Convenient location to my work location and also close to Perry's Steakhouse.  The staff at this hotel are always very attentive...and you can't beat the free breakfast and evening reception.  If you are on per diem and want to save money....this is place to stay.

Worst staff, smallest rooms, most confusing layout, noisy, added a night and got jabbed on the price....
other than that- Love the Place!

I am so aggravated! During my stay here, I couldn't sleep at all because all day and night long I could here people stomping on the roof above me!!!!!! It was horrible!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I have stayed at tons of hotels and I have never had to deal with this. I felt like the roof was about to cave in! It is also not the cleanest or organized, and it is was so hot and stuffy!!!!

We have small children so when we travel we prefer to stay at hotels with suites so we all don't have to go bed at 8-9 PM.  We have had pretty good  look with Homewood Suites around the nation.  This location offered a very nice experience for us during the New Years weekend.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.  The hotel lobby is very clean and well kept.  They still had their Christmas decorations up when we arrived so the lobby looked great.  The suites are spacious and clean and include a kitchen, breakfast area, living area, bathroom and bedroom.  We were able to spread out and relax without feeling cramped for space.  The maid service did a fine job.  One criticism I will share is that while the suites have individual HVAC systems and controls the corridors were warm and stuffy.  Either there is no HVAC system for the corridors or the corridor HVAC was malfunctioning.

Complimentary breakfast was served daily during our stay.  Breakfast included the typical continental breakfast items including, pastries, bagels, toast, cold cereal, oatmeal, fruit, jams, honey, peanut butter, etc.  They also served hot breakfast such as pre-prepared omelets, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage and similar fare.  Unfortunately the warm breakfast items taste exactly like the breakfasts I have been served on international flights.  Bland and synthetic tasting.  Their intent is nice to serve a warm breakfast but the delivery is weak.  They would be better of limiting the breakfast selection to a continental breakfast than to serve a sub par warm breakfast.  There is a breakfast restaurant called "The Egg & I" a few blocks west of the hotel and offers a good breakfast alternative.

For what it is and what it costs this Homewood Suites is a very good value.

Great hotel. Very comfortable.  Nice staff at check-in.  So happy we choose this hotel for our NASA visit.

The staff here are simply outstanding. The rooms are clean and spacious and the kitchen is functional. From the property standpoint it isn't the best extended stay suite that I have stayed at but that is simply due to design constraints. From the staff perspective this was a phenomenal experience. From an early checkin with no problems at all to prompt resolution of any minor item such as a room key that stopped working, the staff was all smiles and seemed incredibly genuine in their love of their jobs. If I'm in this area again I am staying here!

Five Stars for a family stay. The suites are large and well appointed. The buffet breakfast is good and the breakfast room is spacious. There is a meal served from 5-7 PM and it isn't bad. You can feed the family for no additional charge. Beer and wine is even included. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This is a perfect family stay for a trip to the NASA Space Center.

I accidentally booked a room at another Hilton chain hotel (Hilton Garden Inn down the street) but came to this hotel. The front desk called the HGI down the street, but there was no manager on duty to waive the nightly fee since it was after 6PM. After trying to search the internal Hilton system to view the cancellation policy and being unsuccessful, they suggested I called the Hilton diamond desk. Per the front desk, apparently it's a huge deal when the diamond desk calls.

Their advice was perfect, and I was able to book a room at this hotel. I really wanted this one because it has a fully stocked kitchen. Since I got food to-go, it'd be easier to eat off of normal plates and use real silverware for once! The process of switching hotels probably took 45 minutes, and the front desk was NOTHING but patient, hence the four stars!

Some upgrades could be done, such as the elevator. At one point, the elevator was stuck on a particular floor, and it took so long that the call button turned off.  A second elevator would also be a great help. But I would definitely stay here again just for the front desk's service!
