Old.  Staff is very nice, but the hotel itself is extremely old and needs serious updating.  Beds are horrible and lord only knows how long those mattresses have been in those rooms.  I was there for a convention which the convention center is right across the street, so it was extremely convenient, but the restaurant and bar were not capable of handling convention mass business either.  Sad with some updating it could be a great place!

Horrible hotel, very dirty, out of date furnishing, cockroaches every where. Bedding made of burlap, and smells like goat cheese. Really low thread count towels. Also has the toilet paper of a cheesy truck stop, bring moisturizer for after you wipe.

Will never go back again, especially for the over priced rooms. If I wanted to stay at a motel 6 I would of booked one, instead of a hotel in Downtown Fort Worth where some expectations of higher class hotels should be meet. I guess there's a reason they leave the lights on for you, to keep the roaches away when you walk in.

This hotel blows. No ac, awful service. Don't stay here. If I could jump off the balcony and get my money back I would.

This was by far, the absolute worst "hotel" experience we've ever had in our entire lives. I apologize in advance for ragey all-caps. Literally 20 minutes in, I was checking to see if there were any other rooms in the area, but everything was booked up because it was a trade show.

Check-in & out was fast and the staff is friendly

Bathroom was like a PUBLIC BATHROOM. Meaning, it was literally a toilet straight out a public bathroom. Big pipes in the back with the huge lever and NO toilet seat cover. The toilets in the convention center were less disgusting!!

    Towels had HOLES in them!

Roach motel. Yup, I found a big, fat cockroach our first day

No Wi-Fi in the room, which is just great when you're on a BUSINESS TRIP!

By the end, I didn't give a crap that this was down the street from the convention center. Yes, it was super convenient to walk 1 minute and be at our booth, but my god it was not worth it.

We didn't sleep the entire trip and I honestly think it affected our business. I'm not exaggerating, I looked and felt like sh*t and this is a trade show where you need to be ON all the time.

DO NOT STAY HERE. You won't even save very much money! This place makes Motel 6 look like the Ritz-Carlton.

I really wish I would have read Yelp before staying here. The first room the TV did not work. So they moved us and then the AC did not work in the second room. It was so dirty I almost did not want to sleep in the bed. I asked for change to get drinks from the vending machine and they told me they do not have any change. The bath tubs were dirty, the floor in the bathrooms were also dirty and heated for some strange reason. Do your self a favor and pay a little more and get a different hotel.

Probably the dirtiest, most outdated hotel I've ever stayed at. I didn't even want to use the shower here. It's good if you only care about location; it's very close to Sundance Square and downtown.

However the dive bar downstairs is VERY loud and bands play until 2am. This place wasn't restful at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Luckily it was right downtown Fort Worth so I could walk to the bars and drink as much as I could before I had to stumble back to this 1960's hell hole that they called a hotel.

The AC was off so my room was 80+ degrees. Very very outdated. refused to sleep under the blankets or take a shower. Extra $15 for parking.

Well, this hotel is a shithole. I gave it 2 stars because the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's actually a motel. The pool was closed in the middle of may (not sure we would have used it anyway). My nonsmoking room smelled like someone had smoked in it for 10 years and then quit last month. It was relatively cheap for the location. If you're only planning on sleeping here it might work for you. Keep any nice clothing in a garment bag or your suitcase to avoid it taking on the smoke smell.

I did not have a noise issue as some others have mentioned. I was on the opposite side of the building and on the 4th floor, which may have helped. Overall I would not stay here again.
