This hotel always smells wonderful inside. The staff is inviting and extremely friendly. Not only do you have pleasant staff to assist you, the rooms are wonderfully clean and crisp. I always am excited to visit the Houston area, because I know I will receive fun-nominal service experience while staying away from home. I highly recommend this location for both business and family travel.

This place was amazing from start to finish. Staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel lobby was clean, modern and cozy complete with fireplace and couches, armchairs and plasma screen tv's. It was very welcoming.

There was also a full service bar, restaurant and convenience area in case you forgot any toiletries or wanted to pick up some snacks for those midnight munchies.

Our room was beautiful. Very comfortable and sleek. I love the little touches. The ergonomic office chair, an armchair complete with footrest, refrigerator, coffee maker and a bed that you could adjust the firmness level on either side.

We took advantage of the hot tub during our stay which was very relaxing. They also have a beautiful pool but it was a bit chilly outside during our stay so we didn't get a chance to take advantage. The hotel also has a full service workout room.

Ooh, and they also had a basket of complimentary cookies at the front desk. Score!

I would definitely stay here again and would also totally recommend this place to friends.

Best hotel I stayed in a while. The building is new. You have fridge and microwave in the rooms. Great TV (working remote)  easy to navigate menu. The best bed in a hotel I slept. Shower pressure A+. Friendly and helpful staff. They sell beer (import also) and wine in the hotel store 24/7.
Free WiFi, Free Parking. Remote printing from the room. Great lobby, as well.
    Would stay there again.

THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS IN ON THE HIGHWAY??!!, SO ONCE YOU AR ON THE SERVICE ROAD JUST A MINUTE AWAY FROM YOUR DESTINATION DO NOT GO ON THE HIGHWAY AS PROMPTED BY YOUR GPS. stay on the service road and you will see a big sign how to get to the hotel.

This is a newer property and I stay here quite a bit when traveing to Houston. The lobby is clean, the staff at the front desk have always been friendly. They have a gym with several bikes, elipticals, etc. They have an outdoor pool/spa (not sure what the hours/seasons of operation are though). The rooms are clean with flat screen TV's and the beds are comfortable.

I've only eaten at the restaurant during breakfast when they have the buffet. They have a pretty good selection, but maybe a little overpriced. During breakfast during my last visit, the waitress came by one time to bring coffee and I never saw her again until I had to track her down to bring the check.

They do have a small bar in the lobby.

    I will be back.

I spend a lot of time traveling for work, and this is one of the best Hilton's I've stayed in. The staff is professional and helpful- I forgot my phone charger and the girls at the front desk lent me theirs for the night! The rooms were clean, and even though I had the do not disturb hanger on my door, I came home to a basket outside my door with fresh towels and additional toiletries (which are better quality, name brand). I was frustrated that there was no "grab n go" type breakfast- I wasn't willing to pay $12 for a breakfast when I could get a better one for less. Anyway, I'd gladly stay here again.

I stayed here two nights, both of which were very rainy and stormy. The front desk ladies were nice and were able to pull up my online reservation. I was checked-in at 2:30pm--30 min prior to standard check-in time, which was a bonus.

The room, bathroom, toilet, sink, etc was clean. Everything looked like it was in shape.

I didn't get a chance to swim or soak in the jacuzzi because of the storm, but that is something I will try next time. It looked clean and free of debris other than the chair that the wind blew into the jacuzzi.

High-speed internet is on the slower end of the scale. I was netting about 1 Mbps down with occasional lag. It is barely usable to stream anything. I cannot complain since it's free.

After you check-in, you should start parking in the back because its much closer to the elevators. Free parking is great so you can go in and out all you want.

Price is average considering I booked using my Auto club membership discount.

It is located close to freeway and has easy access.

I spent two days here for a work conference, and the experience was great. The hotel was really clean, and the staff was extremely nice and hospitable. Since I didn't spend any nights here, I can't review the rooms, but I can review the menu and hospitality.

    Day One:
For lunch, we had a station to build our own sandwiches. They had a variety of different breads, meats, and veggies to choose from. All fresh! They also offered soup and salad. Even though it was self serve, the waiters were extremely helpful. They constantly refilled our drinks, helped us carry our plates if our hands were full, and removed any extra plates and utensils that were in the way. Dessert was carrot cake, and it was surprisingly good (I tend to be skeptical of hotel food)! The boss wanted a healthier dessert option so they happily prepared a bowl of fresh fruit for him. During the afternoon break, they had set up a table right outside our conference room with cookies, brownies, cheesecake squares, smoothies, and fruits. I was impressed. They definitely weren't store bought.

    Day Two:
I got to experience breakfast this time. Again, we had our own special table with pastries, fruits, croissant sandwiches, and cereal. They even had a person stand and guard the table to ensure that no outsiders would eat our food. For lunch, it was BBQ! There was cole slaw, bread, beef brisket, and beans. For dessert, they served.....peach cobbler!! With ice cream on top!! It was delicious!!!!

I can't help but be pleasantly surprised with how great the experience turned out. The food is definitely better than the food served in our cafeterias. I definitely recommend this place for work conferences since the staff is so nice, hospitable, and accommodating (they were willing to lock the conference rooms for us to ensure our personal belongings wouldn't get stolen).

    Two thumbs up!!
