Reasonable clean is the highest praise I can give this place. The best hotel I ever stayed at was a Hilton Garden Inn, but it was not this one... If all you need is a clean safe room for the night near the highway, there are cheaper places. If however you are looking for something more look elsewhere as well. No free breakfast, coffee or tea, fruit, or any of the other bonuses you can usually expect from comparably priced hotels.

I stay here periodically and I'm always pleased. Front desk staff is always friendly and check-in is quick. Rooms are clean, and housekeeping staff is accommodating for extra towels, etc. The outdoor pool is always nice, although I wish there was an outdoor spa as well as the indoor one. Breakfast here is reasonably priced and Annette in the restaurant is the friendliest, most helpful person we've come across.. always remembers us by name. Free wi-fi is a nice perk and the beds are SOOOO comfortable! The location works well for us, close enough to downtown and the stockyards for a quick drive, yet far enough to be out of the traffic and noise.
I read the other reviews, but have never experienced the issues with cleanliness that some have. No complaints and I will continue to stay here.

Construction going on until June, wasn't told of this until we arrived. Mattress needs replaced, sleep in a hole from being worn. Employes were friendly. Some 3rd floor rooms have been remodeled, I'm on the 2nd floor without an updated room. They were working outside my window yesterday until 5:30PM putting stucco on the exterior of the building, quite noisy. Front Desk told me the workers return around 9AM. Clean hotel as far as I can tell. Pool closed. Diamond Hilton member.

We initially had a checking in snafu but the way their front desk staff handled it was so great! Amanda was especially helpful. They even upgraded our room and gave us free tickets to Billy Bobs. They made sure we were comfortable and we so friendly.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good! All in all they made sure our stay was wonderful.

Bottom Line - This hotel is NOT clean and has a funky smell to it (I think it's the lingering smell of smoke). Though the lobby looks newer or renovated, you're in for a shock once you enter your room. Housekeeping here is on the poor side... at check-in, there was a penny on the floor next to the bed, large pieces of lint on the carpet, and long hair strands on two towels (one on a bath towel, and one on a hand towel). Also beware that the hotel's backyard is a freeway, and can get pretty loud.
In 2010, I stayed in hotel rooms for 83 nights, 60 of them at Hilton properties... this makes me Diamond VIP during 2011 with HHonors. I'd say it's going to be pretty impossible to have satisfactory stays 100% of the time and you're bound to have awful experiences.... the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth (at 4400 North Fwy, Fort Worth, TX) is the hotel that is the unsatisfactory/awful one.
The fact that there were large pieces of lint on the carpet floor (as well as a penny) tells me that housekeeping here is lazy... in my case, they did not bother to vacuum the room between guests (I can be okay with no vacuum within my stay, but even that isn't okay), and they do not inspect laundry for hair because there were strands of hair on my "fresh" towels! I booked 3 nights in this hotel. As I type this, I am on my 2nd night (I checked in yesterday), and have already told the desk staff that I will be checking out in the morning. I should have checked out this morning after the 1st night, but I was in a hurry and running late. This was laziness on my part. I will be telling the hotel staff about my dissatisfaction when I check out.
I also realized this afternoon that I have two small bug bites on my right hand... I can't be 100% sure they happened during my first night, but I didn't have these bites yesterday. Once I get home, my suitcase is going straight to the laundromat and my luggage is going to be vacuumed before I even go home. *shiver*
I plan to take an ambien tonight, get through the night, and get the fuck out of here and into a different hotel.

Diamond member so have experience in many HGI have to rate this the worst I've stayed in. Mold all over the shower, hair on the vanity, slow draining sink, shower handle put on so hot really means cold. Loud housekeeping banging on doors in the a.m. Really disappointed in the $169 I spent here really gives Hilton a bad reputation.

Stayed here with the family for an overnight trip to FW for a funeral. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the lobby bar fine for a quick dinner and few beers. Only downside is the location, it's right next to 35 in middle of an industrial/business park area. Not that easy to get to, especially at night. Also not much around it in the way of restaurants, etc., but it was just down the street from funeral home we were visiting. All in all it was what I expected from a Hilton Garden Inn.

Great stay. We had a little trouble with breakfast one morning when they were very busy. Otherwise the breakfast was perfect. We nearly always book the bed and breakfast packages when we stay at Hilton Garden Inns, well worth it!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable.

My friend and I recently visited the Stockyards in Fort Worth. We spent three nights here and was provided with great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was pleasant. Andrew Taylor, wait staff, was extremely helpful in recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to dine. He took great care of us there and was extremely helpful since this was our first trip. Aleshia, Housekeeper Director, was so sweet and made sure we were extremely happy with the cleanliness of our room. I can't wait to visit the Stockyards again and I will definitely make this my place to stay. Again thank you for such wonderful customer service.
