This hotel is hard to get to if you are not from Houston. It looks like it is right off the highway, but really its not. After a few times of driving around we got it down.

Once we got there, the front desk person was cool and we got in and up to our room in a matter of 10 minutes. The room was clean and SUPER COLD. We got a room with 2 beds. The room also had a flat screen TV, microwave and a fridge. There is a Target on the same street in you need anything. My wife had to go there to get a bottle opener for her wine and a lighter since the hotel front desk had neither.

The breakfast buffet was really good. They switched the food out both days. One day the had omelets and the second day they had bacon and sausage. Both days had the make-your-own waffles. They also had juices, cereal, hard boiled eggs and pastries.

The only thing that was not great was the parking issue. The first night we could no park on the left side of the building due to re-pavement. The second night we could not park in the front of the building. That second night they left the security gate open to anyone.

If I had to stay downtown on another trip I would stay here again. Not to much wrong here, just the parking was a pain.

WORST PLACE TO STAY!!! AVOID STAYING HERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! When checking into the hotel, I used my debit card, but told them I would be paying with a different card the day of check out.  Not only did they charge my card, but my husbands as well! When I called to try and resolve the problem, they said that it was not their fault. Very rude to me on the phone.  The room service was horrible as well.  It's a cheap hotel anyways, everything is there in cheap.

We blocked a number of rooms for wedding visitors. We provided gift bags for the guests  that had reserved these rooms. The gift bags were no handed out. Thanks Hampton Inn for the epic fail.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is easy to find and It's very close to Reliant Statium. The breakfast was very busy for a Sunday, but they kept it full stocked. We would stay there again.

The rooms were super clean and spacious and nice accommodations. My family wanted to get two rooms next door to each other and the rooms were not only next to each other but there was a door between us (good to bond and good to close when annoyed). The only thing that was annoying was our room keys wouldn't work sometimes. Would stay again.

No complaints! Nice, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Parking not an issue. They have a gated area, but not required to park their.  Would definitly recommend.

Hmmm kinda glad I didn't read the Yelp reviews prior to booking! Regardless I booked two separate nights through Hilton Honors points and so we were able to stay for free in a 2 bed room.

This location is perfect and the hotel is right off the 610 freeway. There's a Target down the street, the Woodhaven outdoor mall is 5 mins away, and the Galleria was like 7 mins away. There's also a Starbucks across the street. Parking is $11/night which was an odd extra charge, though if you're super opposed to paying this, I think there's street parking in the residential area across the street. Don't quote me on that though.

The hotel itself is nicely updated and the lobby offers plenty of seating options. The front desk associates were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for the rodeo and nearby attractions. The lobby also has a coffee/tea/water station always available and breakfast is available from 6-10am, though we didn't try it. Our rooms were on the top floor and we had a view of the neighborhood across the street the first time, and of the pool the second. The tv's in the rooms are huge and there are large bar fridges and microwaves available.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location as everything was in good condition and service was very friendly.

This Hampton Inn was great! Very friendly and helpful staff! My parents had to drop off my bridesmaid dress while I was at a rehearsal dinner and the front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. They also let us leave a 24 pack of water behind the front desk because we didn't want to carry it all the way to our room. And they let us have a late checkout.

During happy hour they have free wine and beer and in the morning the free breakfast is quality and has a great selection!

The room was clean and very comfortable.

For the price, this is a great hotel and a really good location. I would definitely stay here again and will look for Hampton Inns in the future.

The location is great, the staff is great, the rooms are nice but the internet here is awful. I am not one to give bad reviews but seriously, I am here on work and my internet speed is 1.16Mbps. Which is basically a 56k modem. I discussed with the clerk downstairs last night and he gave me their conference room access but it was no better. I even paid the $4.95 for their 'premium' and it was actually worse. Intresting note is the first night I was here I was on the second floor and had no issues. I had my room moved due to the construction that is across the street which started at 7am. Note to manager. People today care more about their internet than TV please step it up.

My family and I stayed here recently on a weekend.  The hotel was clean nice and modern, we got a room with a double beds a small fridge and a microwave with a long desk area. The flat screen TV was huge and the bathroom had a nice tiled walk in shower and long vanity sink... They also provided Neutrogena bath products and lotion. This location had a functioning in room AC, a pool and fitness center. In addition they offered a wonderful complimentary breakfast everyday from 6am until 10am and not the lame continental stuff.  This came complete with make your own Texas shaped waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, French toast sticks, fresh cut melon, hard boiled eggs and oatmeal. The staff working the breakfast were extremely nice and helpful but remember it does end promptly at 10am.  I utilized the e-checkin which was a very convenient feature because I got to pick the room I wanted online and since I arrived later in the evening the front desk attendant had my room keys waiting.  All in all the hotel is very good value and in a nice neighborhood, with Target right across the street.  If I return to the Houston area I would definitely stay here again.
