Stayed there over Superbowl weekend and it served its purpose for a few nights.
Positive: Good location. 15 minutes from Dallas stadium and about 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth/Sundance Square. Had a free continental breakfast every morning which was very convenient. Beds were pretty comfortable.
Negative: Rooms were relatively clean but the hotel could have been kept up a little more. (I found a sausage link under the bed which was NOT a leftover of mine) There was only a sheet on the bed that separated the mattress from you which which I didnt like too much. Personally, I think the hallways needed a vacuum.

I was in town for business and stayed at the InnSuites. I have no complaints. I don't see why people are giving bad ratings as this is not the W nor priced at W prices. For the price, I would recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly (the manager especially). The rooms are well insulated. Great parking. Convenient to the freeway. Free WiFi. Breakfast included (note: the restaurants that are advertised on the website are currently shut down - I believe due to being remodeled; however, on site staff was more than happy to place delivery orders for the guests). I had my dog with me and was happy to pay the pet charge to stay here (my dog doesn't bark). Both her and I felt welcomed. Thank you!

I stayed here for two nights back in April while attending a conference. The hotel was clean, the free breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast fare, and they provided a free shuttle to the convention center. The hotel is a little older, but it appears as though it is undergoing some renovation. It was quiet, and I felt safe. My main compliment is to the outstanding customer service I received consistently from Joe (the driver and handyman), Darrin (the manager, I think), and a lovely lady who worked at the front desk in the morning but whose name I can't remember (sorry!).

Stayed here 2 nights w/ my husband and 2 small kids. It served the puropse: cheap, clean, comfortable, and convienent location.
Cheap- ~$60/nite; 2 free drinks in bar at happy hour, free hot breakfast
Clean- new paint and carpet in our room. No pubes in bathroom. Hall could have been vaccumed hough.
Quiet rooms- the doors don't slam shut so you're not hearing everyone else enter and leave their rooms.
Comfortable- great a/c w/ wall thermostat. Comfy bed but kinda grossed out that there wasn't a mattress protector.
Pool- nice and clean, lots of seating options, hot tub, and small "Little Tykes" plastic play structure for kids!
Our door entry box ran out of batteries and we couldn't get in our room, maintenance was there in under 5 mins!
Close to Sundance Square, not too far from other attractions like zoo and botanical gardens.
Other people staying in hotel were "normal." aka no riff raff crack heads!
Con: they use styrofoam dishes for breakfast- blah!
Don't be afraid of this little "botique" (ahem) hotel. They are making strides to improve!

We could have stayed in a 5-star hotel but didn't feel like spending the money. So, we called and drove around, looking for motels with open rooms. All of them were either booked full or disgusting.
Then I saw Hotel Trinity. I called, and they had room. When I entered the lobby, I was immediately impressed. And both my girlfriend and I were very impressed upon entering our room. Everything was clean, things were pretty good quality, and the room even came with an LCD TV. Furthermore, they even had power strips to plug multiple things in.
They also offer breakfast in the morning.
Overall, I was very impressed, given the price of $69/night. I am very impressed that they can run a hotel at this price.

Dirty room with a musty smell along with worn, dirty towels. The hotel did not honor the discount coupon even though we presented it on the evening of our arrival and they agreed to honor it. We were told that someone had lost both our folio and the discount coupon when we checked out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I would never get a room again! Dirty room, smelly fitness center, paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. Bed sheets and towels never got cleaned. Only like 10-12 channels available on the TV and none of them were sports channels. The free breakfast was horrible and frequently closed before the advertised time.
Checked out early to go to another hotel due to this horrible experience.

DON'T STAY HERE!!
First of all the one bright spot of this hotel is their front desk help! Both the gentleman that checked us in (Derek I think) was so accommodating. And then we had a MJOR issue and Adetta (or Aletta) in the mornings was also concerned and had a sympathetic spirit.
WE WERE ROBBED AT THIS HOTEL! My friend, had bought a new pair of ladies loafers and had them in her room on Friday evening and Saturday morning.
We left the hotel Saturday all day for an event. Room locked up tight (double checked). Came home Sat night and the shoes, still in the box, in the shopping bag, were gone. The only way that they could have disappeared is if someone from hotel housekeeping took them.
Then Saturday morning the front desk clerk, was very pro-active, and contact head of housekeeping, and both of the maids that worked the floor we were on. The three of them went to my friends room. The housekeeping manager spoke and had to translate because neither maid spoke English. The day before, and later that morning they seemed to understand and speak to me fine as I walked down the hall. We called the police and filed a report. BOTH of the maids hid behind closed doors when the police come onto the floor.
The front clerk also told me that she had contacted the General manger and was instructed to get a police report so that an incident report could be filed. She, the general manger of the hotel, didn't think it was important enough to make an appearance. And to this date today, we have not heard a word from her. The insurance company with the hotel called my friend to get details....to cover their butts!
Don't get excited about the breakfast buffet. It's pretty good...but its exactly the SAME things every day! No variations.
On Saturday evening, joined friends in the bar for a cocktail and there was only 2 other people in there at 10 p.m. Then we were told, that the bar didn't take credit cards, cash only (suspicious), and the bar closed at 11:00 p.m.!! On a Saturday!!
I have stayed at this location under different management/ownership for years. This location USED to be the host hotel (as a Holiday Inn) way back in the day for the Miss Texas Pageant contestants! Now....it seems to be much the same 30 years later. The floors creak and move as you walk down long halls. There are NO elevators in the buildings. The keys have to be swiped 3-5 times before they work. And the bathroom ledges, and mirrors, and around the sink were filthy. We both cleaned our own rooms when we checked in. The telephone in my room would not receive calls and it rattled as you talked.
The list goes on and on and on.
I will never stay here again! I can't afford for anything to be stolen and no reimbursement from the hotel in sight! Keep you thieves for employees...lose your guests.

Probably the nastiest hotel I ever stayed in; filthy room. Door was apparently kicked in recently. A transvestite prostitute was going door to door looking for work. If you are into shady and illegal business, this could work out for you. If you are into safe amd clean, you could do better sleeping in your car.

2.5 stars. Price is cheap compared to other hotels nearby. The hotel is very outdated and you can tell they're trying to fix it up but it needs major renovation. They do have flat screen tvs and a mini fridge and microwave in the room but that's the only thing that is modern. I agree with other people. Don't be fooled by the pics. There is a stale smell to the room. I seriously kept gagging for a while. I wouldn't recommend staying for more than a night and if so just take your belongings with you. I was very paranoid and I don't see myself staying here again. Def don't bring children. Maybe I'm used to other places but I've stayed at other random hotels and this is one of the few that I didn't feel too comfortable/ safe in.
They do have free drinks at night 5-630 2 drinks per person and a free breakfast.

1.5 stars. At least the TV and AC worked.
Staff was not very welcoming. I showed up late at night after a long day of flying, and the clerk was super slow, apathetic, and said "just waiting for you to go here so I can finish up...."
The room itself is unpolished at best. Rust on the locks, stains around the sink, carpet mangled a bit. Nothing dangerous, just very unappealing.
The bed itself was good, thank goodness!
The grossest part I experienced was when I went to wash my hands after using the rest room, and a roach came out of the sink. Gahhhhh!!!
On websites, this place basically averages 2.5 stars. If you can find a place in Fort Worth that is even $20 more a night, but bumps it up to 3 or 3.5 stars, DO IT!!!
This is not the deal breaker, but for you sports-loving people, this hotel does not carry any of the ESPN network channels.

Online pictures lie! When I booked the hotel it seem like a decent place. The place was dirty and the reception people were so rude. And there was cockroaches everywhere in the hotel. Just disgusting.

So relative to the discounted rate we got online, this place is decent. Hotels a mile away we're going for 4 to 5 times the rate, and I usually stay in low budget hotels, so this place was a good option.
Negatives: Counter staff were preoccupied when I arrived. We ended up booking an extra night, so after they reprogrammed out of our room cards, we were locked out... Twice. Also, you can hear through walls easily, and the unoccupied room beside us had an alarm that went off at 7. After a call and visit to the front desk, it was shut off by 10.
Positives: close to downtown for a deeply discounted price. There's a decent complimentary breakfast in the morning, but nothing memorable. Just a nice thing to fill you up if you're on a tighter budget. We didn't use it, but apparently they also have free shuttle service to downtown ft. Worth.
Room was clean enough, and beds were comfy.
So in the end, if you're looking for an immaculate hotel with staff that will immediately cater to your needs, keep looking and increase your budget. If you're looking for a decent place to stay close to downtown ft worth at a great price and won't flip out about minor inconveniences, this place is probably right for you.
