Very nice clean rooms with a great modern color scheme. The suite was roomy and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the rate was excellent. I'd gladly come here again. The only knock is that while it's in a very busy area it may be difficult to get to.

Great service.  Hotel is great for price-range, especially when booked on Priceline.  This is my hotel of choice when visiting TCU.

Great highway access as well as near TCU, Zoo, Culture District, Stockyards & more.  Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful when needed.  Makes for an enjoyable stay.

I came here for a conference for a few days, not knowing what to expect, after all this was my first time in Texas.   The staff at the front desk was very nice and checked all of us in. We weren't the only conference group that just arrived.  Two other groups of over 10 all arrived with us.  They were patient with us and every gave us recommendations of were to eat around the area.  Parking here is free if you have a rental. If the public lot is full you can use your hotel key and park in the private lot.  The rooms were clean and when I trouble with my tv, they immediately sent someone up to fix it.  There is free breakfast in the morning that usually has eggs, ham, or sausages, and other pastries.  They also have waffle and toaster maker.  My only complaint is that when i wanted to make tea the water that came out was brown. It was probably from the coffee from before.  But again, it was over 107 degrees outside, i guess i didn't need my tea.  Overall it was a great stay!

We came for a conference/training with TCU and stayed for 6 nights. The room was great for two people and included a microwave and mini-fridge. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but we preferred to explore the area. A downside to the facility is they have the smallest pool I have ever seen! Seriously- cannot do laps. The fitness center is quite small as well, but I never had to wait for any equipment. Overall, it was a great stay-quiet, clean, good breakfasts, and friendly staff.

Reasonable rates! My room was clean. Staff did a great job of meeting my needs. The breakfast is hot, fresh & had numerous options. I love options. Internet was fast.

Regretfully, management can't fix the way too close proximity of the interstate... Room is noisy from vehicle traffic and even on 3rd floor shakes when trucks go by...  Odor of mildew from the AC unit also needs to be addressed.

Great service. Free suckers at check-in. Everything was great until I spotted several, either ticks or bedbugs on the couch. I'm up at 3am writing a review now because I'm afraid to lay back down and go to sleep. So if you come, don't get room 214 at least.  Ill update in the morning if I survive the night.

I was staying here while attending the Scentsy 2011 Convention. The people at the front desk were super nice and always friendly. When walking in or out the always say hello, welcome, or bye. I've never experienced this type of pleasantry before at a hotel before.

The decor in the rooms is a little outdated but still nice looking. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and tv in the rooms. Be sure to bring your swim suits as there is a small pool and jacuzzi located on the side of the building. There is even a grill next to the pool too :-)

The room cleaners come pretty early so if your sleeping in make sure to put the sign on the door so they don't walk in on you naked like they did me. lol

The reason I gave this place a 4 rating and not a 5 is because of the location. There were a few taxi cab drivers that didn't even know where Springhill Suites was located making it a nightmare at times to get back.
