job, as we did not get clean/new drinking glasses in our kitchenette area, but if that is our complaint, hey, it can't be that terrible. My only other complaint about the hotel is the noise level, not of the staff or road, but of the guests, the hall noise pours easily into the bedrooms and we had some very unconscientious neighbors. But luckily that was only while they were checking out, the rest of the time it was fine. I would totally stay there again in a heartbeat and wish that all hotels were this classy and reasonably priced. Everyone we talked to was very nice, welcoming and competent. The place was not overly crowded. The breakfast had a great selection, the service staff at the restaurant was great! They even have a decent happy hour. The hotel is very close to the airport, Grapevine, and the Ft. Worth suburbs. I was impressed, nice work Hilton Garden Inn, we will surely see you again!

Nice atmosphere.
Very, very nice hotel. It opened late 2012 so everything is new. Love it. Only problem was a confusion about the price for breakfast. great price of $4.95 but they changed the price on the 4th morning of our 5 day stay to $10.95. That's a lot for oatmeal type breakfast when many hotels give us that kind of breakfast for free.

I like the smooth duvet and the price. I think it's very reasonable compared to the other Garden. The area can add more food establishments for sure....

Nice but breakfast is extra. I'm used to it being included at the other Hilton's I've stayed at. The staff is very friendly and it's very clean.

Hmmmm... where do I start... This will be my new home way from home for a few months!!

SInce I will be staying here on and off for a few months I like to get comfortable. The rooms are great and spacious, the hotel has a very modern look to it and it looks fairly new. The room is very clean too, as all other areas.

The staff is amazing, I have no complains about any of them. SInce I stay at hotels for extended periods of time I like to get familiar with the staff (bartender, chef, maids, front desk etc), I end up getting to know all of them pretty well. However, I have noticed that it seems as the dinning area is understaff and when it gets busy it's hard for one person or sometimes two to take care of everyone.

The location is not the best since you have to go for a drive for pretty much anything but there's plenty to do about 5 miles away with a big shopping center full of stores and restaurants.

I have about two meals a day here, breakfast and dinner and I must say that breakfast is not too impressive but the dinner menu is better than most hotels and the cooks/chefs always make sure to take care of you.

The conference rooms are also a good size if you're having small meetings.

There's also two patios, one in front of the pool and one by the dining area and they are both great to hang out on a good night or day.
