Great hotel, close to shopping and quiet. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

This is one of the nicest Residence Inns I have ever seen. The hotel itself (lobby, halls, etc) looks more like a full service Marriott than a Residence Inn. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, and noise was not a problem. My only problem with this hotel is parking. Upon returning for the evening, I was directed by a hotel employee to park along a curb adjacent to the hotel because all of the spots were taken. My car was fine the next morning, but I was nervous about it getting hit by another car or possibly towed.

Exceptional!  You can't beat the value of this hotel!  It is clean and the people are so nice and helpful.  Parking wasn't a problem for us, but I can see how that might happen.  Trains do pass, but you can't really hear them.   This hotel was designed with business travelers and manikins in mind,  we were here for a week and had no problems the rooms are spacious and very clean. You can walk to the park, restaurants and shopping they also offer a shuttle to downtown.  We are looking forard to returning.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean and well stocked, complimentary breakfast buffet was really nice-biscuits and gravy, eggs, bagels, fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc.  The fitness room worked for me-it is small but they offer a complimentary 3-day guest pass to the LA Fitness right down the street if you need a little more space.  The pool is a nice plus as well.  The beds are really the only thing that could use a bit of an upgrade-not the most comfortable mattress and pillows, but overall a good hotel.

This hotel was very pleasant to stay at. It is nice and new and of course offers the free hot breakfast. The selection was decent and the waffle maker was in the shape of the state of Texas, which was a fun touch. The service was excellent. There is a hotel shuttle that will take you places around Fort Worth within a reasonable distance. The driver was very flexible and if you tip him well, he'll "take care of you."

The rooms were nicely acquainted. We had a 2 bedroom suite at the corner. They would refill our bag of popcorn every day if it was eaten. The 2 bathrooms were nice and they are located in each of the bedrooms, so no common area bathroom. Of course the full kitchen and small dining area were nice to have.

This place went above and beyond by letting us use a conference room at no charge for a surprise baby shower. They even provided us with drinks at no charge. The only reason this isn't a 5 is for the extremely small gym, but this is as close to 5 stars as you can get.

Great hotel! I use to work for Marriott and as a result am extremely picky about where I stay. This hotel made me feel right at home. Everything was clean and in order. When I requested extra linens, no one fussed or complained and they were promptly brought to my room. My only issue was at breakfast... it appeared they had a full house so I tried not to think too much about it, but the serving area was a mess! There was cereal all over the floor and waffle batter on the wall. There was no fruit when I went to get some (that was all I wanted since I had somewhere to be). I hope that is not a normal scene...

My go to hotel in Ft Worth when coming in town for TCU football games. Location is great. Not far from TCU campus. Also close to downtown F Dub. Tons of bars and shops within walking distance. I also like to run outside and the Trinity River trail is right out the door. So nice to be able to run with scenery versus the standard hotel workout room.

Rooms are nice and spacious, typical Residence Inn style. Free parking. Staff is also friendly and fast at check out. Rates are reasonable too!

We stayed here November 23, 2014. The hotel was very clean, nice rooms and in a convenient location to the places we wanted to go in Fort Worth. We had a suite with two small rooms, a kitchenette and two TVs, which was nice. A good continental breakfast was included in a very pleasant, light-filled breakfast room. We only stayed one night so did not get to take advantage of the kitchen or other amenities, but I would stay here again.

Great location & awesome rooms. I usually stay here once yearly for a conference I attend. Very clean with always a professional & friendly staff. Beds could be a little softer, but otherwise the rooms are well appointed.

The only negative here is their "Activity Center". It's about as big as a closet and consists of 2 miniature sized treadmills, a bike, and 4 small dumbbells. Last year they offerred free day passes to LA Fitness (On Crockett Str - 1/2 mile away) but not anymore. I purchased a 2-day pass for only $15; it's a phenomenally nice club. Bring your own towel though.

I was lucky enough to stay here 1 week for work! Great hotel!
Breakfast was better than most hotels I've stayed at.
Wifi had some slow moments but I was able to work from hotel when I needed.
The location was great when I wanted to go to the river trail to exercise or check out downtown.

The location and hotel employees are a delight.  The breakfast and dinner are generally good.  The 1 bedroon suites and studios are small.  The gym room is too small.  They should convert the gym into a closet.  The gym as it stands can get too smelly (sweat) with two people working out.  The swimming pool and basketball court are great are great.  Overall, it's a great place to stay in spite of the gym.

We were there for a trade show Residence Inn Fort Worth Cultural District hotel was full but they handled it well Great TX location. Wonderful public areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms on the small side owing to age of hotel. Bathrooms small too, and amenities are not up to a high end standard. Coffe maker in room was good.

Great location. Some cool bars and restaurants near by. Also shopping very close.

Rooms are good and plenty of room.

Free breakfast is actually really good.

Only thing I didn't like was the strong ethnic food smell in the hallways. Couldn't smell in the rooms but in the hallways it was strong.

We reserved a two bedroom a month in advance and we ended up getting only a one bedroom. The restroom lock didn't work, the toilet was a terrible low flush, and coffee maker wasn't cleaned, only thing done right was we had enough towels.

Yeah, yeah.  It's a nice property and the location is good.  But there is an abundant amount of thoughtlessness when it comes to the details.  In other words, there were way too many corners cut for my liking.

    Here are some examples:

-The bedside lamps don't have outlets in them so you have to move the large nightstands/dressers to plug something in.

-The hotel internet not secured. I'm sure apartment dwellers use it and take up bandwidth because it was very slow.

-Beds very low (think IKEA beds).

-There was nothing in the shower to provide traction at the bottom of the tub, making it VERY slippery and quite hazardous.

-Brian, the GM, didn't ask me a floor preference. The people in front of me got asked, but I guess I wasn't afforded that luxury, being the lowly state employee I am, on the government rate. Brian, you really shouldn't put young, single females on the ground floor next to a construction site.

-The fitness room was tiny for a hotel of this size and there were no sanitizing wipes.  So gross.

Do you see what I mean?  I travel a lot for my job so the details matter.  Needless to say, I don't think I'll stay here again.

It was kind of a waste that I only stayed in this location for one night. It was definitely well set up for a long term stay with a 2 burner stove and a full kitchen area (with plates, pots, etc) and a breakfast bar. You could even get the hotel staff to do your grocery shopping (except for alcohol and tobacco).

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the floor was really quiet. Breakfast was fine but nothing fancy. I did like the fresh fruit option.

Check in and out was really easy and there were dinner options within walking distance, so that was great.
