Good customer service and room was clean as well as the bed. Towels didn't look clean.  We were given our dog fee back due to the noisy environment that evening. Which was nice of the manager, we had also cancelled a previous reservation and they were very nice to deal with.  If the towels had been clean and we had encountered less noise. I would give them 5 stars. There is also Chilis's in the same parking lot which is very convenient.

We were sent over here when their sister property (Candlewood Suites) gave our reserved room to someone else. We were told by Candlewood Suites that Staybridge Suites would honor our $106.99 rate. They did NOT, and our room ended up being $155.24. Seems a little like a scam, doesn't it?
In addition, I discovered that the phones in our room didn't work, and that the smoke detectors in our room were both covered by plastic wrap taped to the ceiling. Maybe the previous occupant was a smoker? It didn't smell like it, so that was really strange. There was a guy at the front desk (Chris?) who came and looked at it. He was MORTIFIED and immediately offered us another room. However, by this time we just wanted to settle in. So they got the plastic off and we were good.
As an FYI, there is a Chili's within walking distance. So that's what we ate for dinner. We got it to go and brought it back to the room. As we were eating it, there was a knock on the door. It was Dominique, who was working the front desk. She had a little gift bag full of goodies to make up for the inconvenience. And the next day, they called me when a guest found a presciption medicine that had fallen out of my purse in the parking lot.
The staff here are wonderful! They get 5 stars!
And the rooms are nice with comfy beds.
It's not a bad place to stay. I just feel like they should have honored the $106.99 rate I was offered at Candlewood Suites. We were there for a National cheerleading competition, we didn't get to stay with our team at Candlewood. So there was quite a bit of disappointment.

I booked a night here on Hotwire for a concert at Billy Bobs.

Checking In/Out-We checked in late (8 pm) and the lady was very helpful and cheerful. It was a very quick process. Check out is noon but we were able to get it extended to 2pm. Again a very quick process with great staff.

Room- The room was very clean and I am picky on that. We had a queen suite It had the bed, pull out couch (bedding for it in the closet), two small coffee tables, desk, full size refrigerator,  mini dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, sink, dishes, microwave, flat screen tv that swivels. There was plenty of room to move about. The shower had great pressure and no limit of hot water. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast- They had a complementary breakfast. I did not have any but the person with me loved it. Cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, muffins, ect.

I did not get a chance to check out the pool or the grill they have by the pool. They have a 24 hour pantry with microwave meals and such, I didn't check the price but they had a decent selection.

I will for sure stay here again

The wife and I stayed here for a weekend in Fort Worth. The service was good, room clean and very comfortable, breakfast was ok. Very good value. Only complaint was the hotel was kinda hidden no large sign to see from road, front driveway not very well lit  and parking was sparse.  Be sure to pet Oreo the hotel cat.

Ok, 2 things..I stayed here before, it was great. Beautiful rooms, attentive care, honest policy's. This last time I was charged 109.00 originally, then got a bill for 160.00, they said it was "hospitality tax"I travel all the time & hospitality tax isn't usually 25% without being near Disneyland. I asked several times before being charged, and even signed a receipt for 119.00 (with tax) but they had my credit card, and so they charged it whatever they wanted. 2) I lost a very important fur throw, called & they said they had it. great! Girl named Katie took my credit info again to ship it to me..again telling her to call me so Id get tracking & cost on shipping. I never got a call, as a matter if fact, I'd call & I got the biggest run around, & guess what? They finally tell me two weeks later, they sent it..still haven't got the blanket. I'm disappointed. There were coffee grounds in our coffee the morning we left & the bananas were green, but hey ..at least they tried. I will personally plan in staying anywhere else.

Great place to stay. The rooms are nice and the bed is soft, with great assortment of  pillows for anyone's taste. Free breakfast, the usual. On Tuesdays through Thursdays they have an evening meal with free wine and beer. Quiet hotel with plenty of parking.  I've stayed here twice and would stay here again. Don't forget to get a IHG membership to rack up some points.

Great place to stay and for all that you get, you just really can't beat the price.

Check in and out  was really quick.  During my stay all the staff were very friendly.  Decent, clean room with queen size bed and pull out couch.  There is a full size refrigerator with burners, dishwasher and microwave.

The fitness center is great--it has an elliptical, two treadmills and a bicycle--all with tv's in them.  There is a large tv on the wall, a yoga mat, weights, an incline bench and a large exercise ball.

The pool is outside.  It's very clean--I saw them cleaning it every morning and the temperature was perfect--around 75.

They have a great breakfast every day--oatmeal, waffles, omelets, bacon or sausage, potatoes, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, muffins, cottage cheese.  There's juices, coffee, tea and milk.  Tuesdays - Thursdays, they have a social which includes, wine, beer and food.  There are free cookies at the front desk--I think all night.  The coffee carafes are out from morning til night.

There is a nice theater room with really comfy seats--I saw the tv playing, but I didn't use it myself.  I did notice that others were using it during the evening and it did sound like there was a good sound system.

Although good during the day, the wifi is a little slow and spotty during peak hours.  Luckily there was a McDonald's nearby with speedy wifi.  I'm sure this doesn't matter if your computer has wired connection capability, but my laptop doesn't so I had to depend on the wireless.  I used the business center's computer at times, but there is a humming noise that goes on and off (not sure what it is) which can be annoying if you're using the computer for any length of time.  But this wasn't such a big deal since I was able to get around it.

There's a Walmart, CVS, Savon, Walgreen's and an Albertson's nearby.  Saw a drive-thru Starbuck's (which I didn't need since the hotel had good coffee), Chili's

What more could you ask for?  This place is a great deal!

I am so pleased with the Staybridge Suites Ft. Worth on Clifford Center Drive.  The staff has neen exceptionally welcoming. Their hospitality is off the charts amazing.  Marteka, the desk clerk, was prompt, informative and displayed a great attitude.  I also met with Laquentha, a manager at Staybridge.   Again, another employee with a genuine joy for her job and her desire to make all of her guests feel welcomed and happy to be here.  The accommodations are very clean, very well taken care of, and a pleasant Texas style.  I would highly recommend a stay here. They offered a complimentary social with food and live music that was awesome!

This place is not worth the money.  The carpet in the room is filthy. There is a gummy bear stuck to the kitchen counter. It is a dump. The walls are dirty and it smells bad. The beds are not made correctly...the fitted sheet was put on the wrong way. It is gross and I want my money back.
