This place is new, clean and has a lot of nice amenities. There is a reason I stay in Holiday Inns 30+ nights a year. They have totally changed their persona and it shows.

This place is swanky and looks like it would be just fine downtown with a fancier name. The AC can get super cold which is good because it is 103 out right now.

The restaurant is VERY good as well. This is not your typical "burger and cobb salad" type of room service food. The food is great.

The staff is very friendly as well.

I come to DFW about 15 business days a year and I will continue to stay here. It really is a good value.

I stayed at this hotel a couple days ago while on a business trip... It was completely brand new, I think I was the first person to sleep in my bed.  The service and attention frm the staff was great.  I really liked the Mid Century Mod look of the hotel and it was very close to Dallas Airport witha  reasonable rate.  they also offerd a complimentary shuttle service.

    Overall GREAT!!!

Had a business meeting at this brand spanking new Holiday Inn. This aint your grandfathers Holiday Inn. Gone are the days of the beautiful giant neon sign sumoning tired travelers on the highways of old. The new versions are very swank and modern in order to be competitive in the 21st century.

The folks at the DFW Holiday Inn took care of our entire group. The rates were very good for such a nice hotel near the airport. Everyone was picked up and dropped off by their shuttle service. The food in the bar/cafe was very good. They have a happy hour with free appetizers from 5-7. There is a fitness center, business center with free internet access, and a pool, but no jacuzzi : (

We held the meeting and ate dinner in their conference room, which was a perfect size for our group (35 people). During breaks the water jugs and coffee pots were filled.

The rooms were nice with large flat screen HDTVs. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had some very nice desks with ergonomic chairs similar to an Aeron chair.

Overall a nice experience was had by all, however I do miss those old school neon signs out front.

    (Whachu doin?)
Nothing chillin at the Holiday Inn
    (Who you wit?)
Me and my peeps won't you bring four of your friends?
    (What we gon' do?)
Feel on each other and sip on some Hen
One thing leading to another let the party begin

Went here last night for some drinks. Sounds lame, huh?
Fooled you! Don't judge a hotel by its name!

The exterior looks like any other, but step inside and be noticeably impressed. The decor is modern contemporary, but not cheesy. The designers put some thought into the finishes and lighting. If you are traveling for business or pleasure, I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how well this hotel is finished.

I usually love to throw cheap deals into my reviews so the beers are $1.75 during happy hour. The rest of the time they are $3.

I would have given this place 5 stars, but the bartenders were to be expected- unhappy folks, talking about how they couldn't wait til quitting time.

The Holiday Inn chain has really changed its tune and is a favorite amongst common folk like me.

It's so modern and colorful. I had a smaller room at the "select" hotel in Washington, DC. The desk lamp is very similar to the one in my guest bedroom and the chair and footstool made me feel as though I was sitting in the chaise lounge in my own Master bedroom. There was a floor length mirror to admire "all of me" and the shower was large enough to --- well, I'll let you use your imagination!

My mom stayed here recently, and I have to say -- this is SO not the Holiday Inn of my youth! The decor is Asian-inspired and minimalist, yet stylish and chic. Lots of muted colors and warm earth tones, without being bland. It's still an efficient business hotel, but with the ambiance of a more expensive luxury hotel, complete with luxe linens and large, flat-screen TVs.

The best part, however, is the restaurant. We live right across the street and have frequently had dinner here. The menu has stayed the same the last few months, but otherwise the dishes are incredibly tasty. The chef clearly cares as much about presentation as much as s/he does about taste, but doesn't sacrifice one for the other. They don't just plop a handful of greasy fries on your plate -- their seasoned fries are delectable and have just the right amount of bite and serve as a nice balance to their hearty burgers.

Vegetarians, rejoice! You don't get shafted here. They have several delicious veggie options, including a Truffle Macaroni and Cheese and tofu sliders that will make you forget all those poor bean burger offerings at lesser-quality restaurants.

For dessert, try the mango cheesecake. Their sweets are generous and clearly meant for sharing, but if you're going solo, take the rest home because they're worth a second helping.

As for service, the hotel doesn't skimp on this one either. Restaurant staff were friendly, patient, informative, and mindful of all their customers. The last time we went, our meal took a little longer than usual, but our waiter and even the general manager came back to our table to give us updates instead of just ignoring us.

Definitely will go again and again. Even if you live in the area and don't have the need to stay at a hotel, the restaurant here is a great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary or just a date night out.

This place rocks my dick off!! I stayed here for the Pacquiao-Clottey fight... my man Manny won, but holy crap what an uneventful fight! Clottey should be ashamed to call himself a boxer. He didn't even fight! He was scared to box with Manny! It got so bad we started rooting for Clottey! Okay, let me stop this rant about Clottey being a shitty fighter. Let me get back to this awesome Hotel!!

So check this out, when I arrived to DFW airport, I made my way down to Courtesy Van pick up, called the hotel, & shuttle service was there to pick me up within minutes! I arrive to the hotel & the front desk greeted me with a smile & a gift bag. A gift bag filled with snacks & a drink. Perfect for my arrival.

My friend arrived an hour later @1am, but being our first time in the city we wanted to go out. But what stays open later than 2am? I've heard strip clubs stay open till 4am! Sweet, let's go see some titties! Hi-five!

So we go down to the lobby & tell the front desk we want to see titties. They say shuttle service can take you. Yes, you heard correct. The courtesy shuttle drove us to Jaguars strip club. The shuttle runs  24/7 & anywhere 5 miles radius from the hotel. They drop us off & said call us when you want to be picked up. You're kidding right? Not only are you taking us to the titty club, but you're gonna pick us up too?! Hi-five!

4am rolls around and they kick us out of the club. We call the shuttle & wait outside. It was just like when you were a kid; you have your mom drop you off at the mall & you call her to pick you up when you're done... it was just like that! But instead of walking out with shopping bags, we walked out with boners & glitter on our faces! Fuck yeah! Hi-five!

Nudity makes a man hungry, so we ask our kick ass driver where can we eat? We see a Waffle House down the road & I jizz my pants again! Hi-five! So he drops us off at Waffle House & says give us a call when you're done and we'll come grab you. Ok, not only do you take us for titties but you're feeding us too at 4am! Titties & Breakfast my friends... tittays & breakfast!!

So I think i've established the kick ass staff & shuttle service... but I haven't even talked about the hotel. There are flat screen TV's all over this place, in the lobby, in the restaurant, in your room. This is not your ordinary Holiday Inn, it's a boutique style hotel and it's fucking affordable. The restaurant had a pretty unique menu... think white trash fancy & the breakfast buffet was awesome! If you need to work out, they got a workout room & swimming pool too!

In passing conversation, I asked our driver about taxi service to the Cowboy Stadium. The next day I get a call from the front desk saying your ride is here. Are you kidding me!? It was just in passing conversation, I didn't even talk to the front desk. They took the initiative and arranged a personal driver for us. $30 flat fee to the stadium. The service at this Hotel goes beyond. I was amazed. This is unlike any Holiday Inn you've stayed at. They paid attention to our needs & they really took care of me & my friend. Kudos to upper management! The staff here is amazing. If this review hasn't made you fall in love with this hotel yet, then I hate you so much right now (cue Kelis song).

The free shuttle from the airport airport kept me waiting one hour and twenty minutes, at night, after a long day of travel. Not acceptable.

Nice hotel. Clean and fresh. Friendly staff. Hotel transportation is unreliable. What's worse, staff is not truthful about length of wait for van.

The staff was very nice and while the rooms seem to have been updated, I had issues with the sound of the TV muting out at times.  Plus, the bathroom fixtures were not very stable for my room.  The meeting room was nice but having the hotel bar close at 10 PM was a little early for those out of town gatherings.

I booked a room here for me and my boyfriend. He had just finished a 5 week tour of the US and he couldn't stop raving about how awesome the staff was.

The airport shuttle was extremely helpful. Not only in getting him to the airport the next day but he had also lost his phone charger the day he checked in. So the shuttle service kindly offered to take him a few blocks down the street to get one (so he wouldn't have to walk).

He was able to get a late checkout (which was most appreciated after spending over a month in a tour bus) and he had a pleasant nights sleep. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

James and Blake are the best at this hotel.  James made us feel at home and created an excellent environment. Blake helped us find the best places in town and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.  You guys are lucky to have them. I hope every holiday Inn has employees like them.

Nice hotel. What you expect from a holiday in. But this hotel is newer and cleaner than most. And more modern. I like it.

This review is for the airport parking through Holiday Inn.

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE.  Their shuttle service is unprofessional and unreliable.  Upon returning to Dallas, I called and was told that he driver would pick us up in 20 minutes. After 29 minutes, I called again and was told that they were only 9 minutes past pick up time and that I was "being impatient."  Altogether, we waited for over an hour to be picked up.  To add insult to injury, when the driver finally got there he called and asked where we were. We told him that we were at the gate he told us to come to.  He then told us that we needed to go downstairs to departing flights (although we'd been told to go upstairs to passenger pick up).

When I complained to the hotel management, there was nothing that they could do because parking was contracted through a third party.  It seems to me that there is no accountability when it comes to their airport parking.  The shuttle that picked us up had "Holiday Inn" on the side of it, so I felt like they should take a little more ownership.

Save yourself the extra hour tacked onto your trip and don't park here. I wish I'd paid triple the price to park at the airport.

Loved this hotel! Modern decor. Great staff. The bar right down stairs was great for us because we stayed during a storm and couldn't leave to do anything. The staff was professional and courteous. We had food sent up to our room with a fee of course. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. The nice stand up shower in the bathroom was a plus.
